Description

【0001】

BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
The present invention relates to a board case for housing a circuit board on which electronic components for controlling a gaming machine are mounted.
[0002]
[Prior art]
Conventionally, in a gaming machine such as a pachinko machine, a board case containing a circuit board for controlling a game is installed on the back side of the board surface. For example, in the case of a pachinko machine, the circuit board is mounted with various electronic components such as ICs and resistors that form a control circuit such as a main control device that controls the game and a payout control device that controls the ball payout device. The circuit board is protected from the outside.
[0003]
However, in the pachinko hall where such a pachinko machine is installed, the ROM storing the program for the main control device to determine the jackpot etc. is illegally replaced, and the pachinko hall operator suffers a great deal of damage. There was a problem such as.
[0004]
For this reason, in recent years, in order to prevent such an illegal act, a technology has been adopted in which a sealing portion is provided in the substrate case to prevent unauthorized opening. Specifically, a structure in which a board on which various electronic components are mounted is bolted to a base member of a board case (a member attached to a pachinko machine), and then covered with a cover member and sealed with a sealing portion Is adopted. The pachinko machine substrate case is once sealed after manufacturing using this sealing part, but it may be required to be opened by an organization such as the police, so it can be sealed multiple times. .
[0005]
As a specific configuration of the sealing portion, for example, a configuration is adopted in which a plurality of bosses are provided on the peripheral edges of the base member and the cover member, and the positions of both bosses are aligned when the base member is covered with the cover member. Has been. The base member and the cover member are fixed by fixing one of the bosses whose positions are aligned with each other with a one-way screw or the like, and the circuit board is formed by the base member and the cover member. Sealed in space. In this case, the board case is unsealed by cutting the boss to which the one-way screw or the like is fixed from the board case, and when sealing again, any unused boss is fixed again by the one-way screw or the like. Is done.
[0006]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
By the way, the above-mentioned one-way screw has a special processing on its screw head, and even if it can be turned in the fastening direction using a normal tool, it cannot be turned in the reverse direction (relaxing direction) to reverse it. I can't do it. For this reason, by screwing this one-way screw in one direction with respect to the boss aligned as described above, it is possible to fix the base member and the cover member with difficulty.
[0007]
However, in recent years, there have been those who illegally replace the ROM described above by reversing the one-way screw with a special tool to release the sealing of the substrate case.
Therefore, instead of such a one-way screw, a fixing member having a check piece at one end and a flange-like locking portion at the other end is adopted, and this fixing member is inserted into a hole provided in the boss aligned as described above. On the other hand, a configuration is also adopted in which the base member and the cover member are fixed with difficulty in detachment by being inserted in one direction.
[0008]
And by adopting such a fitting-type fixing member, even if a special tool is used, it cannot be removed, and a fraudulent act by a third party can be effectively prevented. In addition, since it is only necessary to insert the fixing member into the hole, the attaching operation can be performed easily and quickly.
[0009]
However, since the structure of the locking portion and the check piece is relatively complicated, this fixing member is usually formed by integrally molding a resin material for the reason that it is costly to manufacture with a metal material. Is done. For this reason, there has been a problem that the above-described fraud can be easily performed when the fixing member is broken by a sharp tool such as a drill and the substrate case is opened. Furthermore, there is a problem that even if a new fixing member is inserted after the fixing member is destroyed and replaced with the illegal ROM in this way, even the trace of the illegal act cannot be found.
[0011]
The present invention has been made in view of such a problem, and an object of the present invention is to provide a substrate case sealing structure for effectively preventing an illegal act from being performed on a substrate on which a circuit board is mounted.
[0012]
[Means for Solving the Problems and Effects of the Invention]
In view of the above problems, the board case of the gaming machine according to claim 1,
A base member fixed to the gaming machine;
A cover member assembled to the base member and forming a predetermined storage space with the base member;
A fixing member that is attached to the two members in a state in which the base member and the cover member are polymerized, and that fixes the two members in a non-removable manner;
In a board case of a gaming machine that seals a circuit board on which electronic components for controlling a gaming machine are mounted in the storage space by attaching the fixing member to both the members,
The fixing member is formed of a resin material, and at least a portion exposed to the cover member side is equipped with a protective member made of a metal material ,
The fixing member has a check piece at one end of a shaft-shaped main body and a flange-like locking portion at the other end, and is connected to a communication hole that communicates the cover member when the cover member is assembled to the base member. Inserted in the direction, the base member and the cover member are fixed to each other by the locking portion and the check piece,
The communication hole is formed by coaxially communicating a circular hole provided in the cover member and a circular hole provided in the base member,
The fixing member has a substantially cylindrical shape and is loosely fitted to the communication hole so as to be rotatable about its own axis .
[0013]
According to such a substrate case, the fixing member is formed of a resin material from the viewpoint of manufacturing cost and the like, but since the exposed portion of the fixing member is protected by the protective member made of a metal material, a sharp tool is used. However, it is extremely difficult to destroy it. For this reason, it becomes extremely difficult for a third party to release the sealed state of the substrate case by destroying the fixing member, and illegal acts such as those described above can be effectively prevented.
[0014]
The fixing member has a check piece at one end of the shaft- shaped main body, a flange-like locking portion at the other end, and a communication hole for communicating these when the cover member is assembled to the base member. It can be inserted in one direction, and the base member and the cover member can be fixed to each other by these locking portions and check pieces.
[0015]
Thus, since the check piece that can be inserted only in one direction with respect to the predetermined hole is provided at one end of the fixing member, when the fixing member is completely inserted into the communication hole from the one end, The check piece is locked to prevent the fixing member from moving in the reverse direction. For this reason, it becomes impossible to pull out the solid member. Further, at this time, since the locking piece is also locked, the movement of the fixing member in the insertion direction is prevented, and it is impossible to push out the fixing member from the communication hole. That is, once the fixing member is inserted into the communication hole and fixed, it cannot be removed. Further, the fixing member can be attached simply by pushing it into the communication hole, and can be performed easily and quickly.
[0016]
In this case, as the protective member, it may be possible to simply bond a metal piece having the same shape to the locking portion of the fixing member, but this may cause the metal piece to be easily peeled off.
Therefore, it is preferable to use those which are screwed to the fixing member as a protection member. This is because the protective member is firmly fixed to the fixing member according to such a configuration.
[0017]
Further preferably in this case, it constitutes a protection member from the head of the threaded been one-way screw the locking portion.
This is because the one-way screw is configured to be rotatable only in the fastening direction, and once screwed into the locking portion, it cannot be reversed using a normal tool.
[0018]
However, in the case of fixing such a one-way screw to the fixing member, since a work for screwing the one-way screw with a predetermined tool is required, a configuration in which the protective member can be attached to the fixing member more easily and quickly. desired.
Therefore, fixed by previously formed grooves for previously fitted to the head of the fixing member including an upper Symbol engaging portion, the engaging portion projecting from the metal piece as a protective member, to press-fit thereto You may make it do.
[0019]
This press-fitting process can also be automated, and the protective member can be easily and quickly attached to the fixed member.
However, even if the protective member is constituted by a one-way screw as described above, it may be possible to reverse this by using a special tool. Moreover, even if a metal piece is press-fitted and fitted as a protective member as described above, it may be possible to break it using, for example, a tool with high hardness.
[0020]
Therefore, in the substrate case according to claim 1 , the communication hole is formed by coaxially communicating a circular hole provided in the cover member and a circular hole provided in the base member, while the fixing member Is substantially cylindrical, and the fixing member is loosely fitted to the communication hole so as to be rotatable about its own axis.
[0021]
For this reason, even if an attempt is made to reverse the one-way screw by using a special tool, the fixing member itself to which the one-way screw is fixed rotates around its own axis. It cannot be rotated in the reverse direction and cannot be removed. In addition, by using a tool having high hardness, the fixing member itself in which the metal piece is inserted rotates around its own axis even if the metal piece that has been press-fitted and fitted is to be removed. I can't.
As a result, it is possible to effectively prevent a third party from removing the protective member.
[0022]
The board case of the gaming machine according to claim 2,
A base member fixed to the gaming machine;
A cover member assembled to the base member and forming a predetermined storage space with the base member;
A fixing member that is attached to the two members in a state in which the base member and the cover member are polymerized, and that fixes the two members in a non-removable manner;
In a board case of a gaming machine that seals a circuit board on which electronic components for controlling a gaming machine are mounted in the storage space by attaching the fixing member to both the members,
The fixing member is formed of a resin material, and at least a portion exposed to the cover member side is equipped with a protective member made of a metal material,
The fixing member includes a check piece and a slit along the axis of the main body at one end of the shaft-shaped main body, a flange-shaped locking portion at the other end, and the cover member is assembled to the base member. When inserted in one direction into the communication hole that communicates these, the base member and the cover member are fixed to each other by the locking portion and the check piece,
The one end of the fixing member is elastically deformable in the width direction of the slit by the slit,
The check piece can be introduced into the communication hole by elastic deformation of the one end, and when the check piece penetrates the communication hole, it spreads outward by elastic return of the one end and cannot be pulled out in the reverse direction.
It is characterized by that.
[0044]

[0049]
And between the side wall part 27 and the guide member 29, the four engaging parts 31 extended along the said side wall part 27 from the side wall part 27 side of the mutually adjacent one of the reinforcement ribs 28 protrude, and are adjacent. Between the other reinforcing rib 28 and the engaging portion 31, a hook-shaped opening portion 32 is formed for inserting and sliding an engaging portion on the base member 10 side described later. In addition, this engagement part 31 is provided every other reinforcement rib 28, and between the reinforcement ribs 28 where the engagement part 31 is not provided is closed by a plate-like bridging member 33.
[0050]
Further, the flange portion 26 described above also extends to the left and right of the main body 21, and the flange portion 34 is configured to be connected to the reinforcing ribs 22 disposed at both the upper and lower ends. And as shown in FIG. 2, a pair of coating | coated member 35 is mounted | worn with the aspect which bridge | crosslinks the part of the up-and-down flange part 34 extended to this right and left, respectively.
[0051]
These covering members 35 are formed in a lidless box shape that opens to the base member 10 side, and are screwed into the flange portion 34 in such a manner that the covering members 35 are sandwiched between two support portions 36 erected facing the flange portion 34. Fixed. And each of them covers the four cylindrical members 25 to shield them from the outside.
[0052]
Further, as shown in the AA cross section of FIG. 1 in FIG. 5, the upper wall portion 35a of the covering member 35 has the same shape as those of the cylindrical members 25 at positions corresponding to the four cylindrical members 25. Four cylindrical portions 35b are extended in the overlapping direction, and the holes of the cylindrical portions 35b and the corresponding holes of the cylindrical member 25 are configured to communicate with each other. And the fixing member 50 is supported by the level | step-difference part 25a provided in the lower end of the cylindrical member 25, and comes to be hold | maintained in the standby space formed between the cylindrical part 35b and the cylindrical member 25. Yes. Details of this configuration will be described later.
[0053]
Further, a small hole 35c through which a predetermined rod-shaped member can be inserted is formed at a position facing the fixing member 50 in the upper wall portion 35a of the covering member 35, and the rod-shaped member is inserted into the small hole 35c. Thus, any one of the fixing members 50 can be pressed toward the base member 10 side.
[0054]
3A, four bosses 37 are provided at the corners of the main body 21 of the cover member 20, and the circuit board 61 is screwed to the bosses 37 as shown in FIG. Fixed. At this time, the circuit board 61 is fixed so that the surface on which the electronic component group (not shown) is provided faces the inside of the cover member 20.
[0055]
When the circuit board 61 is fixed to the boss 37 of the cover member 20, a pair of upper and lower connector covers 62 are interposed between the circuit board 61 and the cover member 20. The connector cover 62 is a frame-like member in which holes 63 corresponding to the shapes of connectors of a connector group (not shown) provided on the circuit board 61 are formed. When the circuit board 61 is fixed to the cover member 20, the connector cover 62 The group is exposed from the cover member 20 through the hole 63 and the connector window 26a.
[0056]
Next, the base member 10 will be described.
The base member 10 is vertically and horizontally symmetrical, and as shown in the rear view of FIG. 3B, the base member 10 is provided on the left and right side surfaces of the open box-like main body 11 at equal intervals in the vertical direction and outward. A plate-like side wall member 13 extending in parallel with the side surface of the main body 11 is provided via a plurality of extending reinforcing ribs 12. A cylindrical member (second cylindrical member) is formed by a support rib 14 extending from the side surface of the main body 11 and a support rib 16 extending from the inner surface of the side wall member 13 in the space between the adjacent reinforcing ribs 12. 15 is supported. The cylindrical member 15 has a shape similar to that of the cylindrical member 25, and a total of eight cylindrical members 15 are provided on the base member 10 in a symmetrical manner. Further, as shown in FIGS. 2 and 5A, a check ring 17 is coaxially attached to the openings of the cylindrical members 15. The check ring 17 is for locking a check piece, which will be described later, of the fixing member 50. It consists of a cylindrical body that substantially coincides with the inner diameter. And the flange part 17a provided in the end is latched by the opening part of the cylindrical member 15. As shown in FIG. The check ring 17 is fixed with its flange portion 17 a bonded to the tubular member 15. And when the cover member 20 superposes | stacks, as shown in FIG. 5, the cylindrical member 25 and the cylindrical member 15 are comprised so that it may arrange | position coaxially.
[0057]
6A is a cross-sectional view taken along the line BB of FIG. 1 and FIG. 6B is an exploded view thereof. From the upper and lower side wall portions 11a of the main body 11, the four members of the cover member 20 are connected. Four hook-shaped engaging portions 18 that can be engaged with the joint portions 31 are provided so as to protrude toward the cover member 20 (see FIGS. 2 and 3B). The engaging portion 18 extends leftward and rightward along the side wall portion 11a and extends to the cover member 20 side, and extends inward from one end in the left-right direction of the protruding portion 18a and toward the cover member 20 side. It has a shape in which a rectangular small piece portion 18c having two sides of the end edges of both protruding portions is connected to the tip of the extending protruding portion 18b. The small piece portion 18c is formed in a size that can be inserted into the opening portion 32 on the cover member 20 side, and protrudes when the engagement portion 18 slides along the engagement portion 31 on the cover member 20 side. The part 18b is brought into contact with and locked to the end edge of the engaging part 31.
[0058]
Further, a protective rib 19 extending in the left-right direction is provided on the cover member 20 side so as to face the four engaging portions 18 at a position inside the side wall portion 11a of the main body 11, and FIG. When the cover member 20 is assembled to the base member 10 as in a), the side wall portion 27 of the cover member 20 is supported while being sandwiched between the engaging portion 18 and the protective rib 19. . Further, the cover member 20 and the base member 10 are fixed in such a manner that the engagement portion 18 of the cover member 20 is sandwiched between the guide member 29 and the engagement portion 31 extending from the cover side wall portion 27. Yes. For this reason, an illegal act such as a third party pushing the side wall portion 27 inward from the outside to remove the cover member 20 from the base member 10 is effectively prevented.
[0059]
Next, the fixing member 50 will be described.
As shown in FIG. 4, the fixing member 50 has a flange-like locking portion 52 formed at the upper end portion of a cylindrical main body 51 that is slightly reduced in diameter, and has a predetermined width along the axis from the center to the lower end. A slit 53 is formed. Therefore, the lower part of the fixing member 50 can be elastically deformed by a predetermined amount in the width direction of the slit 53. Further, a check piece 54 protruding in the outer diameter direction is provided at the lower end of the main body 51. The check piece 54 is formed in a tapered shape whose cross section increases from the lower end side of the fixing member 50 upward, and the lower end portion forms an insertion portion 54a and the upper end portion forms a locking portion 54b. Yes. Therefore, when the fixing member 50 is inserted into the predetermined hole, the insertion portion 54a is tapered, so that the fixing member 50 is smoothly introduced into the hole inlet. Inserts smoothly. When the check piece 54 penetrates the hole, the lower end portion of the fixing member 50 is elastically restored and the locking portion 54b is locked. Therefore, the fixing member 50 cannot be pulled out in the direction opposite to the insertion direction. It becomes.
[0060]
A one-way screw 56 is screwed into the upper end portion of the fixing member 50 via a washer 55. Since the outer diameter of the washer 55 is the same as the outer diameter of the upper end surface of the locking portion 52, the surface of the locking portion 52 of the fixing member 50 is covered with a metal member. It has become. As is well known, the one-way screw 56 is a screw configured to be rotatable only in the fastening direction, and once screwed into the locking portion 52, it can be reversed using a tool. It becomes extremely difficult.
[0061]
Then, the fixing member 50, like the leftmost fixing member 50 in FIG. 5, has its check piece 54 supported by the step portion 25a of the cylindrical member 25, and the locking portion 52 is the inner wall of the cylindrical portion 35b. Is temporarily held in a standby space formed between the covering member 35 and the tubular member 25. In the state where all the fixing members 50 arranged on the cover member 20 are held in the standby space, the cover member 20 is not fixed to the base member 10 and can be operated in the sliding direction. It is.
[0062]
Next, a method for sealing the substrate case 1 will be described.
When sealing the substrate case 1, first, the cover member 20 assembled with the circuit board 61 as described above is superposed on the base member 10. At this time, the small piece 18c of the base member 10 is brought into contact with the opening 32 of the cover member 20 and the engaging portion 18 is inserted. Then, the cover member 20 is slid with respect to the base member 10 in a direction in which the engaging portion 31 of the cover member 20 and the engaging portion 18 of the base member 10 are engaged.
[0063]
Then, the leading end of the engaging portion 31 is engaged with the engaging portion 18 of the base member 10 to be in a superposed state. From this state, a predetermined rod-like member is inserted into the small hole 35c of the cover member 20, and the above-described standby Any one of the fixed members 50 in the standby state is pressed in the space, and this is inserted into the communication hole 58 formed by the cylindrical member 25 and the cylindrical member 15. Then, like the second fixing member 50 from the left in FIG. 5, the fixing member 50 is inserted into the communication hole 58 formed by the small diameter portion 25 b of the cylindrical member 25 and the inside of the check ring 17. At this time, the check piece 54 of the fixing member 50 is locked to the end surface of the check ring 17, and the locking portion 52 is locked to the step portion 25 a of the cylindrical member 25. These are fixed to each other so as to sandwich the cover member 20, and the substrate case 1 is sealed. At this time, since the fixing member 50 is loosely fitted into the communication hole 58, the fixing member 50 can rotate around its own axis.
[0064]
In this sealing operation, since a pair (two) of the fixing members 50 arranged in the left and right (a total of eight) are used symmetrically, a pair (two) arranged symmetrically is used. In total, including the time of shipment of the pachinko machine, four times of sealing is possible.
When releasing the sealing state, the support rib 24 of the cylindrical member 25 and the support ribs 14 and 16 of the cylindrical member 15 that hold the fixing member 50 used at this time are cut with a tool such as a nipper. The cover member 20 can be detached from the base member 10 if the above-described operation is reversed.
[0065]
The substrate case 1 thus sealed is mounted on the back side of the board surface of the pachinko machine via a metal plate 70 for electromagnetic wave shielding (for preventing fraud).
As described above, in the substrate case 1 of the present embodiment, the exposed portion of the locking portion of the fixing member 50 is protected by the one-way screw 56 made of a metal material, so that it is extremely difficult to destroy it. . Further, since the fixing member 50 is loosely fitted to the communication hole 58 formed by the cylindrical member 25 and the cylindrical member 15 so as to be rotatable around its own axis, the one-way screw 56 is attached by using a special tool. Even if it is attempted to reverse, the fixing member 50 to which the one-way screw 56 is fixed turns about its own axis, so that the one-way screw 56 can be turned in the reverse direction with respect to the fixing member 50 after all. This cannot be removed.
[0066]
For this reason, it becomes extremely difficult for a third party to release the sealing state of the substrate case 1 by destroying the fixing member 50, and the illegal act can be effectively prevented.
The cover member 20 and the base member 10 are formed of a transparent resin material, and the cylindrical member 15 and the cylindrical member 25 are both extended inward (in the direction of the storage space) from the side wall member provided on the outer side. Since the support ribs 24 and 16 are continuously provided, even if the support ribs are skillfully cut by an improper act and then carefully repaired with an adhesive or the like, the support ribs 24 can be seen from the side of the side wall member. Or it can be easily found by observing 16 changes.
[0067]
As mentioned above, although the Example of this invention was described, it cannot be overemphasized that embodiment of this invention can take various forms, as long as it belongs to the technical scope of this invention, without being limited to the said Example at all. Nor.
For example, in the above embodiment, the one-way screw 56 is attached to the head of the fixing member 50, but a simple metal plate is used instead of the one-way screw 56 and this is bonded to the surface of the locking portion of the fixing member 50. May be. Or it is good also as a structure which forms the groove | channel for fitting previously in the head of the fixing member 50 containing a latching | locking part, and press-fits the fitting part protrudingly provided in the metal piece.
