【発明の属する技術分野】
本発明は、パチンコ遊技機やスロットマシンなどの遊技機に取り付けられ、その遊技動作を制御するための基板収納ケースに関するものである。

【従来の技術】
一般に、この種遊技機には所定個所にその遊技動作を制御する回路基板を内装した基板収納ケースが取り付けられる。該基板収納ケースは、遊技機に取り付けられる台板と、該台板の前面に固着されマイクロコンピュータのCPU,ROM等の電子部品が多数装備される回路基板と、前記台板とほぼ同じ大きさからなり回路基板を覆うようにして台板に取り付けられる箱状のカバー体とからなり、これらを重ね合せ更にカバー体に螺子を挿通して締め付けることにより一体に組み付けている。

【発明が解決しようとする課題】
しかしながら、近時パチンコホールにおいて回路基板のROMを勝手に改造してゲームに賭博性を持たせるといった不正行為が頻発しており、これを防止するため前記台板とカバー体間に跨がるようにして破損し易い封印紙を貼着し、該封印紙が破損していた場合には不正なROM交換が行なわれたとみなしていた。ところが、前記封印紙を巧妙に剥がし内部のROMを交換した後、再度封印紙を元の通りに貼り付けておくといった不正行為が行なわれ、封印紙を見ただけでは前記不正が行なわれたか否かが分らないという課題が生じている。

そこで、このような不正行為ができないようにするめに、例えば特開平6−269539号公報に開示される基板収納ケースが有る。該基板収納ケースは、箱体と該箱体を覆うカバー体とからなり、箱体の内側壁とカバー体とを外部から解除することができない係止垂下片と係止突起とからなる係止手段で係止するようにしている。これによれば、基板収納ケースの開封は係止垂下片を切断する以外に方法がなく、係止垂下片が切断されていれば不正な処理がなされたことが直ちに分かるようになっている。ただ、一旦係止垂下片を切断した基板収納ケースは再利用することができないという難点が有る。

これに対し、回路基板を収納して密封した基板収納ケースは、ROM内容の対比照会検査のため、例えば基板収納ケースを取り付けた遊技機の製造メーカー、さらにパチンコホールでの遊技機の設置時などの検査や故障の際には何れも開封する必要があり、このため前記基板収納ケースに複数回の開封及び密封が可能な構造形態が求められている。

そこで、本発明は上記した課題並びに要望に鑑みてなされたもので、内部に収納された回路基板のROMを交換して勝手に改造するといったことができず、しかも、複数回の開封及び密封ができて再利用を可能とした遊技機における基板収納ケースを提供することを目的とするものである。

【課題を解決するための手段】
かかる目的を達成するため本発明は、遊技機の所定個所に取り付けられる台板と、該台板の前面に固着され遊技機の遊技状態を制御する回路基板と、前記台板とほぼ同じ大きさを有し前記回路基板を覆うようにして台板に取り付けられる箱状のカバー体とからなる基板収納ケースにおいて、前記台板にカバー体を取り付けた状態で解除不能となし得る係合手段によって前記カバー体が無用に開封できないようにし、前記係合手段は外部から切離可能にかつ複数設けて構成されている。

このように、前記台板にカバー体を取り付けた状態で解除不能となし得る係合手段によって前記カバー体が無用に開封できないようにしたので、常態では係合手段を解除不能とすることによりカバー体内に回路基板が密封される。これにより、ROMを交換して改造するという不正行為が防止され、仮に前記係合手段を切離して不正行為を行なえば、その係合手段の切離しにより不正行為が行なわれたことが直ちに分る。

また、遊技機の製造メーカーなど各場所での基板収納ケースにおけるROM内容の対比照会検査にあっては、その検査の際にあらかじめ解除不能とした1つの係合手段を切離してカバー体を開けて検査をする。そして、検査後はカバー体を再び取り付け次の係合手段を解除不能とする。このように解除不能となし得る係合手段を複数設けることにより、基板収納ケースの複数回の開封及び密封ができ再利用可能となる。

前記係合手段は、前記台板にカバー体を取り付けた状態でその外周側面に複数設けられる。そして、該各係合手段は、前記台板とカバー体とにそれぞれ外部から切離可能な取付片を介して一体に設けられかつ互いに嵌合する上部半体と下部半体、および該各上・下部半体が互いに嵌合したとき挿通されて両上・下部半体を解除不能となし得る抜脱不能な係合部材とから構成される。

【発明の実施の形態】
以下、本発明に係る遊技機における基板収納ケースの実施の形態を図面と共に説明する。なお、遊技機にはパチンコ遊技機,スロットマシン等が有るが、その一例としてパチンコ遊技機について説明する。図1は本発明が適用されるパチンコ遊技機の裏面図である。図中、1は機枠であり、該機枠1に装着される前面枠2の裏面に遊技盤取付枠3が固着され、該遊技盤取付枠3に遊技盤4が装着されている。そして、遊技盤取付枠3の一側には遊技盤4の裏面全体を覆う合成樹脂製の機構板5が開閉自在に装着されている。

前記機構板5の裏面にはその上部にパチンコ球を貯留する景品球タンク6,該景品球タンク6から流下するパチンコ球を整列流下させるタンクレール7,またその一側部に該タンクレール7から流下するパチンコ球の球圧を弱めるカーブ樋8,該カーブ樋8からパチンコ球を受け入れる景品球払出装置9,該景品球払出装置9から払い出された所定個数のパチンコ球を誘導する景品球排出樋10等がそれぞれ配設されている。

また、前記機構板5のほぼ中央に窓口11が開設され、該窓口11に臨んで前記遊技盤4の裏面と対応する機構板5の前側に入賞球集合カバー12が設けられ、該入賞球集合カバー12の裏面に本発明に係わる基板収納ケース13が装着されている。なお、14は遊技盤4面に装着された可変表示装置(図示せず。)の後方部分を覆い保護する保護カバーである。また、前記基板収納ケース13は入賞球集合カバー12の裏面に限らず、例えば前面枠2の裏面下部など他の個所に装着しても良い。

前記基板収納ケース13は、図2及び図3に示すように前記入賞球集合カバー12の裏面にビス15により取り付けられる台板16と、該台板16の前面に固着されパチンコ遊技機の遊技状態を制御する回路基板17と、前記台板16とほぼ同じ大きさからなり回路基板17を覆うようにして台板16に取り付けられるカバー体18とからなる。

前記台板16は回路基板17に合致する縦長長方形の金属板16aからなり、左右両側端縁に表側へ直角に折れ曲る折り曲げ片部16b,16bを有する。該金属板16aの四隅角部にはねじ孔19を穿設した突起20,20…が設けられている。そして、金属板16aの上側端縁の両側に裏側に折れ曲る掛止片21,21が突設され、下側端縁には表側へ直角に折れ曲る支持片22が一体に設けられる。該支持片22の両側にはねじ孔23,23が開設されている。また、前記金属板16aの外周縁には適宜位置に取付板部24,24…が延設され、該各取付板部24,24…に前記入賞球集合カバー12の裏面に取り付けするためのビス15,15…が挿通される透孔25,25…が貫設されている。

また、前記回路基板17は周知のように縦長長方形をなすプリント配線基板よりなり、その上面にROM26a,CPU26b及びその他各種の電子部品27が関連付けられて配置されている。28,28…は回路基板17の一側に複数列設された入出力用コネクターである。また、回路基板17の四隅角部には前記各突起20,20…のねじ孔19と連通する止着孔29,29…が貫設され、該各止着孔29,29…にビス30を挿通して各ねじ孔19,19…に螺締することにより回路基板17が固着される。

更に、前記カバー体18は透明な合成樹脂製であって、台板16の金属板16aにほぼ対応した大きさからなり、裏面が開放し前記回路基板17の入出力用コネクター28,28…側を残した全面を覆う箱形状を成す。そして、上側壁18aの両側下縁に前記掛止片21,21に係合する掛止孔31,31が開設されている。また、下側壁18bには前記支持片22と対向位置させて係止凹部32が設けられている。33,33は該係止凹部32の両側であって下側壁18bに開設されたねじ孔である。なお、前記カバー体18の前側壁18cには基板収納ケース13内の熱を放散するためスリット状の放熱孔34が多数開設されている。

しかして、Aは前記台体16にカバー体18を取り付けた状態で、該カバー体18が無用に開封できないようにするために設けられた解除不能となし得る係合手段である。該係合手段Aは図4に示されるように4個設けられ、前記カバー体18の下側壁18bに固着され、横一列に配設される4個の上部半体35a,35b,35c,35dと、前記台板16の支持板22に固着され、前記各上部半体35a,35b,35c,35dと対向位置して配設される4個の下部半体36a,36b,36c,36dと、該各上・下半体35a〜35d,36a〜36dが互いに嵌合したとき挿通されて両上部半体35a〜35dと下部半体36a〜36dとを解除不能となし得る抜脱不能な4個の係合部材37a,37b,37c,37dとから構成されている。前記両上・下半体35a〜35d,36a〜36d及び係合部材37a〜37dはいずれも合成樹脂製である。

更に、詳しく説明すると、前記各上部半体35a〜35dはいずれも同じ形状からなり、下側壁18bの係止凹部32に嵌入して固着される合成樹脂製の上部取付板38に外部から切断して切離し可能な合成樹脂製の取付片39を介して一体に設けられる。前記上部取付板38にはその上端縁に前記下側壁18bが嵌入する横溝40が設けられると共に図5に示されるように下端縁に長手方向に沿って突条41が設けられている。また、両側には下側壁18bの両ねじ孔33,33と連通する通孔42,42が開設されている。

前記各上部半体35a〜35dは図4乃至図9に示されるように上下端面が開放した略直方筒体からなり内部に仕切壁43が張設されている。これにより上端面に凹窪部44が形成される。また、前記仕切壁43の下面に前端面が開口45した収納空間46が形成される。該収納空間46内には前記仕切壁43から垂直に突設される係止片47が配設され、該係止片47に前記係合部材37a〜37dが係合する係合孔48が開設されている。なお、前記各上部半体35a〜35d間には補強のための連接片49が一体に設けられる。

また、前記各下部半体36a〜36dも同じ形状からなり、前記台板16の支持片22に嵌着して固定される合成樹脂製の下部取付板50に外部から切断して切離し可能な合成樹脂製の取付片51を介して一体に設けられる。前記下部取付板50には図5に示されるようにその下端縁に前記支持片22が嵌入する横溝52が設けられると共に上端縁には長手方向に沿って前記突条41が嵌入する凹条53が設けられている。また、両側には前記支持片22の両ねじ孔23,23と連通する通孔54,54が開設されている。

前記各下部半体36a〜36dは、図4乃至図9に示されるように前記各上部半体35a〜35dと略同じ大きさの直方筒体からなり、上端面がガイド壁55により閉塞され下端面が開放されている。また、前記ガイド壁55は各下部半体36a〜36dの前面より前方へ突出され、その両側に囲壁56,56が立設されると共に該囲壁56,56の奥端部上面を覆う受壁57に前記係合部材37a〜37dを仮に係止しておくための仮係止孔58が開設される。更に、前記ガイド壁55の奥端部に前記係止片47の下端部が介入し得る係合凹部59が設けられる。そこで、前記各上部半体35a〜35dが各下部半体36a〜36dに嵌合したとき、図8に示されるように前記ガイド壁55の上面が係合孔48の下側面と同一面となるようにしてある。なお、この場合も前記各下部半体36a〜36d間には補強のための連接片60が一体に設けられている。

前記係合部材37a〜37dは、基端部から上下平行に突設される一対の保持片61,61により側面コ字状に形成され、両保持片61,61の先端部外側面に爪部62,62が突設されている。両保持片61,61はその材質から弾力性が備えられている。

本発明に係る基板収納ケース13は上記構成よりなり、まず前記カバー体18の係止凹部32に上部取付板38を嵌入させ、両通孔42,42を介してねじ孔33,33にビス63,63を螺合することにより、上部取付板38を下側壁18bに固着する。また、前記台板16の支持片22に下部取付板50を嵌合させ、両通孔54,54を介してねじ孔23,23にビス64,64を螺締することにより、下部取付板50を支持片22に固着しておく。そして、前記回路基板17を台板16の金属板16aの表面に重ね、各止着孔29,29…を介しビス30,30…を各突起20,20…のねじ孔19,19…に螺締して回路基板17を台板16に固着する。

次に、前記回路基板17を覆うようにして台板16にカバー体18を被せ、該カバー体18の両掛止孔31,31に台板16の両掛止片21,21を係合させると共に係合手段Aの突条41を凹条53に嵌入させる。これにより図2に示されるように各上部半体35a〜35dが下部半体36a〜36dに嵌合される。この状態で、図8に示されるように1組の上・下部半体35a,36aを除いて前記各下部半体36b〜36dのガイド壁55に沿って係合部材37b〜37dを収納空間46の途中まで押し込み、一方の保持片61先端の爪部62を仮係止孔58に係合させる。この際、前記各係合部材37b〜37dはガイド壁55と囲壁56,56により囲われるので、各係合部材37b〜37dが不注意によって更に奥へ押し込まれることがなく、しかも抜け落ちることもない。なお、前記状態ではいずれも各上部半体35b〜35dと下部半体36b〜36dは分離できる。

そこで、前記上部半体35aと下部半体36aについては、前記各係合部材37b〜37dと同じように操作し、更に図9に示されるように係合部材37aをガイド壁55に沿って収納空間46の奥端部まで押し込み、両保持片61,61の爪部62,62を係合孔48に係合させる。これにより、前記係合部材37aが抜脱不能に挿通され、しかも前記上部半体35aと下部半体36aとが解除不能となる。そして、回路基板17がカバー体18内に密封される。このように前記上部半体35aと下部半体36aが解除不能に嵌合され外せないことから、不正を行うには取付片39,51及び隣接する上部半体35bと下部半体36bとの間の連接片49,60を無理に切断することとなり、その痕跡が明らかに残ってしかもその隠蔽も極めて困難であるため不正行為が行いにくい。また、その不正は容易に発見でき責任の所在も明確化される。

ところで、前記基板収納ケース13は基板収納ケースの製造メーカーで組み立てられ、回路基板17を基板収納ケース13に収め、更に1つの嵌合された上部半体35aと下部半体36aに係合部材37aを抜脱不能に挿通し、残りの上・下部半体35b〜35d,36b〜36dについては係合部材37b〜37dを仮に係止して基板収納ケース13を密封する。そして、このようにして密封された基板収納ケース13は遊技機製造メーカーに納入され、パチンコ遊技機の裏面に透孔25を介してビス15を螺締することにより装着され、可変表示装置など各種部品から引き出される配線65先端の接続用コネクター65aが各入出力用コネクター28,28…に接続される。

例えば遊技機製造メーカーまたはパチンコ遊技機が納入されたパチンコホールで基板収納ケース13を検査するには、ニッパー等の工具を用いて前記取付片39,51及び連接片49,60を切断して解除不能に嵌合された上部半体35aと下部半体36aを切り離し、カバー体18を開放してROM26aを検査する。検査後は再びカバー体18を取り付け、次の下部半体36bのガイド壁55に沿って係合部材37bを収納空間46の奥端部まで押し込み、両爪部62,62を係合孔48に係合させることにより係合部材37bを抜脱不能な状態とする。これによって前記次の上部半体35bと下部半体36bが解除不能に嵌合されることとなり、同じ作用を繰り返すことによってROM26aの検査が3回行なえるようになっている。

また、図10に示されるように各上部半体35a〜35dの凹窪部44内すなわち仕切壁43の上面と各下部半体36a〜36dのガイド壁55の下面とにそれぞれ金属板66を貼着するようにしても良い。これは、解除不能ないずれかの上・下部半体35a〜35d,36a〜36dに上下方向から熱線またはドリルで穴を開け、係合部材37a〜37dを破壊まではいかないが破損させて上部半体35a〜35d下部半体36a〜36dを無理に解除してROM26aを改造するといった不正を防止するためである。

本実施の形態においては、カバー体18を密封するに基板収納ケース13の下側面のみに解除不能となし得る係合手段Aを複数設けたが、該基板収納ケース13の上側面または一側面に複数設けるようにしても良い。また、前記係合手段Aにおける上部取付板38はカバー体18と一体に成形するようにすれば、これら組立作業が簡素化され組立作業の能率が向上する。更に、カバー体18を金属製にすればノイズ防止にも役立ち、回路基板17の種々の電子部品を静電気から保護することもできる。

図11乃至図15は係合手段Aの他の実施の形態に係るものであり、他の部位は本実施の形態と同一なので同一符号を付すことによって説明を省略する。この実施の形態では、係合手段Aが図11に示されるように4個の上部半体67a〜67dと該各上部半体67a〜67dが嵌合する4個の下部半体68a〜68dと各上部半体67a〜67dの上方から挿通される係合部材69a〜69dとで構成される。これらはいずれも合成樹脂製である。

そこで、回路基板17を覆うようにして台板16にカバー体18を被せ、各上部半体67a〜67dを各下部半体68a〜68dに嵌合させる。この状態で、図14に示されるように一組の上・下部半体67a,68aを除いた前記各上部半体67b〜67dの上方から各係合部材69b〜69dを挿入する。この際、両耳片85,85が両切欠77,77に嵌り込んで平板状頭部81が凹窪部75内に嵌着され、しかもロック板82の第1係合孔83の下縁に第1係合爪76が係合する。この状態では、第1係合爪76の係合により各係合部材69b〜69dが仮止めされることとなり抜け落ちるようなこともなく、しかも第2係合爪80が第2係合孔84に係合してないことから、各上部半体67b〜67dと下部半体68b〜68dは解除可能となっている。

一方、前記上部半体67aと下部半体68aに対しては、同じように係合部材69aを挿通すると共に、図15に示されるように係合部材69aを奥端部まで押し込む。この際、両耳片85,85は折れて切除され、平板状頭部81が凹窪部75内の受止壁74上面に重なり、同時に第2係合孔84に第2係合爪80が係合する。このように平板状頭部81が凹窪部75内に完全に嵌入され、しかも第2係合爪80の係合により係合部材69aが抜脱不能に挿通される。これにより、前記上部半体67aと下部半体68aとが解除不能となる。また、基板収納ケース13を検査するには両上・下部半体67a,68aの取付片39,51及び隣接する上・下部半体67b,68bとの間の連接片49,60を切断して上・下部半体67a,68aを切り離す。以下同様な作業を繰り返すことによってROM26aの検査が3回行なえる。
