本発明は、集積状態の商品を最下位に位置する商品から順次投出する自動販売機の商品投出装置に関する。

従来、この種の自動販売機の商品投出装置としては、例えば特開平8−315240号公報に記載の構成が知られている。

この特開平8−315240号公報に記載の自動販売機の商品投出装置は、商品を集積して収納する収納する複数の商品収納部の下部に、集積状態の最下位に位置する商品から順次投出する商品投出部がそれぞれ配設されている。この商品投出部は、複数のプーリに掛け渡され商品収納部の開口する底面を閉塞して回行移動可能に無端状のベルトが掛け渡されている。また、ベルトにはモータなどの駆動手段の駆動により回転するプーリが係合され、駆動手段の駆動によりベルトが回行する。さらに、ベルトの外面には、ベルトの回行に伴って移動し、商品の側面に当接して商品を投出する投出爪部が一体的に設けられている。

しかしながら、上記特開平8−315240号公報に記載の自動販売機の商品投出装置では、商品収納部に対してそれぞれ駆動手段を備えた商品投出部が設けられているため、複数種類の商品を収容する自動販売機においては、多量の駆動手段が必要となり、配線や駆動手段の組み付けなどの製造が煩雑で、製造性の向上が図れないとともに、コストの低減が困難で、重量が増大する問題がある。

本発明は、このような問題点に鑑みてなされたもので、製造性が向上するとともにコストが低減する軽量小型化の自動販売機の商品投出装置を提供することを目的とする。

【課題を解決するための手段】
請求項1記載の自動販売機の商品投出装置は、隣接され商品を集積状態で収納する一対の商品収納部と、正逆反転可能な無端ベルト状の投出ベルト、およびこの投出ベルトの外周面における周方向の複数位置に設けられ正転時に前記商品収納部内に収納された最下位に位置する前記商品を投出し逆転時に前記商品を投出しない投出部材を備え、前記各商品収納部の下部にそれぞれ設けられた一対の商品投出手段と、これら商品投出手段を動作させる正逆回転可能な出力軸を備えた駆動手段と、この駆動手段の出力軸に直交しかつ水平方向に沿い互いに同軸上に位置する一対の回転軸を備え、前記駆動手段の出力軸の正転時に一方の回転軸を通じて一方の商品投出手段の投出ベルトを正転させるとともに他方の回転軸を通じて他方の商品投出手段の投出ベルトを逆転させ、前記駆動手段の出力軸の逆転時に一方の回転軸を通じて一方の商品投出手段の投出ベルトを逆転させるとともに他方の回転軸を通じて他方の商品投出手段の投出ベルトを正転させる駆動伝達手段とを具備し、前記駆動手段および前記駆動伝達手段を備える駆動部が、前記一対の商品投出手段の間に位置して区画形成されているものである。

以下、本発明の実施の形態を図面を参照して説明する。
