Description
先ず、前記電磁ソレノイド29に図外の制御装置及び電源から制御電流が供給されない状態(非通電状態)では、スプール弁11は、ばね部材28のばね力によって図1において左方向に付勢されて所定位置に停止している(図1参照)。

Claims (6)
- 機関の回転に同期して回転するスプロケットと、カムによって吸気弁または排気弁を駆動するカムシャフトと、の間に設けられ、油圧源から内部への作動油の供給あるいは内部から作動油の排出を制御することによって、前記スプロケットに対して前記カムシャフトを相対回動させて前記吸気弁または排気弁の開閉タイミングを変更する内燃機関のバルブタイミング変更装置の制御弁であって、
前記制御弁は、筒状のバルブボディと、前記バルブボディの内部に摺動自在に収容されたスプール弁とを備え、
前記バルブボディは、前記油圧源に一端が接続された供給通路の他端が臨む開口部と、前記バルブタイミング変更装置の内部に一端が接続された各給排通路の他端部が臨む複数の開口部を有し、該各開口部が前記バルブボディの胴部外周に形成された周方向溝部に臨んで開口形成され、
前記周方向溝部内に、前記バルブタイミング変更装置から前記各給排通路を通って前記バルブボディ内に排出される作動油に対して前記カムシャフトに作用する反転トルクから生じる脈圧を減衰させるフィルタが前記各開口部を覆うように設けられたことを特徴とする内燃機関のバルブタイミング変更装置の制御弁。 - 前記フィルタは、濾過体と該濾過体の外周に設けられた枠体によって構成されていると共に、前記作動油に抵抗を与えて前記脈圧を減衰させることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の内燃機関のバルブタイミング変更装置の制御弁。
- 前記濾過体は、前記枠体によって前記各周方向溝部内に取り付けられていることを特徴とする請求項1または2に記載の内燃機関のバルブタイミング変更装置の制御弁。
- 前記フィルタは、一端側にフック部が形成されている一方、他端側にフック係止部が形成され、該フック係止部に前記フック部を係止することによって前記バルブボディに取り付けられていることを特徴とする請求項3に記載の内燃機関のバルブタイミング変更装置の制御弁。
- 前記制御弁は、前記スプール弁の軸方向に押圧力を付与する電磁ソレノイドと、該電磁ソレノイドの押圧力に対向して前記スプール弁にばね力を付与するばね部材とを備えたことを特徴とする請求項1〜4のいずれか一項に記載の内燃機関のバルブタイミング変更装置の制御弁。
- 前記フィルタは、前記各周方向溝部の全周を覆うように取り付けられていることを特徴とする請求項1〜5のいずれか一項に記載の内燃機関のバルブタイミング変更装置の制御弁。
