Description

【0001】

[0019]
【Example】
Embodiments of the present invention will be described below with reference to FIGS.
[0020]
FIG. 1 shows a side view of a nasal powder drug administration device according to the present embodiment, and FIG. 2 is a cross-sectional view of a side view of the nasal powder drug administration device shown in this embodiment. The nasal powder drug administration device 10 includes a capsule storage holding unit 30 that stores and holds the capsule K together with the drug application spraying unit 20, a capsule loading / unloading unit 40 provided in a pull-out manner in the capsule storage holding unit 30, and a capsule storage holding The pump unit 50 that is provided on the air inflow side of the unit 30 and supplies air toward the capsule K, and the capsule in / out of the capsule K in the capsule storage / holding unit 30 on both sides in the axial direction of the capsule K It is mainly composed of cutting tools 60A and 60B for making holes on both sides in the axial direction of the capsule K by the entry / exit operation of the portion 40.
[0021]
In the medicine spraying section 20, a medicine passage 21 is provided on the upper side (air outflow side) of the capsule K in the capsule housing and holding section 30 and the tip of the medicine passage 21 is made of a flexible tube. Nozzles 22A and 22B are formed.
[0022]
A drug capturing and collecting unit 32 that captures and collects the powder drug that falls from the capsule K and flows backward in the air flow passage 31 on the lower side in the axial direction (air inflow side) of the capsule K of the capsule housing and holding unit 30; Similarly, a one-way valve 33 is provided to prevent the powdered medicine from the capsule K from dropping to the pump unit 50 and backflow, and the one-way valve 33 is provided with a spring 34 so that the air pressure from the pump unit 50 is higher than the specified pressure. When the air pressure of the pump unit 50 is lower than the specified pressure, the air circulation inlet 35 is closed to prevent the backflow of air.
[0023]
The capsule insertion / extraction part 40 has a capsule attachment / detachment recess 41 at a position where the capsule K is attached / detached, and can enter / exit into the capsule housing / holding part 30 in a pull-out manner in a direction transverse to the axial direction of the capsule K. The drawer open end is regulated by the withdrawal end 44 of the capsule insertion / extraction part 40 coming into contact with the convex part 37 provided in the storage / holding part 30.
[0024]
When the capsule insertion / extraction part 40 is inserted into the capsule accommodation / holding part 30, the insertion / extraction part convex part 45 of the capsule insertion / extraction part 40 abuts against the contact surface 36 of the capsule accommodation / holding part 30, thereby restricting the insertion end.
[0025]
The pump portion 50 is formed in a bottomed cylindrical shape with a mounting portion 51, a bottom portion 52, and a peripheral surface serving as a pressing portion 53, using a material having rubber elasticity, and the mounting portion 51 is a lower part of the capsule housing and holding portion of the capsule housing and holding portion 30. An air intake valve 54 is attached to the central portion of the bottom portion 52.
[0026]
The air intake valve 54 is formed of a material having rubber elasticity, and includes an air intake hole 55 and an intake valve body 56. The air intake valve 54 is closed when the pump unit 50 is pressed, and after the pump unit 50 is pressed. When returning, the valve is opened and air is supplied to the pump unit 50 from the outside.
[0027]
The nasal powder medicine administration device 10 according to the present embodiment is configured as described above. Next, an operation at the time of punching a capsule will be described with reference to FIGS. 3 to 5.
[0028]
First, as shown in FIG. 3, the capsule K is placed in the capsule attaching / detaching concave portion 41 of the capsule inserting / extracting portion 40, and the capsule inserting / extracting portion end face 46 of the capsule inserting / extracting portion 40 is pushed. Like that.
[0029]
Then, as shown in FIG. 4, as the capsule K placed in the capsule insertion / removal recess 41 of the capsule insertion / extraction section 40 enters the capsule storage / holding section 30, the capsule storage / holding section 30 is transverse to the axial direction of the capsule K. The cutting tools 60A and 60B provided on both sides in the axial direction of the capsule K cut the axially opposite ends KA and KB of the capsule K, whereby holes are formed in both sides of the capsule K in the axial direction.
[0030]
Further, by pushing the capsule entrance / exit portion end face 46 of the capsule entrance / exit portion 40 and causing the entrance / exit portion convex portion 45 to abut against the abutment surface 36 of the capsule housing / holding portion 30, the capsule K that has already been perforated on both axial sides Communicates with the drug passage 21 of the drug application spraying section 20 and the air flow path 31 of the capsule housing and holding section 30 to prepare for drug application.
[0031]
At this time, as shown in FIG. 5, the medicine in the capsule K, which is perforated on both sides in the axial direction, falls toward the air flow passage 31. The collecting part 32 captures and collects the medicine.
[0032]
As described above, according to the present embodiment, when the nasal powder drug administration device 10 is opened, the capsule K can be easily opened on both sides in the axial direction only by the operation of storing the capsule K in the nasal powder drug administration device 10. As well as being opened, the one-way valve 33 and the drug capturing / collecting section 32 can reliably capture the drug that falls and flows backward after the hole is made.
[0033]
Next, the action | operation at the time of the medicine which dispenses a user after punching the capsule K is demonstrated based on FIG.
[0034]
First, the nozzles 22A and 22B of the medicine spraying unit 20 are inserted into the nasal cavity of the user, and the pressing unit 53 of the pump unit 50 is pressed in the direction indicated by the arrow P as shown in FIG. When the pressure of the air to be loaded increases and reaches a specified pressure, the one-way valve 33 opens, and from the pump unit 50 to the capsule K through the one-way valve 33, the drug capturing / collecting unit 32 and the air flow passage 31. Air is supplied.
[0035]
Thereby, the air from the pump unit 50 flows from the capsule K into the nasal cavity of the user through the medicine passage 21 and the nozzles 22A and 22B.
[0036]
At this time, the medicine in the capsule K is agitated by the air flowing in the capsule K, and delivered to the user's nasal cavity together with the air and applied.
[0037]
Further, the medicine captured and collected in the medicine capturing / collecting section 32 at the time of drilling and the medicine in the medicine capturing / collecting section 32 and the air flow passage 31 are sent out by the air from the pump section 50, and together with the medicine in the capsule K, the user's nasal cavity Delivered and administered. As a result, the prescribed amount of the medicine filled in the capsule K can be reliably delivered to the user's nasal cavity and administered.
[0038]
Further, immediately before the pressing of the pump unit 50 is finished, when the pressure of the air loaded on the one-way valve 33 is weakened and becomes lower than a predetermined pressure at which the one-way valve 33 is opened, the one-way valve 33 is closed. However, air flows from the pump unit 50 toward the capsule K until just before the one-way valve 33 is closed. Thereby, the medicine in the capsule K, the air flow passage 31 and the medicine capturing and collecting part 32 can be reliably prevented from falling and backflowing into the pump part 50 without falling and backflowing into the pump part 50.
[0039]
Further, when the pressing of the pump unit 50 is completed and the pressing is released, the pressing unit 53 of the pump unit 50 having rubber elasticity returns in the direction indicated by the arrow R, and a negative pressure is generated in the pump unit 50, thereby causing an air intake valve. As the intake valve body 56 of 54 is opened by the pressure of the external air and air flows into the pump part 50 from the outside through the air intake hole 55, the pressing part of the pump part 50 is indicated by a two-dot chain line. Return to the original state.
[0040]
In the nasal powder pharmaceutical administration device 10 according to the present embodiment, the capsule K is placed in the capsule attaching / detaching concave portion 41 of the capsule inserting / extracting portion 40, and as the capsule inserting / extracting portion 40 is inserted into the capsule accommodating / holding portion 30, The cutting tools 60A and 60B provided at 30 on both sides in the axial direction of the capsule K in a direction transverse to the axial direction of the capsule K at 30 cut the axially opposite ends KA and KB of the capsule K, thereby Holes are drilled on both sides in the axial direction. That is, the capsule K can be accommodated and punched with very few operations including only the operation of accommodating the capsule K in the nasal powder drug administration device 10. In addition, there is no risk of losing the hole-drilling cap or tip as in the prior art, and without forgetting the drilling operation and failing to administer the medicine, it is possible to make a hole in the capsule K without fail. Can do.
[0041]
Also, the capsule containing and holding unit 30 captures and collects the powdered medicine falling and flowing back from the capsule K into the air flow passage 31, and the powdered medicine pump from the capsule K. A one-way valve 33 is provided to prevent dropping to the part 50 and backflow. The one-way valve 33 is opened when the air pressure from the pump unit 50 exceeds a specified pressure, and when the air pressure from the pump unit 50 is lower than the specified pressure, the spring 34 opens the air circulation inlet 35. It is closed so that the backflow of air and medicine is surely prevented. Therefore, the drug captured and collected in the drug capturing / collecting unit 32 at the time of drilling and the drug in the drug capturing / collecting unit 32 and the air flow passage 31 is pressed by the pump unit 50 so that the air pressure in the pump unit 50 is regulated to the specified pressure. As a result, the one-way valve 33 is opened and can be delivered to the user's nasal cavity and administered together with the medicine in the capsule K. Capsule K can eliminate the problem that the required amount of medicine cannot be dispensed by dropping the medicine from the capsule after drilling into the pump section as in the prior art and the need to clean the pump section. The prescribed amount of medicine filled in the medicine can be reliably delivered to the user's nasal cavity and administered.
[0042]
Furthermore, in the medicine spraying portion 20, a medicine passage 21 is provided, and the tip of the medicine passage 21 is formed with nozzles 22A and 22B made of a flexible tube, which can be inserted following the user's nasal cavity at the time of medication. Can be medicated. As a result, the tip part made of a hard resin as in the prior art may be inserted into the nasal cavity, which may damage the user's nasal cavity, or the nasal cavity shape may not be compatible with the user's nasal cavity, preventing the administration of the nasal cavity. Therefore, it is possible to perform an effective medicine that is safe and adapted to the shape of the nasal cavity of the user.
[0043]
FIG. 7 shows a cross-sectional view of a nasal powder drug administration device according to another embodiment of the present invention (the reference numerals in the figure have the same meaning as in the previous embodiment). In this embodiment, the nozzle 22 made of a flexible tube at the tip of the medicine passage 21 in the medicine spraying section 20 is different from the above-described embodiment in that it is composed of one nozzle. Thus, the operation at the time of drilling the capsule K and the operation at the time of applying medicine to the user after performing the drilling are exactly the same as in the previous embodiment.
[0044]
【The invention's effect】
As described above, according to the first aspect of the present invention, the capsule is placed in the capsule insertion / removal recess of the capsule loading / unloading section, and the capsule loading / unloading section is inserted into the capsule holding / holding section. The cutting tool provided in the lateral direction on both sides in the axial direction of the capsule cuts both end portions in the axial direction of the capsule, whereby holes can be made on both sides in the axial direction of the capsule. Thereafter, air is supplied from the pump unit to the capsule in the capsule holding and holding unit, and the medicine in the capsule is applied to the user's nasal cavity through the nozzle from the drug passage of the drug spraying unit together with the air. The capsule can be drilled only by the operation of storing it in the nasal powder drug administration device. According to the present invention, it is possible to omit a hole-piercing operation that is easy to forget, and to reliably punch a capsule with an extremely small amount of movement without fear of losing a separate object such as a cap provided with a hole-piercing needle or a tip.
[0045]
The invention according to claim 2 captures and collects the medicine that falls and backflows from the capsule after holding the capsule between the capsule holding and holding part and the pump part so as to capture and collect the drug and not drop it into the pump. An air flow passage that has the shape of a passage through which the medicine can be applied together with the medicine in the capsule by the operation of the pump section, a one-way valve that regulates the valve opening pressure by the medicine capturing and collecting section, and a spring is provided. The medicine that has fallen and flowed backward is delivered to the user's nasal cavity together with the medicine in the capsule via the capsule housing holding part and the medicine medicine spraying part by the air from the pump part at the time of medicine administration, and the prescribed amount filled in the capsule The drug can be reliably delivered and administered to the user's nasal cavity. Furthermore, since no medicine falls on the pump part, cleaning of the pump part can be omitted.
[0046]
In the invention of claim 3, since the nozzle of the medicine spraying portion is formed of a flexible tube, it is impossible to follow the shape of the user's nasal cavity when the user inserts the nozzle into the nasal cavity during drug application. Can be inserted without any problem, and it is possible to safely and efficiently apply the medicine in conformity with the shape of the nasal cavity of the user.
