Description

【0001】

BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
The present invention relates to a remodeling method in which a new flooring material is inserted on an existing flooring material, and the renovation width wood used for making it possible to properly perform this reforming without removing the existing baseboard. The present invention also relates to a remodeling method using this width wood.
[0002]
[Prior art]
In the remodeling method in which a new floor material is inserted on an existing floor material, after removing the existing baseboard, the new floor material is usually inserted, and then the new baseboard is attached. I am doing so.
[0003]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
However, in such a conventional method, it takes a considerable effort to remove the existing baseboard. This is because the baseboard is usually firmly attached to the wall side with a nail and an adhesive.
[0004]
Moreover, in such a conventional method, the wall is often damaged when the existing baseboard is removed. In such a case, it is necessary to replace the wall material.
[0005]
Such an inconvenience does not occur when a new floor material is inserted on an existing floor material without removing the existing baseboard. However, when this is simply done, it is necessary to prevent the gap between the existing baseboard and the newly installed flooring as much as possible, and high precision is required for the construction. In addition, when a new flooring is inserted in this way, the gap generated in the joint between the new flooring and the existing baseboard becomes a vertical gap. It tends to deteriorate the appearance of the aging.
[0006]
Therefore, the present invention makes it possible to perform such reforming easily and with good finish without removing the existing baseboard when renovating a method in which a new flooring is inserted on an existing flooring. The main purpose is to provide a renovated timber and a remodeling method.
[0007]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
In order to achieve the above-mentioned object, in the invention according to claim 1, the breadth for remodeling is provided with the following configurations (1) to (6).
(1) A renovating skirting lumber provided to cover the front and upper end surfaces of an existing baseboard,
(2) It has a vertical baseboard structure and a horizontal baseboard structure,
(3) The vertical baseboard structure is
An attachment surface to the front of the existing baseboard,
An abutting surface portion against a new floor surface formed by a new floor material inserted on the existing floor;
An upper part extending upward from the upper end surface of the existing baseboard,
(4) The horizontal baseboard structure is
A first plate part,
An outer surface that forms an outer corner that is substantially perpendicular to the outer surface of the first plate portion. And an inner surface that forms an inner corner that is substantially perpendicular to the inner surface of the first plate portion. And a second plate part connected to the first plate part,
(5) The outer surface of either the first plate part or the second plate part of the horizontal side base plate structure inserted between the upper part of the vertical side base plate structure and the wall surface is an attachment surface part to the wall surface. As
(6) The other inner surface of this 1st board part and the 2nd board part is made into the abutting surface part to the upper end surface of a vertical side baseboard structure.
[0008]
According to such a configuration,
(1) First, the abutment surface portion of the vertical baseboard structure is abutted against the newly established floor surface, and the attachment surface portion of the vertical side baseboard structure is attached to the front surface of the existing baseboard. The front of the baseboard can be covered with a vertical baseboard structure.
(2) Moreover, either the 1st board part of a horizontal side baseboard structure, or the 2nd board part is inserted between the upper part and wall surface of the vertical side baseboard structure arranged in this way In this way, either the first plate portion or the second plate portion of the horizontal side baseboard structure to be inserted in this way is attached to the wall surface, and the first plate portion and the second plate portion By causing the other butted surface part to abut against the upper end surface of the vertical baseboard structure, the upper end surface of the existing baseboard structure can be covered with the horizontal baseboard structure.
(3) Since either one of the first plate portion and the second plate portion of the horizontal-side baseboard structure to be inserted in this way has its attachment surface portion attached to the wall surface, it is provided with a width for reform There is no useless gap between the wood and the wall.
(4) Moreover, since the other of the 1st board part and the 2nd board part of the horizontal side baseboard structure which is not inserted makes the abutting surface part abut on the upper end surface of a vertical side baseboard structure, The upper side of the vertical baseboard structure can be covered with the horizontal baseboard structure, and no unnecessary gap is generated between the vertical baseboard structure and the horizontal baseboard structure. .
(5) Also, according to the thickness of the existing baseboard, the interval between the attachment surface portion and the wall surface of the vertical side baseboard structure in which the attachment surface portion is attached to the front surface of the existing baseboard is changed. However, if it is within the dimension of the other butting surface part of the first board part and the second board part of the horizontal side baseboard structure that is not inserted, it is always inserted on the upper end surface of the vertical side baseboard structure. Suitable for various existing baseboards that can be covered by the other one of the first and second plate parts of the horizontal baseboard structure that does not melt, and that have different horizontal thicknesses by a single renovating baseboard It can be covered with this renovation width wood.

Can be covered.
[0009]
Moreover, in invention of Claim 2, the board thickness of the 1st board part of the horizontal side baseboard structure in the base material for reform of Claim 1 differs from the board thickness of a 2nd board part. It is characterized by that.
[0010]
According to this structure, according to the thickness of the existing baseboard in the horizontal direction, the first plate portion and the second plate portion of the horizontal side baseboard structure between the upper part and the wall surface of the vertical side baseboard structure. Among these, as much as possible between the inner surface of the upper part of this vertical side baseboard structure and the inner surface of one of the first plate part and the second plate part of the horizontal side baseboard structure inserted between them One having a thickness that is not formed can be inserted.
[0011]
Moreover, in invention of Claim 3, the width | variety wood for renovation of Claim 1 or Claim 2 is further,
On one surface side, with a bonding surface portion to the inner surface of one of the first plate portion and the second plate portion of the horizontal side baseboard structure inserted between the upper part of the vertical side baseboard structure and the wall surface ,
On the other side, there is a cushioning material provided with an adhesive surface portion on the inner surface of the upper part of the vertical side base plate structure facing the inner surface of either the first plate portion or the second plate portion of the horizontal side base plate structure body. It is characterized by that.
[0012]
According to such a configuration, first, the horizontal side that is planned to be inserted between the upper inner surface of the vertical baseboard structure and the upper surface and the wall surface of the vertical baseboard structure via the cushion material. The inner surface of any one of the first plate portion and the second plate portion of the baseboard structure can be temporarily assembled.
[0013]
Next, with the vertical side baseboard structure and the horizontal side baseboard structure temporarily assembled in this manner, the abutment surface portion of the vertical side baseboard structure is abutted against the new floor surface, and this vertical side Cushioning material for either the first board part or the second board part of the horizontal baseboard structure against the wall surface while attaching the basement part of the baseboard structure to the front of the existing baseboard Can be pressed while being deformed by compression, and in this state, the renovating skirting lumber can be fastened to the wall surface and the existing skirting board by nailing or the like.
[0014]
That is, the horizontal thickness of the existing baseboard between the inner surface of the upper part of the vertical side baseboard structure and the first and second inner surfaces of the horizontal side baseboard structure inserted therebetween Even if a gap is generated accordingly, a state equivalent to a state in which such a gap is not generated can be created by the cushion material.
[0015]
Moreover, in invention of Claim 4, the remodeling method using the width | variety for renovation of Claim 1 or Claim 2 included each process of the following (1)-(5). did.
(1) After the new floor material is formed on the existing floor to form the new floor surface,

[0019]
DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION
Hereinafter, typical embodiments of the present invention will be described with reference to FIGS.
[0020]
1, 3, 5, and 7, the renovating skirt wood H and the existing skirting wood h side on which the renovating skirt wood H is provided are shown separately as perspective views. 2, 4, 6, and 8 show a state in which the renovation width wood H is provided as a cross-sectional state.
[0021]
The renovation width wood H and the renovation method according to this embodiment are suitable for renovation without removing the existing baseboard h in the remodeling method in which a new flooring is inserted on the existing flooring. It is used to make it possible to
[0022]
In other words, the renovated width wood H is provided so as to cover the front surface ha and the upper end surface hb of the existing baseboard h after the new floor material is inserted, and is formed by the new floor material NFa. And the wall surface P are used as parting.
[0023]
The renovating skirting board H has a vertical side skirting board structure 1 and a horizontal side skirting board structure 2.
[0024]
This vertical-side baseboard structure 1 is
An attachment surface portion 1a to the front surface ha of the existing baseboard h,
An abutting surface portion 1b against a new floor surface NFa formed by a new floor material inserted on the existing floor F;
And an upper portion 1c extending upward from the upper end surface hb of the existing baseboard h.
[0025]
Moreover, the horizontal side baseboard structure 22 is
A first plate portion 2a;
A second plate portion 2b connected to the first plate portion 2a with an outer surface that forms an outer corner portion 2c having a substantially right angle with the outer surface of the first plate portion 2a;
The outer surface of one of the first plate portion 2a and the second plate portion 2b of the horizontal side baseboard structure 2 inserted between the upper portion 1c of the vertical side baseboard structure 1 and the wall surface P is connected to the wall surface P. As the attachment surface portion 2e,
The other inner surface of the first plate portion 2a and the second plate portion 2b is configured to be an abutting surface portion 2f to the upper end surface 1d of the vertical baseboard structure 1.
[0026]
Thereby, according to the breadth for renovation H according to this embodiment,
(1) First, the abutment surface portion 1b of the vertical side baseboard structure 1 is abutted against the new floor surface NFa, and the attachment surface portion 1a of the vertical side baseboard structure 1 is placed on the front surface ha of the existing baseboard h. By attaching, the front side ha of the existing baseboard h can be covered with the vertical side baseboard structure 1.
(2) Moreover, between the upper part 1c of the vertical side baseboard structure 1 and the wall surface P which are arranged in this way, either the first plate part 2a or the second plate part 2b of the horizontal side baseboard structure 2 One of the first plate portion 2a and the second plate portion 2b of the horizontal-side baseboard structure 2 to be inserted in this way is attached to the wall surface P as an attachment surface portion 2e. And the inner surface of the first plate portion 2a and the second plate portion 2b, which is the other butting surface portion 2f, is abutted against the upper end surface 1d of the vertical baseboard structure 1, thereby The upper end face hb can be covered with the horizontal side baseboard structure 2.
(3) Either one of the first plate portion 2a and the second plate portion 2b of the horizontal-side baseboard structure 2 to be inserted in this manner is attached to the wall surface P as the attachment surface portion 2e. Therefore, an unnecessary gap is not generated between the renovated breadth H for reforming and the wall surface P.
(4) Moreover, the other of the 1st board part 2a and the 2nd board part 2b of the horizontal side baseboard structure 2 which is not inserted, the inner surface used as the butting surface part 2f on top of the vertical side baseboard structure 1 Since it is made to abut against the end surface 1d, the upper end surface 1d of the vertical side baseboard structure 1 can be covered with the horizontal side baseboard structure 2, and the vertical side baseboard structure 1 and the horizontal side baseboard structure No unnecessary gap is generated between the two.

If the distance is within the dimension of the inner surface that becomes the other butting surface portion 2f of the first plate portion 2a and the second plate portion 2b of the horizontal side baseboard structure 2 that is not inserted, the vertical side The upper end surface 1d of the baseboard structure 1 can be covered with the other of the first plate part 2a and the second plate part 2b of the horizontal side baseboard structure 2 that is not always inserted, and a single reforming width Various existing baseboards h having different horizontal thicknesses depending on the wood H can be appropriately covered with the reforming baseboard H.
(6) Also, the dimension between the new floor surface NFa and the upper end surface hb of the existing baseboard h, the abutment surface portion 1b of the vertical baseboard structure 1, and the upper part of the vertical side baseboard structure 1 as described above Dimension between the end face (2a 'or 2b') directed downward of one of the first plate part 2a and the second plate part 2b of the horizontal side baseboard structure 2 inserted between 1c and the wall surface P As long as the latter is the same or the latter dimension is large, it is possible to cope with various situations in which the size between the new floor surface NFa and the upper end surface ha of the existing baseboard h is made different by a single renovation width wood H Then, the front surface ha and the upper end surface hb of the existing baseboard h can be appropriately covered with the renovation baseboard H.
[0027]
As a result, in such reforming, it is not necessary to remove the existing baseboard h, and the wall is not damaged by such removal, so that it does not cause troubles such as replacement of wallpaper.
[0028]
Further, the abutting surface portion 1b of the vertical baseboard structure 1 constituting the renovating baseboard H is abutted against the new floor surface NFa formed by the new flooring material. Since the joint portion between the surface NFa and the existing baseboard h can be concealed, the construction of the joint portion does not require high accuracy when the new flooring is inserted, and this insertion can be easily performed. .
[0029]
The horizontal baseboard structure 2 and the vertical side baseboard structure 1 are in a state where the existing baseboard h is covered as described above, and typically, by bonding or nailing to the existing baseboard h side, Or it can be stopped by applying both adhesion and nailing.
[0030]
The horizontal side baseboard structure 2 and the vertical side baseboard structure 1 are typically composed of wood, a woody material such as MDF, or a material in which decorative paper or the like is pasted on such a woody material. can do.
[0031]
Moreover, in Example 2 (FIG. 3 thru | or FIG. 6), it is set as the structure from which the board thickness of the 1st board part 2a of the horizontal side baseboard structure 2 and the board thickness of the 2nd board part 2b differ. .
[0032]
When it does in this way, according to the thickness of the existing baseboard h in the horizontal direction, the 1st board part of the horizontal side baseboard structure 2 between the upper part 1c of the vertical side baseboard structure 1 and the wall surface P is used. 2a and the 2nd board part 2b, either of the 1st board part 2a and the 2nd board part 2b of the inner surface of the upper part 1c of this vertical side baseboard structure 1 and the horizontal side baseboard structure 2 inserted between this It is possible to insert a sheet having a thickness that does not form a gap as much as possible between the inner surface.
[0033]
Moreover, in Example 3 (FIGS. 7 and 8), the renovating width wood is further
To the inner surface of one of the first plate portion 2a and the second plate portion 2b of the horizontal-side baseboard structure 2 inserted between the upper portion 1c of the vertical-side baseboard structure 1 and the wall surface P on one surface side. And a bonding surface portion 3a of
On the other surface side, an adhesive surface portion 3a to the inner surface of the upper portion 1c of the vertical side base plate structure 1 facing the inner surface of one of the first plate portion 2a and the second plate portion 2b of the horizontal side base plate structure 2 is provided. The cushion material 3 is provided.
[0034]
When doing in this way, first, it is made to insert between the upper part 1c inner surface of the vertical side baseboard structure 1, and the upper part 1c of this vertical side baseboard structure 1, and the wall surface P through the cushion material 3. It is possible to temporarily assemble the inner surface of one of the first plate portion 2a and the second plate portion 2b of the planned horizontal side baseboard structure 2.
[0035]
Next, in such a state that the vertical side baseboard structure 1 and the horizontal side baseboard structure 2 are temporarily assembled in this manner, the abutment surface portion 1b of the vertical side baseboard structure 1 is abutted against the newly established floor surface NFa, And while attaching the attachment surface part 1a of this vertical side baseboard structure 1 to the front surface ha of the existing baseboard h, either of the 1st board part 2a of the horizontal side baseboard structure 2 and the 2nd board part 2b The outer surface to be one of the attachment surface portions 2e is pressed against the wall surface P while compressing and deforming the cushion material 3, and in this state, the renovating width wood H is fastened to the wall surface P and the existing baseboard h by nailing or the like. Can do.
[0036]
That is, in this case, the inner surface of the upper part 1c of the vertical side base plate structure 1 and the inner surfaces of the first plate part 2a and the second plate part 2b of the horizontal side base plate structure 2 inserted therebetween Even when a gap is generated in accordance with the thickness of the existing baseboard h in the horizontal direction, a state equivalent to a state in which such a gap is not generated can be created by the cushion material 3.
[0037]
As such a cushioning material 3, typically, a foamed plastic sheet or the like provided with an adhesive surface portion 3a on both surfaces by applying an adhesive on both surfaces can be used. Moreover, if each of the bonding surface portions 3a of the cushion material 3 is covered with the release paper 3b, the handleability can be improved.

(Reform method)
Next, a remodeling method using the above-described renovated breadths H1 and H2 will be described.
(1) First, a new floor material is inserted on the existing floor F to form a new floor surface NFa.
(2) Next, the abutment surface portion 1b of the vertical side baseboard structure 1 is abutted against the new floor surface NFa, and the attachment surface portion 1a of the vertical side baseboard structure 1 is placed on the front surface ha of the existing baseboard h. Attach and attach.
Examples of such an adhesive include a one-part epoxy-modified elastic adhesive (such as an adhesive whose trade name is PM165-R manufactured by Cemedine Co., Ltd.) and a one-part specially modified polymer elastic adhesive (produced by Cemedine Co., Ltd.). For example, an adhesive having a product name of SG-1).
Thereby, it is possible to maintain the state in which the joining portion of the existing baseboard h and the new floor surface NFa and the front face ha of the existing baseboard h are covered by the vertical side baseboard structure 1 by the bonding.
(3) Next, the vertical baseboard structure 1 is nailed on the existing baseboard h side below the upper end face hb of the existing baseboard h.
Thereby, this vertical side baseboard structure 1 can be permanently fixed to the existing baseboard h side by nailing below the upper end face hb of the existing baseboard h with respect to the vertical side baseboard structure 1.
(4) Next, either one of the first plate portion 2a and the second plate portion 2b of the horizontal side baseboard structure 2 is inserted between the upper part 1c of the vertical side baseboard structure 1 and the wall surface P.
(5) Thereafter, the upper base 1c of the vertical baseboard structure 1 and the upper part 1c of the vertical baseboard structure 1 and the wall surface P are inserted above the upper end face hb of the existing baseboard h. Either one of the first plate portion 2a and the second plate portion 2b of the horizontal side baseboard structure 2 is nailed to the wall surface P side.
[0062]
Thereby, the horizontal width | variety inserted between the upper part 1c of the vertical side baseboard structure 1 and the upper part 1c of this vertical side baseboard structure 1, and the wall surface P above the upper end surface hb of the existing baseboard h. By horizontally nailing either the first plate portion 2a or the second plate portion 2b of the wooden structure 2 to the wall surface P side, the horizontal side base structure 2 can be fixed to the wall surface P side. In addition, the vertical baseboard structure 1 can be fastened to the wall surface P side even in the upper portion 1c. If this nail driving is performed by using the concave portion 1f, the nail head is not noticeable, and a good-looking construction can be achieved.
[0063]
In the above nailing, it is preferable to make a pilot hole that is smaller than the nail head in advance at the nailing location. If the pilot hole is made in this way, it is easy to nail, and it is possible to make it difficult to crack when nailing.
[0064]
【The invention's effect】
According to the renovating skirting lumber and the remodeling method using this skirting lumber according to the present invention, the existing baseboard is removed in the case of performing the remodeling by inserting a new flooring on the existing flooring. Therefore, such a reform can be performed easily and with good finish. In addition, since it is not necessary to remove the existing baseboard, such renovation can be performed with the minimum necessary amount, which contributes to shortening the construction period and reducing the cost.
