【発明の属する技術分野】
本発明は、無数の連続気孔を有する多孔質体よりなる印字体を備えた連続捺印可能な印判であって、更に詳しくは、捺印動作と連動して回動する蓋体を一体的に備えた印判に関するものである。

【従来の技術】
従来より、多孔質体からなる印字体にインキを含浸させた連続捺印可能な印判は広く知られている。この種の印判は通常、未使用時においては印面を閉塞状態とするための印面キャップを装着して、印面にゴミや傷がついたり、印面から滲み出るインキにより他物が汚れるのを防止している。そして、使用時には印面キャップを取り外して捺印し、捺印を終えたら再度印面キャップを装着していたが、この印面キャップの着脱作業は使用者にとっては非常に煩わしいものであり、印面キャップを紛失してしまう恐れもあった。

そこで、このような問題を解決した印判として、例えば実公昭53−44488号に開示されたものがある。この印判は、脚枠体の外周を上方より覆う外枠体を下方に押圧することにより、前記外枠体と連結されて前記脚枠体内に配設された印判主体が下降し、それに連動して前記脚枠体に枢着された蓋体が回動して、前記印判主体の下端に設けられた印字体の印面が開放状態となるもので、これにより捺印することができる。一方、捺印終了後は前記外枠体への押圧を解くことにより、前記外枠体と前記脚枠体の間に配設された弾発部材の弾発力により前記外枠体と前記印判主体が上昇し、それに連動して前記蓋体が開蓋時と逆方向に回動して印面を閉塞するものである。このように、一連の捺印動作と連動して回動する蓋体を一体的に備えた印判は、蓋体が分離不可能となっているので別体の印面キャップを着脱する印判のように印面キャップを紛失する恐れはなく、使用時における印面キャップの着脱作業も不要である。又、蓋体が外れる心配もないので、携帯にも便利である。

【発明が解決しようとする課題】
ところが、前記したような従来の蓋体を一体的に備えた印判は、捺印のたびに蓋体が回動して開閉するために素早い連続捺印がしにくく、伝票などに連続的に捺印する際には非常に不便であった。

又、前記したような従来の蓋体を一体的に備えた印判は印判主体を容易に着脱できる構成ではなく、印判全体を分解しなければ印判主体を取外すことはできなかった。このため、例えば、印字体の老朽化や印面に傷がついたことより鮮明捺印ができなくなるというような、印判主体だけを新品に交換すれば解消できるような不具合が起きたとしても、使用者は印判主体を取外して交換することは困難なので同種の印判を再度購入するしかなく、このことは使用者にとって不都合な点となっていた。

更に、従来の蓋体を一体的に備えた印判に組み付けられている印判主体は、通常、蓋体を一体的に備えた印判専用に設計されたものであったため、他の種類の印判に組み付けられる印判主体を蓋体を一体的に備えた印判に流用したり、蓋体を一体的に備えた印判に組み付けられる印判主体を他の種類の印判に流用することができず、部品の共通化が図れなかった。

そこで、本発明は前記した不具合を解消して、素早い連続捺印がしやすく、又、使用者が印判主体の着脱を容易に行えるようにして、印判主体を他の種類の印判に組み付けられるものと共通化できるようにした蓋体を一体的に備えた印判を提供することを目的とする。

【課題を解決するための手段】
本発明は前記課題を解決するために、上下端面が開口し側面に窓部2を有する脚枠体1と、前記脚枠体1内に昇降自在に設けられる内装体4と、前記脚枠体1の外周を上方より覆い前記内装体4と連動して昇降する外枠体23と、前記内装体4の下端に着脱自在に取付けられ下端に印字体13を備えてなる印判主体12と、前記脚枠体1の窓部2側に枢着され前記内装体4の昇降に連動して回動する蓋体17と、前記内装体4を常時上方に付勢して前記印字体13の印面を前記脚枠体1の下端開口より上方に位置させて前記蓋体17を閉蓋状態とする弾発部材32とを備えた印判において、前記内装体4の上部を中空状の筒部7として、前記外枠体23の上部に前記筒部7内に収まるカム部39Aを有する偏心カム39を回転自在に設け、前記筒部7の一側に前記カム部39Aが常時当接する弾性フック片33を設け、前記内装体4を下降させて前記蓋体17が開蓋状態にある時に前記偏心カム39を回転させると、前記弾性フック片33が外方に撓んで前記脚枠体1の上端内面1Aと係合し、前記内装体4を上昇不可能にロックすることを特徴とする印判である。

【発明の実施の形態】
以下、本発明の好ましい一実施の形態を図1〜図7にて詳細に説明する。1は上下端面が開口した円筒状をしたプラスチック製の脚枠体で、側面には後述する蓋体17の側板部18と形状が合致する窓部2を設けてあり、該窓部2の開口縁対向位置には一対の軸受部3、3を設けてある。

4はプラスチック製の内装体で、下端に印字体13を備えた印判主体12が着脱自在に取付けられる円形の印判取付部5と、印判取付部5の上端に対向して設けられる一対の側壁部6、6と、側壁部6、6の上端に設けられ上下端面が開口した円形中空状の筒部7とからなる。そして、印判取付部5の上端面中央には円形の貫通孔8を設けてあり、側壁部6、6の対向位置には該側壁部6の中間よりやや上方を上端9Aとして、該上端9Aから側壁部6の下方角部近傍の下端9Bまで下方に緩やかに湾曲して延びる略ノ字状の一対の案内孔9、9を設けてある。又、筒部7の一側面には該筒部7を断面C字状とする切欠部10を設けてあり、筒部7の側面上方対向位置には一対の係止孔11、11を設けてある。

尚、本実施の形態では、切欠部10は側壁部6、6の2点間の中間に位置する部分に設けてあり、係止孔11、11は側壁部6、6と同側に設けてあるが、切欠部10を設ける位置は特に限定されるものではない。又、係止孔11、11も一対とすることに限定されるものではなく、例えば、筒部7の側面に切欠部10を避けて周方向に90°間隔で3ヶ所に設けても良い。

この内装体4は、筒部7を上向きにして側壁部6、6間に形成された空間と脚枠体1の窓部2が連通状態となり、かつ、案内孔9、9の下端9B、9Bが窓部2側に向くようにして脚枠体1内に昇降自在に設けてあり、筒部7は脚枠体1の上端開口より突出して、脚枠体1の上端開口内で昇降自在となっている。そして、図2に示すように脚枠体1の上端内面1Aと側壁部6、6の上端が当接した時、内装体4は脚枠体1内の最上部に位置することとなり、この時、印判取付部5に装着された印判主体12の印字体13の印面は脚枠体1の下端開口より上方に位置するものとしている。

印判主体12は、連続気孔を有する多孔質ゴムよりなる印字体13と該印字体13の上面に接触する図示しないインキ吸蔵体を主筒部14の下方で受金15により保持してなり、下端には印字体13の印面が露呈している。又、主筒部14の上方には前記インキ吸蔵体にインキを供給するための図示しないインキカートリッジを着脱自在に取付けてあり、主筒部14の上端にはそのインキカートリッジの着脱を行うための摘み部16が露呈している。この印判主体12は印面を下向きにして摘み部16の上面が印判取付部5の上端内面に当接するように印判取付部5内に圧入嵌合により着脱自在に取付けられている。このような構成の印判主体12は、例えば、公知の連続捺印可能な印判や筆記具後端に印判を備えた印判付筆記具等に組み付けられる印判主体(例えば、特開平9−39353号や特開平10−175359号に開示された印判部3)をそのまま流用することができる。

この外枠体23は、脚枠体1の上端外面と外枠体23の環状溝25の間に弾発部材32を介在させた状態で内装体4と連結されるもので、脚枠体1の上方外周で内装体4と連動して昇降するものである。尚、本実施の形態では、弾発部材32としてコイルスプリングを使用している。そして、外枠体23の組み付けは、まず、外枠体23の環状溝25に弾発部材32の一端を支持させ、一方で、脚枠体1内の内装体4を最上部に位置させて脚枠体1の上端開口より筒部7を完全に突出させる。その状態で、外枠体23の下端開口より筒部7を挿入し、外枠体23の一対の係止爪28、28を筒部7の一対の係止孔11、11に係止させる。この時、側板部18が切欠部29と同位置になるように位置合わせをする。これにより、外枠体23は脚枠体1の上方外周を覆った状態で内装体4と連結され、筒部7の突出量に対応して脚枠体1の外周で昇降自在となる。尚、外枠体23を内装体4に連結させる際、筒部7の上端面と外枠体23の底面26の当接部分に接着剤を着けることにより、外枠体23と内装体4の連結状態をより強固なものとすることができる。

そして、外枠体23を内装体4に連結させた時、一端が環状溝25にて支持された弾発部材32の他端が脚枠体1の上端外面にて支持され、外枠体23は弾発部材32の弾発力により常時上方に付勢されるので、外枠体23と連結状態にある内装体4も常時上方に付勢され、内装体4は常時脚枠体1内の最上部に位置することとなる。従って、蓋体17は常時は閉蓋状態となり、印字体13の印面は常時は脚枠体1の下端開口より上方に位置して閉塞部19により閉塞される。

又、外枠体23を内装体4に連結させた時、脚枠体1の軸受部3、3に位置している蓋体17の軸21、21は、外枠体23の切欠部29近傍の内側面と軸受部3、3により回動自在に挟持された状態となって軸受部3、3より離脱できなくなるので、これにより蓋体17は分離不可能となって脚枠体1に確実に枢着された状態となる。つまり、外枠体23を内装体4に連結させる前では、蓋体17の軸21、21は脚枠体1の軸受部3、3に単に載置しただけで軸受部3、3より離脱してしまう状態にあるので、蓋体17の枢着は完了していないものであり、外枠体23を内装体4に連結させた時に、蓋体17の枢着が完了する。

この弾性フック片33は内装体4と外枠体23を連結する前に内装体4の筒部7の切欠部10側に設けられるもので、固定板36を筒部7の下端内周面に圧入嵌合することにより設けられる。そして、弾性フック片33が切欠部10と平行な直立状態にある時、係合部35は切欠部10内に位置するものとなり、前記凹部24の底面26と脚枠体1の上端外面が当接した時、係合部35の上端は脚枠体1の上端内面1Aより僅かに下方に位置するものとなる。又、支え片37は筒部7内で固定板36が傾くのを防いで、固定板36をスムーズに圧入嵌合できるようにしたり、弾性フック片33を確実に撓ませるようにするものであり、この支え片37の外側面と筒部7の内側面を接着剤により接着することにより、弾性フック片33を確実に分離しないように筒部7に設けることができる。尚、この支え片37は必ずしも設ける必要はない。

39はプラスチック製の偏心カムで、図7に示すように円形のカム部39Aと、カム部39Aの上面の中心から外れた位置に設けられた円柱状の連結軸40からなるものである。又、連結軸40の中心位置には上下方向に貫通する貫通孔41を設けてある。尚、カム部39Aの外径は前記筒部7の内径より小さく、カム部39Aは筒部7内に収まる大きさのものである。

この偏心カム39は内装体4と外枠体23を連結する前に外枠体23に回転自在に組み付けられるもので、外枠体23の下端開口より連結軸40を上向きにして挿入して該連結軸40を外枠体23の開口部27を介して凹部24内に突出させ、その突出させた連結軸40を、凹部24内に収まる上端が開口した断面凹状の回転体42の底面中心に上下貫通して設けられた連結孔43に圧入嵌合することにより、回転体42と連結した状態で組み付けられる。従って、この偏心カム39は回転体42と連動して連結軸40を軸にして回転するものである。尚、本実施の形態では図1及び図7に示すように偏心カム39の連結軸40の外側面に縦リブ43を設ける一方、回転体42の連結孔43の内側面に縦リブ43と係合する縦溝44を設け、回転体42の回転を偏心カム39に確実に伝えるようにしてある。そして、偏心カム39を組み付けた外枠体23を、筒部7に弾性フック片33を設けた状態の内装体4に連結させた時、カム部39Aは筒部7内に収まって該筒部7内で回転自在となり、カム部39Aの外周面は弾性フック片33の突出部34に常時当接するものとなる。又、カム部39Aの外周面と突出部34との当接位置において、連結軸40からカム部39Aの外周面までの寸法が最小となっている時、弾性フック片33は直立状態となって係合部35は切欠部10内に位置するものとなる。

45はプラスチック製の押し棒で、偏心カム39の貫通孔41に昇降自在に設けられるもので、上端には円形の押圧部46を設けてある。この押し棒45は、その下端を回転体42の上端開口より貫通孔41に挿入して、固定板36の貫通孔38と、内装体4の側壁部6、6の間と、印判取付部5の貫通孔8を貫通しているもので、更に押し棒45の外周面に設けた環状爪47は貫通孔41を貫通して偏心カム39の下方に位置するものとしてある。これにより、環状爪47は偏心カム39の下面と係合するので、押し棒45は上方に抜け止め状に組み付けらたものとなっている。

そして、このロック部材51が図2に示すように最下部に位置する時、当接部53が蓋体17の側板部18に当接して、内装体4は下降不可能にロックされる。これは、外枠体23を下方に押圧すると外枠体23と連結された内装体4が脚枠体1内を下降して、これに連動して蓋体17の案内突起22、22が案内孔9、9に沿って上端9A、9Aの方向に移動して脚枠体1に枢着された蓋体17が側板部18方向に回動しようとするが、当接部53が側板部18に当接していると蓋体17は側板部18方向への回動が阻止されるため、内装体4の下降も阻止されるからである。このように内装体4を下降不可能にロックしておけば、蓋体17を確実に閉蓋状態に保持して印字体13の印面を確実に閉塞状態に保持することができるので、保管時や携帯時等の未使用時において衣服や他物へのインキ汚れを防止することができる。一方、図3に示すようにロック部材51を上方に摺動させて当接部53と側板部18の当接を解くことによりロックを解除して、内装体4を下降可能とすることができる。

又、図3に示すように蓋体17を開蓋状態としている時に外装キャップ48を一方向に回転操作すると蓋体17を開蓋状態に保持することができる。即ち、蓋体17を開蓋状態としている時に外装キャップ48を一方向に回転操作すると、回転体42が回転すると共にそれと連動して偏心カム39が回転し、カム部39Aは弾性フック片33の突出部34に当接した状態で筒部7内を回転する。この時、偏心カム39はカム部39Aの上面に偏心させて設けた連結軸40を軸として回転するので、この回転により、カム部39Aの外周面と弾性フック片33の突出部34との当接箇所における連結軸40からカム部39Aの外周面までの寸法は変化することとなり、その寸法が長くなるにつれて、カム部39Aの外周面と常時当接している突出部34は外方に押圧され、その押圧により直立状態にあった弾性フック片33は外方に撓む。そして、連結軸40からカム部39Aの外周面までの寸法が最長となった時、図4に示すように筒部7の切欠部10内に位置していた係合部35は切欠部10より外方に完全に突出して脚枠体1の上端内面1Aの下方に位置し、この状態で蓋体17を開蓋状態としている押圧力を解くと、外枠体23と内装体4は弾発部材32の弾発力により上昇しようとするが、図4に示すように係合部35は脚枠体1の上端内面1Aと係合するため、内装体4は上昇不可能にロックされる。これにより、蓋体17を開蓋状態に保持することができ、印字体13の印面を脚枠体1の下端開口にて常時露呈した状態にすることができるので、素早い連続捺印も行いやすいものとなる。

一方、蓋体17を閉蓋状態とするには、内装体4を上昇不可能にロックする時とは逆方向に外装キャップ48を回転操作して偏心カム39を回転させて、内装体4のロックを解除すれば良く、弾性フック片33の突出部34が位置する箇所における連結軸40からカム部39Aの外周面までの寸法が最短となった時、外方に撓んでいた弾性フック片33は図3に示すように元の位置まで復元して係合部35は切欠部10内に位置し、係合部35と脚枠体1の上端内面1Aとの係合が解かれて、内装体4のロックは解除される。これにより、内装体4は上昇可能となり、蓋体17を閉蓋状態とすることができる。

尚、本実施の形態では、図7に示すようにカム部39Aの上面中央に径方向に延びる段部56を設ける一方、偏心カム39を外枠体23に組み付けた際にカム部39Aの上面と対向する凹部24の底面26に前記段部56と係合する規制リブ57を垂下して設けてある。よって、偏心カム39の回転は、内装体4が上昇不可能にロックされる位置とそのロックが解除される位置でそれぞれ規制されるので、使用者は内装体4が上昇不可能にロックされる位置と、そのロックが解除される位置の把握がしやすいものとなっている。
