このようなロータリ式容器処理装置で容器の処理能力を向上させるためには、回転体にできるだけ多数の容器保持手段を設けて同時に多数の容器を装置内に搬入し、連続的に搬送する間に洗浄等の処理を行なうようにすれば良い。そのためには容器処理装置の大型化を図ることが望ましい。

【発明が解決しようとする課題】
しかしながら、ロータリ式容器処理装置を大型化すると、道路上を輸送する際の寸法制限があるため、設置場所までの輸送が不可能であり、従来は、大型機を製作することは困難であった。また、大型のロータリ式容器処理装置を分割可能に構成して、輸送時には分割し、設置場所に搬入した後組立てるようにすることも可能であるが、ロータリ式容器処理装置の回転体は高精度が要求され、復元した際に三次元的な調整を行なわなければならないため、回転体を分割可能な構成にすることは実際には不可能であった。そこで従来は、搬送可能なサイズの小型の容器処理装置を複数台設けることにより、大型の容器処理装置と同様の処理能力を得るようにしていたが、この場合には、一台の大型機よりもコスト高であるという問題があった。

本発明は前記課題を解決するためになされたもので、大型のロータリ式容器処理装置を陸上搬送可能な構成にすることにより、実用化できるようにすることを目的とするものである。

【課題を解決するための手段】
本発明に係るロータリ式容器処理装置は、ベースと、このベースに回転自在に支持された回転軸と、回転軸に設けられて一体的に回転する回転体と、回転体の外周寄りに所定の間隔で設けられた容器保持手段とを備えており、特に、前記回転体を、回転軸に水平に固定された基準円体と、この基準円体の外周に半径方向外方に延長して取付けられて、少なくとも一部がベースから外側に張り出す着脱可能な延長部材とから構成し、かつ、前記容器保持手段が前記延長部材に取り付けられていることを特徴とするものである。

【発明の実施の形態】
以下、図面に示す実施の形態により本発明を説明する。図1は本発明の一実施の形態に係るロータリ式容器処理装置の平面図、図2はその正面図である。長方形のメインフレーム(ベース)2を、その幅(短辺の長さ)W1 が陸送可能な幅に収まるような最大の大きさに製作する。このメインフレーム2に直立した回転軸4を回転自在に支持させる。回転軸4上にメインホイール(基準円体)6を水平に固定し一体回転可能にする。このメインホイール6の外径D1 も前記メインフレーム2と同様に、陸送可能な範囲に収まる最大径とする。
