本発明は印鑑ホルダーに関する。

【従来の技術】
従来、印鑑を使用する度にケースから取り出して朱肉を印面に付着させる煩雑のない印鑑ホルダーが存在する。
この種の印鑑ホルダーは、一般的に、支持部材の内部に印鑑収納部材が収容され、上記支持部材の外側に上記印鑑収納部材と連動して支持部材に対し上下方向へスライドしうるように操作部材が外装され、上記操作部材の下動により、上記印鑑収納部材の下方に配置された朱肉保持部材が回転して側方へ突出するとともに、上記印鑑収納部材に保持される印鑑も下動して捺印しうるように構成されている。
例えば、この種の印鑑ホルダーは、特許文献1、特許文献2又は特許文献3などにより公知である。

ところで、上記操作部材が意に反してスライドすると、その操作部材と連動する他部品も作動して不都合が生じる場合がある。したがって、操作部材を動かないように固定したい場合がある。例えば、操作部材が誤って押されて下方へスライドすると、朱肉保持部材が側方へ突出するとともに、印鑑収納部材に保持された印鑑が下動して印面が露出するので、衣服のポケットなどに入れて所持している場合は、その衣服がインクで汚れ、又、書類の上などに置いてある場合は、その用紙が同じくインクで汚れるという問題がある。

なお、本出願人は、操作部材が誤って押されてもスライドしないように、操作部材と支持部材をロックして固定するようにした印鑑ホルダーを先に出願しているが(特許文献4参照)、ロック装置として側面を内方へ押すロックボタンを使用している。しかしながら、上記のロックボタンは操作が判りにくく、又、ロック状態を確認しにくく、さらに、操作部材と支持部材に対し組み付けにくく、誤動作しやすいという不満がある。

また、朱肉がインク切れして、インクを補充したり、朱肉を交換する場合などは、上記朱肉保持部材を側方へ突出させた状態で行なうことになるが、このようなときに、上記操作部材がスライドして上記朱肉保持部材が動くと、そのインク補充や朱肉交換が困難になり、又、朱肉交換の際に、朱肉が手に触れて手がインクで汚れるという問題もある。

本発明は、操作部材が意に反してスライドして、その操作部材と連動する他部品が作動することによる不都合を避けることができる印鑑ホルダーの提供を課題とする。

【課題を解決するための手段】
上記課題を解決するために、本発明の印鑑ホルダーは、支持部材外側に操作部材が上下方向へスライドしうるように組み付けられ、上記支持部材の内部に印鑑収納部材が上記操作部材と連動しうるように収容され、上記操作部材の下動により、上記印鑑収納部材の下方に配された朱肉保持部材が側方へ突出するとともに、上記印鑑収納部材に保持された印鑑が下動して捺印しうるように構成された印鑑ホルダーにおいて、上記朱肉保持部材が側方へ突出した状態を固定しうるロック装置が設けられている。

また、本発明の印鑑ホルダーでは、上記ロック装置は更に、上記操作部材が下動する前の状態においても、上記支持部材に対し上記印鑑収納部材の下動を阻止しうるように形成されている。

また、上記ロック部材ガイド部は、上記支持部材と操作部材と印鑑収納部材とのいずれかに形成されており、上記ロック部材は、その外面部が上記操作部材の外部に露出しており、この外面部を操作して横方向にスライドさせることにより、上記横向ガイド部への嵌入及び上記横向ガイド部からの脱離が可能とされている。

【発明の実施の形態】
以下、添付した図面を用いて本発明の実施の形態について説明する。まず、図1乃至図13に示した実施形態について説明する。
本実施の形態に係る印鑑ホルダー35は、支持部材3に操作部材1が上下方向へスライドしうるように組み付けられ、上記支持部材3の内部に印鑑収納部材15が上記操作部材1と連動しうるように収容され、上記操作部材1の下動により、上記印鑑収納部材15の下方に配された朱肉保持部材12が側方へ突出するとともに、上記印鑑収納部材15に保持された印鑑19が下動して捺印しうるように構成されていて、上記操作部材1が下動する前の状態で、スライドすることにより上記支持部材3に対し上記印鑑収納部材15の下動を阻止しうるロック装置30が設けられている。
また、上記印鑑ホルダー35は、支持部材3に操作部材1が上下方向へスライドしうるように組み付けられ、上記支持部材3の内部に印鑑収納部材15が上記操作部材1と連動しうるように収容され、上記操作部材1の下動により、上記印鑑収納部材15の下方に配された朱肉保持部材12が側方へ突出するとともに、上記印鑑収納部材15に保持された印鑑19が下動して捺印しうるように構成されていて、上記朱肉保持部材12が側方へ突出した状態を固定しうるロック装置30が設けられている。
また、上記朱肉保持部材12が側方へ突出した状態を固定しうるロック装置30は、上記操作部材1が下動する前の状態においても、上記支持部材3に対し上記印鑑収納部材15の下動を阻止しうるように形成されている。
また、上記ロック装置30は、ロック部材31と、そのロック部材31がスライドしうるように嵌合するロック部材ガイド部4とから成り、そのロック部材ガイド部4は、上記ロック部材31が上下方向に移動しうる縦向ガイド部5と、その縦向ガイド部5に対し上記ロック部材31が横方向にスライドして嵌入することにより上記ロック部材31の上下方向の移動を阻止しうる横向ガイド部6,7とを有している。
また、上記ロック部材ガイド部4は、上記縦向ガイド部5の上下2箇所に横向ガイド部6,7が形成されていて、その上側の横向ガイド部6は、上記操作部材1が下動する前の状態で上記ロック部材31が嵌入することにより、上記支持部材3に対し上記印鑑収納部材15の下動を阻止しうるように形成され、又、下側の横向ガイド部7は、上記操作部材1が下動することにより上記朱肉保持部材12が側方へ突出した状態で上記ロック部材31が嵌入することにより、上記朱肉保持部材12が側方へ突出した状態を固定しうるように形成されている。
また、上記ロック部材ガイド部4は溝状又は孔状に形成されている。
また、上記ロック部材ガイド部4は上記支持部材3又は上記操作部材1又は上記印鑑収納部材15に形成されている。
また、上記ロック部材31が上記ロック部材ガイド部4における横向ガイド部6,7に位置する状態と、縦向ガイド部5に位置する状態とで、それぞれ上記ロック部材31を固定する係合部が設けられている。
また、上記係合部として、上記ロック部材ガイド部4にリブ8,9,10が形成されている。

次に、図1乃至図13に示した実施形態について詳細に説明する。まず、上記操作部材1は、図1及び図2に示すように、上下両端を開口した上下方向に長い筒状に形成されている。この操作部材1には、図3に示すように、その側面部に横長のロック部材取付孔2が形成されている。

上記支持部材3は、図1及び図2に示すように、上下両端を開口した上下方向に長い筒状に形成されている。この支持部材3には、図4に示すように、その側面部における上半部に溝状のロック部材ガイド部4が形成されている。ここで、ロック部材ガイド部4が溝状に形成されているとは、図7ないし図9に示すように、支持部材3の片側の側面にロック部材ガイド部4が凹状に形成されていて、そのロック部材ガイド部4は支持部材3の内と外とを開通するものではないという意味である(以下、同じ)。このロック部材ガイド部4は上下方向に長い縦向ガイド部5と、その縦向ガイド部5の上端と下端にそれぞれ連続して形成され、側方へ向う横向ガイド部6,7とから構成されている。

また、上記印鑑ホルダー40は、支持部材42に操作部材41が上下方向へスライドしうるように組み付けられ、上記支持部材42の内部に印鑑収納部材44が上記操作部材41と連動しうるように収容され、上記操作部材41の下動により、上記印鑑収納部材44の下方に配された朱肉保持部材43が側方へ突出するとともに、上記印鑑収納部材44に保持された印鑑51が下動して捺印しうるように構成されていて、上記朱肉保持部材43が側方へ突出した状態を固定しうるロック装置81が設けられている。
また、上記朱肉保持部材43が側方へ突出した状態を固定しうるロック装置81は、上記操作部材41が下動する前の状態においても、上記支持部材42に対し上記印鑑収納部材44の下動を阻止しうるように形成されている。
また、上記ロック装置81は、ロック部材82と、そのロック部材82がスライドしうるように嵌合するロック部材ガイド部74とから成り、そのロック部材ガイド部74は、上記ロック部材82が上下方向に移動しうる縦向ガイド部75と、その縦向ガイド部75に対し上記ロック部材82が横方向にスライドして嵌入することにより上記ロック部材82の上下方向の移動を阻止しうる横向ガイド部76,77とを有している。
また、上記ロック部材ガイド部74は、上記縦向ガイド部75の上下2箇所に横向ガイド部76,77が形成されていて、その上側の横向ガイド部76は、上記操作部材41が下動する前の状態で上記ロック部材82が嵌入することにより、上記支持部材42に対し上記印鑑収納部材44の下動を阻止しうるように形成され、又、下側の横向ガイド部77は、上記操作部材41が下動することにより上記朱肉保持部材43が側方へ突出した状態で上記ロック部材82が嵌入することにより、上記朱肉保持部材43が側方へ突出した状態を固定しうるように形成されている。
また、上記ロック部材ガイド部74は溝状又は孔状に形成されている。
また、上記ロック部材ガイド部74は上記支持部材42又は上記操作部材41又は上記印鑑収納部材44に形成されている。
また、上記ロック部材82が上記ロック部材ガイド部74における横向ガイド部76,77に位置する状態と、縦向ガイド部75に位置する状態とで、それぞれ上記ロック部材82を固定する係合部が設けられている。
また、上記係合部として、上記ロック部材ガイド部74にリブ78,79,80が形成されている。
