Description
【0001】

BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
The present invention relates to a road marking body used in a state of being fixed and arranged on a paved road surface for the purpose of lane centerline marking, lane guidance marking, traffic regulation guidance marking, or the like.
[0002]
[Prior art]
Various inventions have been proposed for ensuring visibility at night even when a light emitting body is added to a road marking body and the reflection sheet or the like attached to the road marking body loses its function. A method is well known in which a light emitter is provided inside a pole so that the entire pole is illuminated. Road marking objects are installed on the center line, etc., and need to be able to withstand and recover from being stepped on by a vehicle at a considerable speed and frequency, and to be able to withstand such a situation for a considerable number of times. The Accordingly, the base material itself is formed of a flexible material, and when it is stepped on, there is a tendency that stress is concentrated and a joint portion that tends to cause separation is not provided as much as possible. Therefore, even when a light emitter is provided inside the transparent pole portion so that the entire pole is illuminated, a method of integrally forming the pole portion including the cap portion and the base portion by injection molding or the like is used.
[0003]
In addition, a method has been proposed in which a cap portion provided with a light emitter is attached to a pole portion by fastening means or the like to make the cap portion shine.
[0004]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
However, in the method of integrally forming the pole part including the cap part and the base part by injection molding or the like, various kinds of equipment such as equipment related to resin processing, costs associated with it, labor and time involved in processing, etc. in response to various specifications. There will be restrictions. In order to manufacture a new mold, it is necessary to manufacture a mold that can form almost the entire road marking body, which requires a large amount of money, and to respond to a quick delivery date. It is extremely difficult. In addition to these factors, if you try to cope with different heights, the restrictions will be even greater.
[0005]
In addition, in the method in which the cap portion provided with the light emitter is attached to the pole portion by fastening means, etc., the cap portion is a portion where the impact is particularly increased by stepping on the vehicle etc., and the light emitter is extremely damaged or broken by the impact. It becomes easy. Furthermore, when the impact as described above is applied, the pole portion is usually formed of a flexible resin material, and when the impact is received, the material of the pole portion is torn from the through hole that has been fastened, and the pole portion The cap part is easy to fall off.
[0006]
Therefore, the present invention provides a light-emitting road marking body in which a light-emitting portion can be provided easily and quickly, and the light-emitting portion is less likely to be damaged, broken, or dropped.
[0007]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
In order to solve the above problems, the present invention is configured as follows. That is, a pole portion made of a cylindrical hollow columnar body having upper and lower ends opened and having the same inner diameter along the length direction, and a cap portion having an insertion portion having an outer diameter substantially the same as the inner diameter of the pole portion The base part, the insertion part of the cap part is inserted at the upper end of the pole part, the insertion part of the base part is inserted at the lower end of the pole part, the inner side surface of the pole part and the outer side surface of the insertion part of the cap part and the base part fused portion with but are integrated is rotated fused respectively, unevenness is provided on the outer peripheral surface of the insertion portion of the cap portion to be rotated fused, the periphery of the insertion portion of the base portion to conceal the fused portion An outer peripheral wall that protects the light is provided, and at least one of the cap part, the pole part, and the base part is provided with a light emitting part that emits light toward the outside.
[0008]
The road marking body has a pole part, a cap part, and a base part separated, and the pole part is a simple hollow columnar body, and the cap part and the base part can be provided with an insertion part having an outer diameter substantially the same as the inner diameter of the pole part. For example, various shapes and functions can be provided by changing the shape of other portions or adding other members. Therefore, it is possible to improve the visibility at night by arbitrarily providing a light emitting part in any of the cap part, the pole part, and the base part as necessary.
[0009]
Further, it is possible to form road marking bodies having various heights only by changing the length of the pole portion, and it is possible to quickly respond to the delivery date according to the change of the height. In addition, by joining each member by fusion, the joint is hardly noticeable in appearance, and the joint is melted and integrated with each other, so that a strong joining force can be obtained. It can withstand treading of a vehicle or the like over a long period of time, and will not easily fall off even if a light emitting part is added.
[0010]
The length of the pole portion can be arbitrary, but the inner diameter is the same along the length direction, and the insertion portion of the cap portion and the base portion needs to be molded according to the inner diameter of the pole portion. Since the cap portion and the base portion each have an insertion portion, it is possible to perform the fusion without applying an external force other than that particularly related to the fusion. The pole part is simply a cylindrical hollow columnar body, and those with a certain length are stocked, and if necessary, cut to an arbitrary length to form the pole part. It is possible to respond quickly to orders by joining to the cap and base parts.
[0011]
Also, when manufacturing a new mold to change the function of the road marking body to various functions, the mold is required only for the cap part and the base part. However, it is much smaller than almost the whole mold, so that the time and cost required for production can be much smaller.
[0012]
The light emitting part may be a light source directly attached, or may be provided with a light source behind a transparent cover material to protect the light source, and further via a reflector, an optical fiber, etc. The light may be guided from the light source to the light emitting unit. The light source is not particularly limited, and may be a light emitting diode, a halogen lamp, a metal halide lamp, a xenon lamp, a cold cathode tube, a fluorescent tube, etc., but emits light with high brightness, low power consumption, and a long life as a light emitter. A diode is preferably used.
[0013]
The light source may be one that causes the light emitting unit to emit light continuously regardless of whether it is day or night, but it is preferable that the light source emit light at night in terms of power efficiency, and it may be blinking. In the case of emitting light at night, it is preferable that a brightness sensor is provided to detect night and the light emitting unit emits light only during the detected time zone. In addition, it is necessary to secure a power source at night, a commercial power source or the like may be used, a primary or secondary battery may be used, and a charging unit such as a photovoltaic power generation cell is provided and power is generated by the charging unit. A method may be used in which electric power is stored in a secondary battery such as a lead storage battery, an electric double layer capacitor, or a Ni-Cd battery, and discharged at night.
[0014]
The base portion may be provided with a through-hole penetrating vertically, and a light beam related to light emission from the light source passes through the through-hole to cause the light-emitting portion to emit light. By providing the light source below the base portion, the light source is not directly exposed to a vehicle stepping, wind and rain, etc., leading to protection of the light source. Further, since the light beam passes through the through hole from below the base portion and emits light, the driver does not receive the light beam directly from the light source, and dazzling can be prevented.
[0015]
The cap portion is provided with a window portion that transmits light from the inside to the outside, and a reflector that refracts light rays from below to the window portion, and the window portion emits light rays from below. It may be what is said. Since it is easier for the driver to visually recognize the light emission at a high position, it is preferable that the light emission be performed at the cap part. However, it is not necessary to provide a light source directly on the cap part, and the light source may be damaged due to a collision with a vehicle or the like. Failure can be prevented.
[0016]
Further, the reflector may be provided so as to illuminate a road marking body by being irradiated downward with a light beam reflected and transmitted through the window. If the light refracted by the reflector is directly viewed from the light source, the driver may feel dazzled. However, the reflected light will not be visible directly by illuminating the road marking object. It becomes dazzling, and it can be clearly shown by illuminating the road marking body itself.
[0017]
The base part may be provided with a window part that transmits light, and the window part may be a light emitting part by transmitting light from a light source provided below the base part through the window part. By providing the window portion in the base portion, a light emitting portion can be obtained without providing a reflector or the like.
[0018]
Moreover, the cap part and / or the base part according to the present invention may have a light emitter embedded in a part thereof, and the light emitter may use the light emitter as a light source. The cap part and the base part are thicker than the pole part, and the thickness of the cap part and the base part can be easily changed, and are suitable for embedding the light emitter. The illuminant may be one that embeds the illuminant itself, or may be one in which the illuminant is provided in another member and the other member is embedded.
[0019]
Further, a member having a light emitter may be attached to the cap portion and / or the base portion according to the present invention, and the light emitter may use the light emitter as a light source.
[0020]
Further, the cap part and / or the base part according to the present invention is provided with a photovoltaic power generation cell so that sunlight can be received, and the light emitting part is caused to emit light by the electric power generated by the photovoltaic power generation cell. May be.
[0021]
Fusion according to the present invention performs the rotation fusion it is easy to obtain a substantially constant fusion strength throughout fusion bonded portion. Rotational fusion is a process in which one of the resin members is in contact with each other or rotated in the opposite direction to generate frictional heat on the contact surface. Is melted and integrated after cooling. The contact surface between the resin members is the inner surface of the pole portion where the fused portion is present, and the joint portion is hardly noticeable in appearance.
[0022]
For the base part to be fused, an outer peripheral wall is provided around the outside of the fused part between the insertion part of the base part and the pole part to conceal the molten resin leakage from the fused part and to improve the appearance. At the same time, it is preferable to have a structure that prevents a decrease in strength of the fused portion. The outer peripheral wall may be provided on the outside of the insertion part by forming a groove in which the tip of the pole part is fitted on the outside of the insertion part, after the insertion part of the base part and the pole part are fused. In addition, a separate cylindrical member may be joined to the outside of the fusion part by fusion or the like, and a cylindrical member having a bottom part may be fitted to the fusion part of the base part and the pole part to fix the anchor. When the bolt is screwed and fixed to the base anchor, the bottom portion of the cylindrical member may be sandwiched and fixed between the base portion and the road surface.
[0023]
The material of each member is not particularly limited as long as it can be molded and fused, but thermoplastic polyurethane, soft polyolefin, elastomer, etc. are considered in consideration of ease of molding, resilience to treading of vehicles, durability, etc. In view of ease of fusion, a thermoplastic resin is preferable. From the viewpoint of recycling, it is preferable that the material of each member is the same. However, even if different materials are used in consideration of strength, etc., the area of the joint portion is not so large. The mixing amount of is small and can be easily recycled.
