この発明は、パチンコ機の入賞装置に関し、特に、予め定めた特定条件の成立に関連して利用されるパチンコ機の入賞装置に関するものである。

【従来の技術】
遊技者に不利な第1状態と遊技者に有利な第2状態とに変換可能な変動入賞装置を備えるチンコ機において、上記変動入賞装置を変換させる特定条件の成立に関連する入賞装置が種々開発されている。例えば、特開平4−295386号公報に記載されるパチンコ機では、予め定めた遊技状態となったときに放される電動入賞装置の下方に、特別装置作動領域を含む複数の通過領域の何れかに振分誘導する特別入賞装置を設け、上記電動入賞装置を、放後一定時間が経過するか、又は通過領域の数以上の予め定められた規定数に達したときに閉鎖するようにして、特別装置作動領域の入賞率を高めている。また、上記パチンコ機には、一つの球受入凹部を有する回転円盤を備える始動入賞口装置が設けてある。一方、実開平1−126288号公報には、特別装置作動領域を含む複数の通過領域を有する回転部材を正逆回転させることによって、当該特別装置作動領域の入賞率が変化するように構成した入賞装置が記載されている。

【発明が解決しようとする課題】
そして、特定条件成立に関連する入賞装置の入賞率は、一般に、遊技球の入り易さ、即ち当該入賞装置の入賞口の大きさないし形態に依存して決定され、入賞口を放して大きくすることにより入賞率を高めるものである。従って、各パチンコ機における差異が少なく、遊技者に飽きられているのが現状である。
本発明は上記に鑑み提案されたもので、入賞口の大きさないし形態を変化させることなく、入賞率を変更可能なパチンコ機の入賞装置を提供することを目的とする。

【課題を解決するための手段】
上記目的を達成するため本発明は、遊技盤に取り付けるための取付板と、上記取付板に回転自在に軸着されると共に、球を1個宛に受入可能な第1球受凹部及び球を1個宛に受入可能な第2球受凹部を有する回転体と、上記回転体を制御手段の制御下に回転駆動する駆動源と、上記回転体の周囲に設けた囲繞壁と、上記回転体の各球受凹部へ遊技盤を流下する球を取り込むための上記囲繞壁に開設した球の直径よりも若干幅広な1つの球入口と、上記回転体の第2球受凹部に取り込んだ球を遊技盤へ排出する上記囲繞壁に開設した1つの球出口と、上記取付板に開設され上記回転体の第1球受凹部に取り込んだ球を検出スイッチが臨む球連絡路へ排出する入賞球口と、を少なくとも備え、上記第1球受凹部と第2球受凹部とは上記回転体の側周部に互いに近接して開設してあり、上記入賞球口は上記取付板において上記囲繞壁に開設した球入口と球出口との間に開設され、制御手段によって回転体の回転方向を正逆に変更して入賞球口へ入球する球の入賞率を可変させるようにしたものである。

【実施例】
以下、本発明を図面の実施例について説明すると、図1は本発明に係る入賞装置1を配設したパチンコ機の遊技盤2の正面図である。この遊技盤2の表面には、ガイドレール3で囲まれた遊技部4を形成し、該遊技部4のほゞ中央にセンター役物5を配設すると共に、所定の位置に種々の入賞装置或は入賞具6…及び風車7…等を配設し、更に適宜位置には障害釘8が設けてある。

即ち、図示の遊技盤2では上記センター役物5に向かって左側に、本発明に係る入賞装置1を配設し、該入賞装置1の下方に、遊技者に不利な第1状態と遊技者に有利な第2状態とに変換可能な変動入賞装置9を配設する。また、センター役物5の下方には、特定入賞口10を備える普通電動役物11を配設し、該普通電動役物11の左右にポケット状の入賞具6c,6eを配設する。そして、向かって左側の入賞具6eを後述する始動入賞口に設定し、右側の入賞具6cを右落し入賞口に設定する。

また、上記センター役物5と普通電動役物11との間には、センター下入賞口となる入賞具6dを配設する。更に、上記変動入賞装置9とほゞ対称な位置には、右袖入賞口となる入賞具6aを配設し、該右袖入賞口6aのほゞ上方に右肩入賞口となる入賞具6bを配設する。そして、遊技部4の最下位置には、何れの入賞口にも入賞しなかった球が流入するアウト口12を設ける。

本発明に係る入賞装置1は、図2ないし図3に示すように、取付板20の前面側にモータ21を駆動源とする円筒状の回転体22を軸着し、この回転体22の側周面に球一個を受入可能な断面ほゞU字形の第1球受凹部23及び第2球受凹部24を設ける。また、上記回転体22の周囲には囲繞壁25を設け、上部に球の直径より若干幅広な球入口26(球径11mmに対して例えば開口幅12mm)を開設すると共に、側部に開口幅、例えば17.5mmの球出口27を開設する。

上記第1球受凹部23及び第2球受凹部24は、回転体22の側周部に互いに近接して開設してあり、第1球受凹部23の底部には球を後方へ誘導する誘導リブ28が設けてあり、第2球受凹部24の後縁には球を当該凹部内に保持する係止リブ29が設けてある。また、第1球受凹部23と第2球受凹部24との開設方向は異っており、第1球受凹部23は、回転体22が回転して囲繞壁25の球出口27と第1球受凹部23が連通しても、当該第1球受凹部23に流入した球が球出口27から遊技盤2の表面に流出しない方向に開口してあるが、第2球受凹部24は、回転体22が回転して球出口27と第2球受凹部24とが連通すると、当該第2球受凹部24に流入した球が上記球出口27から遊技部4へ流出するようになっている。

そして、上記取付板20には、回転体22の第1球受凹部23と連通可能な入賞球口30を、囲繞壁25の球入口26と球出口27との間に位置するように開設する。また、上記取付板20の裏面側にはガイド壁31を設けると共にカバー体32を止着して、上記入賞球口30に連通する球連絡路33を形成し、この球連絡路33には検出スイッチ34を臨ませる。尚、上記カバー体32にはモータ取付ガイド壁35を設け、このモータ取付ガイド壁35を介して駆動源としてのモータ21が取り付けてある。尚、上記モータ21は、正逆回転自在なステッピングモータがよい。

また、図示していないが、上記回転体22の位置を検出するための位置検出手段を設ける。この位置検出手段は、例えば、回転体22に埋設した磁石と、取付板20に設けたホールICによって構成することができるし、光センサ等でもよい。

上記のような構成の入賞装置1において、回転体22が図4の矢視P方向に回転しているときに、遊技部4を流下する球が囲繞壁25の球入口26から第1球受凹部23に流入すると、球出口27から排出されることなく、入賞球口30まで移送されて球連絡路33へ取り込まれ、球連絡路33を流下して検出スイッチ34に作用する。また、第2球受凹部24に流入した球は、球出口27から遊技部4へ排出される。そして、回転体22が図4の矢視P方向に回転しているときは、図4の(a)の状態から(b)の状態までが第1球受凹部23に入球して入賞可能なタイミング(当りの範囲)であり、(b)の状態から(a)の状態までが第2球受凹部24へ入球して外れのタイミング(外れの範囲)になる。

一方、回転体22の回転方向が図4の矢視Q方向のときでも、各球受凹部から排出される位置は同じである。即ち、回転体22が矢視Q方向に回転しているときに、第1球受凹部23に流入した球は、直ぐに入賞球口30から球連絡路33に取り込まれる。また、第2球受凹部24に流入した球は、入賞球口30から取り込まれることなく通過して、球出口27まで移送され、この球出口27から遊技部4へ排出される。そして、この回転方向では、(c)の状態から(d)状態までが入賞可能なタイミングであり、(d)の状態から(c)状態までが外れのタイミングである。

そこで、回転体22の回転速度を増減すると入賞可能なタイミングが変化する。また、回転速度が同じでも、回転方向によって入賞可能なタイミングが増減し、入賞率が変化する。更に、回転速度と回転方向を同時に変化させると、入賞率の変化量が更に増大する。

図7に示すフローチャートは、回転体22の他の制御系を示し、この回転体22には位置検出手段であるモータスイッチが設けて無い。この制御系は、S1において権利中か否かを判別し、権利中ならばS2で逆転速度データ1(5rpm)をロードし、権利中でないならばS3で正転速度データ2(30rpm)をロードする。そして、S4でモータデータをセットして駆動する。

このような制御系によれば、入賞率を変化させることができるばかりではなく、遊技者による狙い撃ちを防止することができる。尚、上記実施例で常態のときの単位時間あたりの回転数を権利中のときの単位時間あたりの回転数よりも高くしてある。これは、本来ならば、常態中の単位時間あたりの回転数を落して入賞率を低下させたいとこ口であるが、権利中は、第1球受凹部23が球入口26に近付くときに集中的に打球が発射されるので、一回転当りの入賞率がアップして遊技店側が不利益となるのを防止するためである。

次に、上記のような構成の入賞装置1を用いたパチンコ機の一例を遊技に沿って簡単に説明する。図1に示す遊技盤2を備えるパチンコ機は、所謂第3種パチンコ機に属するものであって、権利状態のときに、始動入賞口40に入賞すると、規制された所定時間又は所定個数入賞するまでを1サイクルとして、規制された範囲内で大入賞口41である変動入賞装置9を遊技者に有利な第2状態に変換することができる。

遊技盤2のほゞ中央配設されたセンター役物5は、天入賞口42及び天下入賞口43を備え、上記天下入賞口43は普通図柄表示装置作動ゲート44が臨む凹室45へ連通する。尚、上記天下入賞口43へは、障害釘8が途切れる向って左側から入球する。上記凹室45には、当該凹室45へ流入した球を普通図柄表示装置作動ゲート44と一般入賞口とに振り分ける回転振分板46が人形を模して形成される。また、このセンター役物5の前面側には、普通図柄表示装置47が横方向に配設されたLEDによって形成され、例えば、「1」から「8」迄の図柄を可視表示する。尚、この図柄は後述する識別情報となる。
