従来、例えば図2に示すような自動車用補機部品であるパワーステアリングポンプの取付構造において、エンジン1には固設状にパワーステアリングポンプブラケット2が設けられ、このパワーステアリングポンプブラケット2には外側支持片部3と内側支持片部4が突出形成されており、この一対の支持片部3,4間にパワーステアリングポンプ5の取付部6を嵌め込んで、取付部6に形成されている通し孔6a内に外側支持片部3の外側より通しボルト8を挿通させて、通しボルト8の先端側にブッシュ9を介在させてナット10を締め付けて、パワーステアリングポンプブラケット2にパワーステアリングポンプ5が取り付けられるものであるが、パワーステアリングポンプ5にはエンジン1側からの動力がベルトを介し伝達されるプーリー7が設けられており、このプーリー7にAで示すベルト張力を掛けた状態で前記通しボルト8にナット10を締め付けて固定しており、この際、ベルト張力Aが加わることによりパワーステアリングポンプ5は図2に示すように傾斜状態となり、前記外側支持片部3の内側面に傾いた状態でパワーステアリングポンプ5の取付部6が点状に当接し片当り部Pが発生してしまい、この片当り部Pには図中Bで示す矢印方向に力が加わり、外側支持片部3を外側へ開けようとする力が掛かることとなり、従って、パワーステアリングポンプブラケット2にはこのBで示す力に対抗させるために相当の強度を持たせる必要があり、そのためパワーステアリングポンプブラケット2を肉厚状に形成させておく必要があり、パワーステアリングポンプブラケット2の重量が増大してしまうという問題点があった。

【課題を解決するための手段】
本発明は上記従来の問題点に鑑み案出したものであって、自動車用補機部品を取り付けるブラケットを軽量かつ安価なものとすることのできる取付構造を提供せんことを目的とし、その第1の要旨は、一端側にベルト張力が掛かるプーリーを有する補機部品の取付部を、ブラケットに形成された第1支持片部と第2支持片部の間に嵌め込んでボルトで締結する取付構造において、該ボルトを挿通する前記第1支持片部の第1取付穴の軸線と、前記第2支持片部の第2取付穴の軸線が、ベルト張力により補機が傾斜する方向と逆方向にオフセットするよう該第1取付穴と該第2取付穴を形成し、前記オフセット寸法は、前記補機部品の取付部と、前記第1支持片部または前記第2支持片部の接触面が面接触となる寸法であることである。
また、第2の要旨は、前記第1取付穴の軸線と前記第2取付穴の軸線がそれぞれ前記プーリーの軸線と平行になるように配置されたことである。

【実施例】
以下、本発明の実施例を図面に基づいて説明する。
図1は、パワーステアリングポンプの取付構造を示す要部拡大構成図であり、エンジン1にはパワーステアリングポンプブラケット2が固設されており、このパワーステアリングポンプブラケット2には下方に突出状に平行に外側支持片部3と内側支持片部4が形成されており、この一対の支持片部3,4間に、下側からパワーステアリングポンプ5の取付部6を嵌め込んで、取付部6に形成されている通し孔6a内に通しボルト8を挿通させて、通しボルト8の先端にナット10を締め付け、パワーステアリングポンプブラケット2にパワーステアリングポンプ5を取り付けることができるように構成されており、本例においては、前記外側支持片部3に形成されている通しボルト8を通すための取付穴3aに対し、内側支持片部4に形成されている取付穴4aは、図中cで示す寸法分だけ上方向にオフセットされて形成され、右側の取付穴3aから左側の取付穴4aに向かって上傾するようにオフセット状に各取付穴3a,4aが形成されている。また、取付穴4a内にはブッシュ9を嵌合できるように構成されている。

このようなオフセット状の取付穴3a,4a内に前記通しボルト8を外側支持片部3側から通すと、通しボルト8は水平面に対し傾斜した状態で配設されることとなる。即ち、前記通しボルト8にナット10を締め付ける前に、パワーステアリングポンプ5から突出されたプーリー7にはエンジン1側からベルトが掛装されて、プーリー7には図中Aで示す方向にベルト張力が加わることとなるが、このベルト張力Aが加わった時に、前記外側支持片部3の内側面に対しパワーステアリングポンプ5の取付部6の右端面が面接触状態で当接されるように前記オフセットcの寸法が設定されている。

即ち、取付部6に水平方向に貫通形成された通し穴6aの内周面に内側支持片部4側の通しボルト8の外周面が当接するため、ベルト張力Aが加わった時にもパワーステアリングポンプ5はブラケット2に対し従来例のように傾くことがなく、パワーステアリングポンプ5の取付部6の右端面は良好に外側支持片部3の内側端面に面接触し、従来のように片当り部Pが発生することがなく、従って、外側支持片部3には従来のBで示すような力は加わることがない。そのため、図1のパワーステアリングポンプブラケット2においては従来のようなBで示す外側に向かう力が加わらないために、外側支持片部3等の肉厚を薄く形成させておいても十分な強度が得られることとなり、従ってパワーステアリングポンプブラケット2の全体の強度を従来よりも低減させて肉厚を薄くして全体を軽量化させることができ、コストを低減させることができるものとなる。

なお、本例では、自動車用補機部品の代表例としてのパワーステアリングポンプの取付構造を例示したが、パワーステアリングポンプ以外の他の自動車用補機部品であるオルタネーター,コンプレッサー,エアポンプ等の取付構造においても同様な構造を採用して、ブラケットを軽量化させることができるものとなる。
また、本例では、通しボルト8にナット10を締め付ける構造を例示したが、ナットを用いることなく前後2本のボルト8,8で締め付ける構造の場合にも、同様に取付穴3a,4aをオフセットさせておけば自動車用補機の傾きを防ぐことができる。

【発明の効果】
本発明は、一端側にベルト張力が掛かるプーリーを有する補機部品の取付部を、ブラケットに形成された第1支持片部と第2支持片部の間に嵌め込んでボルトで締結する取付構造において、該ボルトを挿通する前記第1支持片部の第1取付穴の軸線と、前記第2支持片部の第2取付穴の軸線が、ベルト張力により補機が傾斜する方向と逆方向にオフセットするよう該第1取付穴と該第2取付穴を形成し、前記オフセット寸法は、前記補機部品の取付部と、前記第1支持片部または前記第2支持片部の接触面が面接触となる寸法であることにより、補機部品のプーリーにベルト張力が掛かった状態では補機部品の取付部がブ ラケットに面接触となり、従来のようにブラケットに補機部品が片当りすることがなく、ブラケットには異常な力が加わらないために、ブラケットの肉厚を薄く形成させてブラケットを軽量化させることができ、ブラケットのコストを低減させてかつ取付強度を大とし得る効果を有する。
