【発明が解決しようとする課題】
前述したような従来の版交換装置においては、保持具32や吸引保持装置33など多数の部材を用いるため、装置構成が複雑となってしまい、版胴131の周辺の煩雑化を招いてしまうだけでなく、コストが高くなってしまう。

このようなことから、本発明は、簡単な構成で版胴に版を取り付けることができる版交換装置を提供することを目的とした。

【課題を解決するための手段】
前述した課題を解決するための、本発明による版交換装置は、版胴に設けられて版を固定するクランプ機構を内装するギャップと、前記版胴に前記版を装着するときに当該版を当該版胴側へ押圧しながら当該版胴に巻き付ける回転体とを備えた版交換装置において、前記版胴に前記版を装着するときに、前記回転体が前記版胴に押圧されて、当該版の版曲げ部が当該回転体に当接されると共に当該版の版曲げ部の先端が当該版胴の周面に当接され、当該版胴及び当該回転体が回転することにより、当該版の版曲げ部の先端が当該版胴の周面に押し付けられて、当該版胴の前記ギャップが当該版の版曲げ部の先端に対向したときに当該回転体の回転力により当該版の版曲げ部の先端が当該版胴の当該ギャップに挿入されるようにしたことを特徴とする。

【発明の実施の形態】
本発明による版交換装置を両面印刷機に適用した場合の実施の形態を図1を用いて説明する。なお、図1は、その要部部材の概略構成図である。

図1に示すように、版110を取り付けられる版胴111には、ゴム胴112が対接している。ゴム胴112には、ゴム胴122が対接している。ゴム胴122には、版120を取り付けられる版胴121が対接している。

さらに、版胴111,121の近傍には、レバー12,22がそれぞれ配設されており、当該レバー12,22は、前記ガイドプレート11,21に案内されてきた版110,120のくわえ端110a,120aと版胴111,121との当接部分に当該レバー12,22の先端を位置させるように当該レバー12,22の支点を中心に揺動可能にそれぞれ支持されている。これらレバー12,22の先端には、回転体である押圧ローラ14,24が回転自在にそれぞれ設けられている。これらレバー12,22の基端には、図示しないフレームに支持されたエアシリンダ13,23のロッド13a,23aの先端が進退可能にそれぞれ連結されている。
