Description
【0001】

As shown in FIG. 9 to FIG. 11, a typical stair skirting board has stepped plates (3) at the corners between the surface of the staircase (2) and the wall surface (1) on the side of the staircase. ) And a vertical skirting board (6) arranged vertically along the front surface of the kick plate (4) in the stairs (2).
[0004]
Both ends of the horizontal skirting board (5) and the vertical skirting board (6) are cut at an angle of 45 °, and the corresponding ends are joined together. Further, a U-shaped concave portion (6a) is formed on the upper rear side of the vertical skirting board (6), and the nose portion (3a) of the step plate (3) is accommodated in the concave state (6a). ing.
[0005]
When cutting and attaching such a skirting board at a construction site, according to the finishing situation of the stairs, the skirting board material is cut for each step, and the horizontal skirting board (5) and the vertical skirting board (6 ) Must be prepared and installed.
[0006]
However, in the on-site cutting process, in particular, the oblique cutting operation of the joint joint and the cutting operation of the U-shaped recess (6a) require high dimensional accuracy. It is necessary and troublesome work, and the construction work takes time.
[0007]
Therefore, in recent years, a construction method that reduces the work on site by using a pre-cut material for baseboard, in which a required portion is cut in advance at the factory side, is preferably used.
[0008]
In such a precut construction method, for example, in the precut material for the skirting board, the joint portion on the front end side is cut in advance on the factory side, and the joint portion on the rear end side is cut according to the situation on site. In addition, the pre-cut material for the vertical skirting board is pre-cut on the factory side with the joint joint on the upper end side and the U-shaped recess, It is customary to cut it according to the situation at the site and use it as a vertical skirting board (6).
[0009]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
By the way, the constructed staircase (2) causes minute variations within the range of errors. For example, the angle between the step plate (3) and the kick plate (4) is set to 90 ° in design, but in actuality, it depends on variations in the shape and dimensions of each stair component and assembly work. It may be slightly larger or smaller than 90 ° due to the influence of variation or the like.
[0010]
For example, as shown by the dotted line in FIG. 10, when the baseboard (5) (6) made of the pre-cut material is used when the angle between the step board (3) and the kick board (4) is smaller than 90 °, A gap (S) is formed on the leading end side of the joint between the front end of the horizontal skirting board (5) and the upper end of the vertical skirting board (6). On the other hand, when the angle between the step plate (3) and the kick plate (4) is larger than 90 °, a gap is formed on the root side of the joint portion. When the gap (S) is formed in the joint portion between the baseboards in this way, the gap (S) is more conspicuous than expected, and there is a problem that it is not preferable for aesthetic reasons.
[0011]
Further, in order to correct the gap (S) to an inconspicuous level, delicate and precise cutting work and filling work are required, and a high skill level is required. A problem occurs.
[0012]
The present invention solves the above-described problems of the prior art, and even if a gap is generated between the vertical skirting board and the horizontal skirting board, the gap is not conspicuous, a good aesthetic appearance can be obtained, and the construction can be easily performed. The purpose is to provide skirting boards for stairs.
[0013]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
In order to achieve the above object, the first invention is a skirting board for stairs attached along the corners of the staircase surface and the wall surface on the side of the stairs, along the front surface of the stair kick plate, A vertical board arranged vertically from the lower end of the kick plate to the upper end of the front of the step board of the staircase, and the rear end of the step board from the upper end surface of the vertical board along the upper surface of the step board A horizontal skirting board horizontally disposed over the section, the board width of the horizontal skirting board is set to be thicker than the board thickness of the vertical skirting board, and the inner side surface of the horizontal skirting board is more than the inner side surface of the vertical skirting board The gist is also the one arranged inside.
[0014]
In the stair skirting board according to the first aspect of the present invention, the horizontal skirting board arranged on the upper end surface of the vertical skirting board is set to be thicker than the vertical skirting board. Even if a gap is formed between the upper end of the vertical skirting board and the horizontal skirting, etc., the gap is concealed by the horizontal skirting tree, and the gap is formed by being arranged in the shadow area of the horizontal skirting tree. Does not stand out. In addition, since visual consciousness is directed to the front end face of the skirting board of the thick plate, it is possible to prevent the gap from being conspicuous also in this respect.
[0015]
Further, as described above, since the gap is not conspicuous, it is not necessary to perform a troublesome gap correction work, and the construction work can be easily performed correspondingly.
[0016]
The second invention is a skirting board for stairs attached along the corner of the staircase surface and the wall surface on the side of the stairs, from the lower end of the kickboard along the front surface of the kickboard of the staircase A vertical skirting board vertically disposed over the upper end of the front of the step board of the staircase, and horizontally disposed along the upper surface of the step board from the upper end surface of the vertical board to the rear end of the step board. The gist is provided with a horizontal skirting board, and the front end face of the horizontal skirting board is arranged in front of the front end face of the upper end face of the vertical skirting board.
[0017]
In the stair skirting board according to the second aspect of the present invention, the horizontal skirting board arranged on the upper end surface of the vertical skirting board is arranged so that the front end face projects forward from the front end of the upper end face of the vertical skirting board. The gap formed between the top edge of the vertical skirting board and the horizontal skirting board due to variations, etc. is concealed by the horizontal skirting tree and is placed in the shadow area of the horizontal skirting tree to prevent the gap from being noticeable. In addition, the construction work can be easily performed as described above.
[0018]
The third aspect of the present invention is a skirting board for stairs attached along the corners of the staircase surface and the wall surface on the side of the stairs, from the lower end of the kickboard along the front surface of the kickboard of the staircase A vertical skirting board vertically disposed over the upper end of the front of the step board of the staircase, and horizontally disposed along the upper surface of the step board from the upper end surface of the vertical board to the rear end of the step board. And a board thickness of the horizontal skirting board is set to be thicker than a board thickness of the vertical skirting board, and an inner side surface of the horizontal skirting board is arranged inward of an inner side surface of the vertical skirting board. In addition, the gist is that the front end face of the horizontal skirting board is arranged in front of the front end face of the upper end face of the vertical skirting board.
[0019]
In the skirting board for stairs according to the third aspect of the present invention, as described above, the gap is not conspicuous and the construction work can be easily performed.
[0020]
On the other hand, in any one of the first to third inventions, a front end portion of the step plate is disposed so as to protrude forward from the kick plate located on the lower side of the step plate to form a nose portion. It is preferable to adopt a configuration in which a notch step portion for storing and arranging the nose portion is formed on the rear side of the upper end portion of the vertical skirting board.
[0021]
That is, when this configuration is adopted, the stair skirting board of the present invention can be reliably applied to a stair with a nose.
[0022]
Furthermore, in the second or third aspect of the invention, it is preferable to adopt a configuration in which a chamfered portion is formed between the front end surface and the lower surface of the horizontal skirting board.
[0023]
That is, when this configuration is adopted, the gap due to the variation or the like becomes difficult to be visually recognized.
[0024]
Moreover, in this invention, it is desirable to employ | adopt the structure by which the lower end surface of the said vertical skirting board located above the horizontal skirting board is opposed and arrange | positioned at the upper surface rear end part of the said horizontal skirting board.
[0025]
That is, when this configuration is adopted, a favorable appearance with a good balance can be obtained, and the rear end face of the horizontal skirting board and the lower end face of the vertical skirting board can be made perpendicular to each skirting board. Adjustment can be easily performed, and construction work can be more easily performed.
[0026]
DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION
FIG. 1 to FIG. 5 are views showing the vicinity of a baseboard around the stairs to which the embodiment of the present invention is applied. As shown in these figures, the staircase (2) to which the skirting boards (30) and (40) of the present embodiment are applied has a plurality of step plates (3) at predetermined intervals in the vertical and horizontal directions, respectively. And between the adjacent corrugated plates (3), it is kicked so as to close the space between the upper rear end of the lower corrugated plate (3) and the lower front portion of the upper corrugated plate (3). A plate (4) is arranged vertically.
[0027]
Furthermore, each step board (3) is arrange | positioned so that the front-end part may protrude ahead rather than the lower kick board (4), and is comprised as a nose part (3a).
[0028]
And the skirting board (30) (40) of this embodiment is provided along the corner part between the side wall surface (1) which obstruct | occludes the side of stairs (2), and the surface of stairs (2). ing.
[0029]
This skirting board is comprised by the horizontal skirting board (30) and the vertical skirting board (40). The horizontal skirting board (30) has a substantially rectangular parallelepiped shape with a rectangular cross section that is thicker than the vertical skirting board (40), and the front end face (31) and the rear end face (32) thereof are the horizontal skirting board (30). It is comprised by the surface (vertical surface) perpendicular | vertical with respect to the length direction. Further, a corner portion between the front end surface (31) and the lower surface of the horizontal skirting board (30) is cut out to form a chamfered portion (35).
[0030]
The vertical skirting board (40) is thinner than the horizontal skirting board (30) and has a substantially rectangular parallelepiped shape with a rectangular cross section, and the upper end face (41) and the lower end face (42) thereof have a vertical width. It is comprised by the surface (horizontal plane) perpendicular | vertical with respect to the length direction of a tree (40). Furthermore, a notch step portion (45) is formed on the rear side of the upper end portion of the vertical skirting board (40). The notch step (45) is formed in a shape corresponding to the nose portion (3a) of the step plate (3), and has a vertical surface that can be joined to the front end surface of the nose portion (3a) in a conforming state, and a nose It is formed in the L-shape which has a horizontal surface which can be joined to a lower surface of a part (3a) in a fitting state.
[0031]
In the present embodiment, the material of each skirting board (30) (40) is not particularly limited. For example, wood (muchwood), plywood, wood fiber board (MDF, HDF, etc.), etc. It can be composed of a wood material, a synthetic resin plate or the like. Furthermore, makeup may be applied to places where these constituent materials can be visually observed by a coating process, a sticking process of a decorative sheet such as a wood veneer or a synthetic resin sheet, and a process combining these processes. .
[0032]
And the said horizontal skirting board (30) is arrange | positioned horizontally so that the lower surface may be along the upper surface of a step board (3), and a rear-end surface (32) may be joined to the lower front surface of a kick board (4). Can be assembled. In this assembled state, the horizontal skirting board (30) is arranged such that the front end protrudes forward by a predetermined amount from the front end of the corresponding corrugated board (3).
[0033]
Further, the vertical skirting board (40) accommodates the region from the front end surface to the lower surface of the nose portion (3a) in the notch step portion (45) in a conforming state, and the rear surface is placed on the front surface of the kick plate (4). It is assembled in a state of being arranged vertically so as to be along. In this assembled state, the vertical skirting board (40) has its upper end surface (41) joined to the lower front end of the upper horizontal skirting board (30) and its lower end surface (42) has its lower lateral width. It arrange | positions so that it may join to the upper surface rear end part of a tree (30).
[0034]
Further, in this assembled state, the front end face (31) of the horizontal skirting board (30) is arranged so as to protrude forward from the front end of the upper end face of the vertical skirting board (40), and the board of the horizontal skirting board (30) By setting the thickness to be greater than the plate thickness of the vertical skirting board (40), the side surface (inner side surface 33) of the horizontal skirting board (30) on the staircase center side becomes the inner side surface (43) of the vertical skirting board (40). It arrange | positions so that it may protrude inward rather than. Thereby, it arrange | positions so that the whole upper end surface peripheral region of a vertical skirting board (40) may be covered with the front-end part of a horizontal skirting board (30).
[0035]
In addition, each base board (30) (40) can use an adhesive agent, a double-sided adhesive tape, or nails individually or in combination, and can use a side wall surface (1), a corrugated board (3), a kick board (4). ) And the like.
[0036]
In the staircase skirting board (20) of the present embodiment, since the entire upper end surface of the vertical skirting board (40) is covered by the front end portion of the horizontal skirting board (30), the staircase configuration is shown in FIG. The angle between the step board (3) and the kick board (4) becomes smaller than 90 ° due to the variation in the shape and dimensions of the members and the variation in the assembly work, and the lower surface side of the horizontal skirting board (30) and the vertical skirting board Even if the gap (S1) is formed between the upper end surface of (40), the gap (S1) is concealed by the horizontal skirting tree (30) and arranged in the shadow area of the horizontal skirting tree (30). As a result, a good aesthetic appearance can be maintained without the gap (S1) being noticeable. Furthermore, since the chamfered portion (35) is formed at the lower part of the front end face of the skirting board (30), the gap (S1) is hardly visible and a better aesthetic appearance can be obtained.
[0037]
Further, even when looking up from below, since the width of the skirting board (30) is thick, the visual consciousness is directed to the front end face (31), so that the gap (S1) is difficult to be recognized. A better aesthetic appearance can be obtained.
[0038]
Further, even if a gap (S2) is formed between the inner peripheral surface of the notch step portion (45) of the vertical skirting board (40) and the outer surface of the nose portion (3a) of the step plate (3), this gap (S2 ) Is concealed by the nose (3a) and the front end of the skirting board (30) and placed in these shadow areas, the gap (S2) is inconspicuous and a good aesthetic is reliably maintained. can do.
[0039]
On the other hand, even if a gap (S3) is formed between the vertical skirting board (40) and the upper surface of the horizontal skirting board (30) on the lower end side of each vertical skirting board (40) due to the above-described variation or the like, The gap (S3) is not conspicuous by being arranged in the dark shadow area of the vertical skirting tree (40), and a good aesthetic can be obtained also in this respect.
[0040]
In the above description, the case where the angle between the step plate (3) and the kick plate (4) is smaller than 90 ° due to variations or the like has been described, but the step plate (3) and the kick plate (4) due to variations or the like. ), The gaps formed in various places are not conspicuous in the same manner as described above, and a good aesthetic appearance can be obtained.
[0041]
Here, in this embodiment, the thickness difference between the horizontal skirting board (30) and the vertical skirting board (40) is 0.5 to 7.0 mm, preferably the lower limit is 1.0 mm or more, and the upper limit is 3. It is good to adjust to 0 mm or less. That is, when the difference in thickness is too small, the shadow area of the skirting board (30) becomes small, so that when the gaps (S1) to (S3) are formed, the gaps (S1) to (S3) are formed. There is a risk that the aesthetics will deteriorate noticeably. On the contrary, when the thickness difference is too large, the inner side surface (33) of the skirting board (30) is excessively protruded inward, so that the protruding portion is noticeable and not preferable in design. In addition, the material yield may be deteriorated.
[0042]
As the horizontal skirting board (30), a board having a thickness of about 6.0 to 19 mm and as the vertical skirting board (40) having a board thickness of about 5.0 to 12 mm can be preferably used. .
[0043]
Moreover, it is desirable to adjust the forward protrusion amount of the horizontal skirting board (30), that is, the length from the front end face of the vertical skirting board (40) to the front end face of the horizontal skirting board (30) to 0.5 mm or more, preferably The lower limit is adjusted to 1.0 mm or more, the upper limit is adjusted to 20 mm or less, more preferably the lower limit is adjusted to 1.5 mm or more, and the upper limit is adjusted to 7.0 mm or less. That is, when this protrusion amount is too small, when the gap (S1) is formed, the gap (S1) is conspicuous and the aesthetic appearance may be lowered. Moreover, when the protrusion amount exceeds 7.0 mm, the material yield may be deteriorated, and when it exceeds 20 mm, it is not preferable in terms of design.
[0044]
Further, when the chamfered portion (35) is formed below the front end face of the horizontal skirting board (30) as in the present embodiment, the chamfered part (35) of the horizontal skirting board (30) from the front end of the upper end face of the vertical skirting board (40). The horizontal length to the rear end position is preferably adjusted to 1.0 mm or more.
[0045]
In this embodiment, the skirting board (20) may be configured as a pre-cut material in which a required portion is cut in advance at the factory side, or the skirting board material is cut into a predetermined shape at the construction site. May be.
[0046]
However, when the form of the stairs to be constructed is determined in advance, the use of the precut material can reduce on-site work, shorten the construction period, and reduce the cost.
[0047]
In this embodiment, when each baseboard (30) (40) is comprised with a precut material, the precut material for baseboard is designed baseboard in order to respond | correspond reliably to the delicate assembly | attachment state of a staircase. It is better to form it larger than the size. In other words, the pre-cut material for baseboard is assembled to a good finish by cutting it into an appropriate size and shape according to the assembly state of the step board (3), the kick board (4), etc. Can do.
[0048]
Here, in this embodiment, when using the precut material for skirting boards, a cutting operation for fine adjustment on site can be easily performed. That is, as in the conventional skirting board shown in FIGS. 9 to 11, when joining between vertical and horizontal skirting boards, the precut material is cut obliquely with respect to the length direction to adjust the length, etc. There is a need to do. This oblique cutting operation requires a high degree of skill and makes the cutting operation difficult, and the material yield also deteriorates, resulting in an increase in cost. On the other hand, in this embodiment, the rear end face (32) of the horizontal skirting board (30) and the lower end face (42) of the vertical skirting board (40) are in the length direction of the respective skirting boards (30) (40). On the other hand, since it is configured as a vertical surface, it is possible to make fine adjustments such as measuring the baseboards (30) and (40) only by cutting the baseboard precut material perpendicularly to the length direction. Therefore, the cutting operation for fine adjustment at the site can be easily performed, the material yield can be improved, and the cost can be reduced. Further, since the lower end surface (42) of the vertical skirting board (40) is configured as a vertical surface, a gap (S3) is generated between the lower end surface (42) and the rear end of the lower horizontal skirting board. When this can be predicted, the gap correction work can be easily performed by cutting the lower end surface (42) slightly obliquely so as to eliminate the gap (S3).
[0049]
Moreover, in this embodiment, each base board (30) (40) is a part of L-shaped notch step part (45), even if it is a case where it cuts on-site without using a precut material. In addition, since the baseboard material can be produced simply by cutting vertically or horizontally with respect to the length direction, the cutting operation can be easily performed, and thus the construction operation can be easily performed.
[0050]
In the present embodiment, a thin vertical board (40) is placed on the thick horizontal board (30) at the junction between the rear end of the horizontal board (30) and the lower end of the vertical board (40). ) Is mounted, and thus a sense of stability can be obtained and a well-balanced preferable appearance can be obtained.
[0051]
However, in the present invention, as shown in FIG. 6, the lower end face (42) of the thin vertical board (40) is joined to the upper surface of the step board (3), and the rear end face (32) of the horizontal board (30). ) May be arranged so as to be joined to the front lower end portion of the vertical skirting board (40). However, in such an arrangement relationship, since the recess (50) is formed on the inner surface of the lower end of the vertical skirting board (40), it is troublesome to remove dust and the like accumulated in the recess (50), There is also a risk that the aesthetics will deteriorate. Therefore, it is preferable to assemble the horizontal skirting board (30) and the vertical skirting board (40) in the arrangement relationship as in the above embodiment.
[0052]
In the structure shown in FIG. 6, if a chamfered portion is formed between the rear end surface (32) and the inner side surface (33) of the skirting board (30), removal of dust and the like accumulated in the concave portion (50). However, there is a risk that the work for forming the chamfered portion may be troublesome.
[0053]
Moreover, in the said embodiment, although the front end surface (31) of the horizontal skirting board (30) is formed in the perpendicular | vertical surface, this invention is not restricted only to that, as shown to Fig.7 (a), a horizontal skirting board ( The front end of 30) is formed into a shape obtained by obliquely cutting the lower surface side, or the front end of the skirting board (30) is formed by cutting the upper surface side obliquely as shown in FIG. As shown in the figure (c), the front end of the skirting board (30) is formed into a shape in which both the upper and lower sides are cut obliquely, as shown in the figure (d), The front end of the skirting board (30) may be formed in a curved shape. However, when considering the material yield, it is preferable to form the front end of the skirting board (30) on a vertical plane as in the above embodiment.
[0054]
Moreover, in the said embodiment, although the case where the baseboard of this invention was applied to the staircase (2) in which the nose part (3a) was formed in each step board (3) was demonstrated, the baseboard of this invention is only for it. For example, as shown in FIG. 8, there is a staircase (2) having no stair nose, for example, the upper end of the kick plate (4) is provided at the front lower end of the step plate (3), and the front end surface of the step plate is kicked The present invention can also be applied to the staircase (2) in which the front surface of the plate portion is flush with the surface. In this case, it is not necessary to form a notch step for storing the nose portion in the vertical skirting board (40), and the entire rear surface of the vertical skirting board (40) can be formed as a flat surface.
[0055]
Moreover, in the said embodiment, the 1st structure which makes the front end of a horizontal skirting board (30) project ahead rather than the front end of a vertical skirting board (40), and the board | plate thickness of a horizontal skirting board (30) are the vertical skirting board (40). However, the present invention is not limited to this, and at least one of the first and second configurations is described. What is necessary is just to have comprised. For example, in the case where the first configuration is provided, a horizontal skirting board having the same thickness as the vertical skirting board may be used, or a board having a thinner plate than the vertical skirting board may be used. Further, when the second configuration is provided, it is not always necessary to project the front end of the horizontal skirting board forward from the front end of the vertical skirting board, and the front end face of the horizontal skirting board is adjusted to be flush with the front face of the vertical skirting board. You may do it.
[0056]
Further, the skirting board of the present invention may be provided only on one side of the staircase or on both sides.
[0057]
Furthermore, the skirting board of the present invention is not limited to a newly built staircase, and can be used for renovating an existing staircase.
[0058]
【The invention's effect】
As described above, according to the stair skirting board of the first aspect of the present invention, the horizontal skirting board arranged on the upper end surface of the vertical skirting board is set to be thicker than the vertical skirting board. Even if a gap is formed between the upper edge of the vertical skirting board and the horizontal skirting board due to variations in the size and shape of the slab, the gap is concealed by the horizontal board and placed in the shadow area, When visual consciousness is directed to the front end face of the skirting board, a gap is not conspicuous and a good aesthetic appearance can be obtained. Further, since the gap is not conspicuous, there is no need to perform a troublesome gap correction work, and the construction work can be easily performed correspondingly.
[0059]
According to the stair skirting board of the second aspect of the present invention, the horizontal skirting board arranged on the upper end surface of the vertical skirting board is arranged so that the front end face projects forward from the front end of the upper end face of the vertical skirting board. Therefore, the gap formed between the upper edge of the vertical skirting board and the horizontal skirting board due to variation or the like is concealed by the horizontal skirting board, and the gap is not conspicuous by being arranged in the shadow area, so that it has a good aesthetic appearance. In addition, the construction work can be easily performed as described above.
[0060]
According to the stair skirting board of the third invention, the horizontal skirting board arranged on the upper end surface of the vertical skirting board is set to be thicker than the vertical skirting board, and the front end face of the horizontal skirting board is set to the vertical skirting board. Since it arrange | positions so that it may protrude ahead rather than an upper end front end, while having the favorable aesthetics as mentioned above, there exists an effect that construction work can be performed easily.
[0061]
In the present invention, the present invention can be reliably applied to a staircase with a step nose only by forming a notch step portion on the rear side of the upper end portion of the vertical width tree. Moreover, the notch step portion can be easily processed and can be easily cut and cut for fine adjustment, so that there is an advantage that the construction work can be performed more easily.
[0062]
Further, in the present invention, when the chamfered portion is formed below the front end face of the horizontal skirting board, there is an advantage that a gap due to the variation is hardly visually recognized and a better aesthetic appearance can be obtained.
[0063]
Further, in the present invention, when the lower end face of the vertical skirting board is disposed at the upper rear end of the horizontal skirting board, a stable feeling can be obtained and a well-balanced preferable appearance can be obtained, and the rear end face of the horizontal skirting board and the vertical skirting board Since the lower end surface of the skirting board can be a surface perpendicular to the skirting board, there is an advantage that processing and fine adjustment can be easily performed and construction work can be further easily performed.
