Description

【0001】

In this storage shelf 21, a large number of bars 10 are stored in a state in which they can roll in the direction of arrow A due to their own weight, and the top bar 10 </ b> A is placed on a bar-feeding member 5 described later. It is locked. Although it is possible to roll in the direction of arrow A by its own weight, the invention is not limited to this, and for example, a biasing means for the bar metal may be provided as a horizontal storage portion.
[0012]
As shown in FIG. 4, the bar metal accommodating member 3 is formed in a box shape having an upper opening, and a guide plate 31 having a cross section formed in a crank shape is fixed so as to cover most of the opening. The upper guide part 31a and the lower guide part 31b are formed. One side end of the guide plate 31 is in close contact with one side portion of the bar metal accommodating member 3 and the other side end is fixed so that the partition plate 33 is in close contact. A bar metal accommodating portion 32 is formed by one side of the lower guide portion 31 b and the bar metal accommodating member 3. Further, a space 34 for storing a drive shaft 6 described later is formed between the partition plate 33 and the other side portion of the bar metal accommodating member 3. As shown in FIG. 1, the bar metal accommodating member 3 is configured to move up and down along one end in the direction of arrow A of each accommodating portion 2 by the above-described conveyor belt 19.
[0013]
Next, with reference to FIG. 2 to FIG. 4, FIG. 8, and FIG. 9, the bar payout means 4 that is a feature of the present invention will be described.
As shown in FIG. 3, the bar metal paying means 4 is provided at one end of the storage unit 2, a payout member 5 that can receive and pay out bar metals one by one, and the bar metal storage member 3. The drive shaft 6 is moved forward and backward, and the linear / rotation conversion means 8 is provided in the storage portion 2 and converts the forward movement of the drive shaft 6 into rotational movement.
[0014]
As shown in FIG. 8, the payout member 5 includes a bar metal receiving portion 53 provided with an opening 52 and formed in a substantially semi-cylindrical shape, both side portions 51, 51 covering both ends of the bar metal receiving portion 53, and Rotating shafts 54, 55 projecting from both side portions 51, 51, a drive gear 56 pivotally attached to one of the rotating shafts 54, and projecting in a comb-like shape on the outer periphery of the bar metal receiving portion 53. And a plurality of locking portions 57.
[0015]
The inner diameter of the bar metal receiving portion 53 is formed to be slightly larger than the outer diameter of the bar metal 10, and as shown in FIG. 2, the payout member 5 is positioned at the end of the storage shelf 21 in the arrow A direction. Thus, the rotation shafts 54 and 55 are supported on both sides of the base member, and are supported so as to be rotatable around the axis. Therefore, as shown in FIG. 4, when the dispensing member 5 is rotated and the opening 52 is directed in the direction of arrow B, the leading bar 10A of the multiple bars 10 stored in the storage shelf 21 is It is in a state of being received in the bar receiving part 53 from the opening 52 of the payout member 5.
[0016]
As shown in FIG. 9, the shaft center 101 of the bar 10 </ b> A in a state received in the bar receiving part 53 is shifted toward the opening 52 side of the payout member 5 with respect to the rotation center 501 of the payout member 5. It is located at the position. Further, the outer peripheral end of the locking portion 57 is formed so as to substantially coincide with the locus of an arc having a radius R around the rotation center 501 of the payout member 5. Each of the plurality of storage shelves 21 stores a large number of metal bars of different denominations. Therefore, the inner diameter of the bar receiving part 53 of the payout member 5 loaded in each of the plurality of storage shelves 21 is also formed corresponding to the denomination.
[0017]
As shown in FIGS. 2 and 3, the drive shaft 6 has the same inclination as the inclination of the storage shelf 21 by a bracket 61 fixed to the other side portion of the bar metal accommodating member 3 in the arrow AB direction. It is supported movably. 62 is a pin implanted in the drive shaft 6, and 63 and 64 are first and second sensors for detecting the position of the drive shaft 6, and detect a detection piece 6 a provided at one end of the drive shaft 6.
[0018]
Reference numeral 65 denotes a motor that rotates in one direction. The motor 65 is fixed in the metal bar housing member 3. As shown in FIG. 3, one end of a lever 67 is pivotally attached to the motor shaft 66. Pins 68 are implanted. Reference numeral 70 denotes a link member, the substantially central portion of which is rotatably supported by a small shaft 71 planted on the other side portion of the bar metal accommodating member 3, and a pin 68 in a long hole 72 provided at one end portion. Is engaged, and a pin 62 is engaged in a U-shaped groove 73 provided at the other end. Therefore, when the motor 65 is driven and the motor shaft 66 rotates counterclockwise, the pin 68 of the lever 67 also rotates counterclockwise around the motor shaft 66, so that the link member 70 moves the small shaft 71. It reciprocates in the clockwise and counterclockwise directions in the figure as the center of oscillation. For this reason, since the U-shaped groove 73 of the link member 70 reciprocates in the direction of arrow AB, the drive shaft 6 moves in the direction of arrow AB through the pin 62 engaged with the U-shaped groove 73. To do.
[0019]
2 and 3, the linear / rotation conversion means 8 includes a rod-shaped rack 81 formed with teeth 83 that mesh with gears, a compression coil spring 84 that urges the rack 81, and teeth 83 of the rack 81. The gear 85 is in mesh with the gear 85 and the intermediate gear 86 that meshes with the drive gear 56 of the above-described payout member 5. The gear 85 and the intermediate gear 86 are rotatably supported by a small shaft (not shown) formed on one side of the base member.
[0020]
A pair of small shafts 82 and 82 are implanted in the rack 81, and these small shafts 82 and 82 are inserted into the long holes 22 and 22 formed in one side portion of the base member, whereby the rack 81 is formed. It is supported movably in the direction of arrows AB. A compression coil spring 84 is elastically mounted between one end of the rack 81 and the base member. The rack 81 is urged in the direction of arrow A by the elastic force of the compression coil spring 84, and the other end of the rack 81. Is opposed to one end of the drive shaft 6 described above with a slight gap.
[0021]
Next, a bar metal paying-out operation in the bar metal paying apparatus having such a configuration will be described.
As shown in FIG. 4, the opening 52 of the payout member 5 of each storage shelf 21 is oriented in the direction of arrow B in advance, and the top of the many metal bars 10 stored in the storage shelf 21. 10 </ b> A is received in the bar receiving part 53 from the opening 52 of the payout member 5. In this state, the drive shaft 6 is driven as shown in FIG. 3 by driving the motor 14 in the forward and reverse directions in FIG. 1 and raising and lowering the bar metal accommodating member 3 so as to face the predetermined accommodating portion 2. One end of the rack 81 is opposed to the other end of the rack 81.
[0022]
From this state, when the motor 65 is driven and the motor shaft 66 rotates counterclockwise, the link member 70 rotates counterclockwise around the small shaft 71 through the engagement of the pin 68 and the elongated hole 72. Therefore, the drive shaft 6 moves in the direction of arrow B via the pin 62 engaged with the U-shaped groove 73 of the link member 70. Therefore, one end of the drive shaft 6 is engaged with the other end of the rack 81, and the rack 81 is moved in the arrow B direction against the elastic force of the compression coil spring 84 as shown in FIG.
[0023]
The movement of the rack 81 causes the gear 85 meshing with the teeth 83 to rotate in the clockwise direction, and the intermediate gear 86 meshing with the gear 83 to rotate in the counterclockwise direction. Rotates clockwise. Therefore, as shown in FIG. 7, the dispensing member 5 that rotates integrally with the drive gear 56 rotates by approximately 180 °, so that the opening 52 of the dispensing member 5 is directed in the direction of arrow A. It is paid out from the inside of the bar accepting portion 53. The dispensed bar 10A is guided by the upper guide portion 31a of the guide plate 31 and falls onto the lower guide portion 31b and is accommodated in the accommodating portion 32. Therefore, in FIG. It can be taken out of the bar dispenser 1. At this time, as shown in FIG. 6, when the detection piece 6a of the drive shaft 6 is detected by the second sensor 64, the drive of the motor 65 is stopped, and thus the movement of the drive shaft 6 and the rack 81 is stopped.
[0024]
Here, as described above, the shaft center 101 of the bar 10 </ b> A received in the bar receiving part 53 is shifted toward the opening 52 of the payout member 5 with respect to the rotation center 501 of the payout member 5. It is located at the position. Therefore, when the bar 10A is paid out by the rotation of the payout member 5, as shown in FIG. 9A, the payout member 5 advances between the first bar 10A and the next bar 10B. Until just before, the top bar 10A is in contact with the next bar 10B. For this reason, when the payout member 5 advances between the leading bar 10A and the next bar 10B, the opening end 52a of the payout member 5 does not come into contact with the next bar 10B. The package of gold 10B is not broken or damaged.
[0025]
Further, as the payout member 5 rotates, the locking portion 57 of the payout member 5 advances between the leading bar 10A and the next bar 10B as shown in FIG. At this time, as described above, the outer peripheral end of the locking portion 57 of the payout member 5 is formed so as to coincide with the locus of an arc having a radius R centered on the rotation center 501 of the payout member 5. As the dispensing member 5 rotates, the locking portion 57 does not push up the next bar 10B in the arrow B direction. Therefore, since the load due to the weight of the many metal bars 10 stored in the storage shelf 21 is not applied to the payout member 5 when the payout member 5 is rotated, the payout member 5 is smoothly rotated to prevent defective payout. it can.
[0026]
By detecting the discharge of the leading bar 10A by a sensor (not shown), the motor 65 is driven and the motor shaft 66 rotates counterclockwise, so that the link member 70 is a small shaft as shown in FIG. It rotates clockwise about 71 as a rotation center. Therefore, the drive shaft 6 moves in the direction of arrow A via the pin 62 engaged with the U-shaped groove 73 of the link member 70, and the detection piece 6 a of the drive shaft 6 is detected by the first sensor 63. The driving of the motor 65 is stopped.
[0027]
As the drive shaft 6 moves in the direction of arrow A, the pressing of the drive shaft 6 in the direction of arrow B is released, so that the rack 81 moves in the direction of arrow A due to the elastic force of the compression coil spring 84. By this movement, the gear 85 engaged with the teeth 83 of the rack 81 rotates counterclockwise, and the intermediate gear 86 engaged therewith rotates clockwise, so that the drive gear 56 rotates counterclockwise. As a result, the payout member 5 also rotates counterclockwise by about 180 ° integrally with the drive gear 56. Therefore, the next bar 10 </ b> B is received by the bar receiving part 53 of the payout member 5.
[0028]
Thus, the bar 10 is received in the bar receiving part 53 formed in the semi-cylindrical shape of the payout member 5, and the bar 10 is turned by rotating the payout member 5 from this state by approximately 180 °. By paying out from the opening 52 of the bar metal receiving portion 53, the payout member 5 does not collide with the bar metal 10 when the bar metal 10 is paid out. Therefore, the wrapping paper that wraps the bar is not damaged or damaged, and no unpleasant collision noise is generated. This not only improves the user's convenience, but also inconveniences the user. There is nothing to give pleasure.
[0029]
In this embodiment, the rack 81 is urged by the compression coil spring 84 to return the payout member 5 to the initial position. However, the payout member 5 may be directly returned to the initial position by the torsion spring. . Further, as a means for rotating the substantially semi-cylindrical discharging member 5, a driving shaft 6 and a rack 81 and a gear 85 for converting the forward movement of the driving shaft 6 into a rotating motion and rotating the discharging member 5 are used. However, the present invention is not limited to this. For example, a gear that meshes with the gear 56 instead of the drive shaft 6 may be used, or the payout member 5 may be directly rotated by a motor, and various design changes are possible. .
[0030]
【The invention's effect】
As described above, according to the inventions according to claims 1 to 3 , the bar to be paid out is received in the payout member, and is paid out from the opening of the payout member by rotating the payout member. When the bar is paid out, the bar does not collide with the payout member. Therefore, since the wrapping paper that wraps the bar is not damaged or damaged, the usability of the user is improved.
[0031]
Moreover, according to the invention which concerns on Claim 3, since the edge part of a payout member does not contact | abut to the following bar metal, when a payout member rotates for a payout, the bar metal is packaged The wrapping paper is not damaged by the end of the payout member, and coins are not scattered in the apparatus.
