Description

【0001】

Apply paint processing. As a result, it is possible to provide a wood-like molded product having a pattern very close to the grain of natural wood on the surface and having a texture such as a touch feeling close to that of natural wood.
[0003]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
By the way, in the wood-like molded product described in the above-mentioned Japanese Patent Application Laid-Open No. 10-272695, the wood grain pattern formed on the surface is substantially uniform in depth and width. When used for interior / exterior parts and daily necessities, it may be found that the wood is not genuine in appearance, and it has been desired to further improve the appearance quality.
This invention is made | formed in view of the said situation, and it aims at providing the surface treatment method of the wood-like molded product which can further improve the external appearance quality of the grain pattern which should be given to the surface .
[0036]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
In order to achieve the above object, the present invention is a surface treatment method for a wood-like molded article formed by mixing and melting cellulose-based fine particles and a resin, and forming the surface of the wood-like molded article. When forming a plurality of groove portions having different depths and widths, the rotation of the groove forming tool comprising a sanding paper having a plurality of protrusions having different heights and widths and a rotating roller around which the sanding paper is wound. The sanding paper is pressed against and rubbed against the surface of the woody molded article by rotating a roller.
[0064]
The invention of the present application is, for example, as shown in FIGS. 1 and 2, a surface treatment method for a wood-like molded article 1 formed by mixing and melting cellulose-based fine particles and a resin, When forming a plurality of groove portions 2 having different depths and widths on the surface of the molded product 1, a sanding paper 5 having a plurality of protrusions having different heights and widths, and a rotating roller 4 around which the sanding paper 5 is wound. In the groove forming tool 3 provided with the above, the sanding paper 5 is pressed and rubbed against the surface of the woody molded product 1 by rotating the rotating roller 4.
[0065]
According to the present invention, when forming a plurality of groove portions 2 having different depths and widths on the surface of a wood-like molded product 1, a groove-forming tool having a plurality of protrusions 6 having different heights and widths is formed into a wood-like shape. Since the surface of the product 1 is rubbed, a large number of the groove portions 2 can be formed on the surface at a time, which facilitates manufacture.
[0066]
The sanding paper 5 is used as the groove forming tool . In this case, the surface (polishing surface) having a large number of particles having different heights and widths is used.
[0068]
Moreover, after forming the several groove part 2 from which both depth and width differ on the surface of the wood-like molded article 1, you may perform coloring process, grinding | polishing process, and coating process. Then, gloss can be given to the surface of the wood-like molded product 1, the deep groove portion 2 has a deep color, the shallow groove portion 2 has a light color, the wide groove portion 2 has a wide colored portion, and a wide width. A colored portion appears narrowly in the narrow groove portion 2, and gradation is formed on the entire surface of the wood-like molded product 1.
[0069]
DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION
Hereinafter, embodiments of the present invention will be described with reference to the drawings. FIG. 1 is a perspective view showing a first embodiment of the present invention.
As shown in FIG. 1, the wood-like molded product 1 according to the present embodiment is provided with a cavity opened at the end face, and this cavity is formed so as to extend in the longitudinal direction of the wood-like molded product 1. .
[0070]
The wood-like molded product 1 is obtained by fixing a surface particle having a smaller diameter and harder than the powder particle on the outer peripheral surface of the powder particle obtained by grinding the pulverized powder obtained by pulverizing the cellulose material and increasing the specific gravity. A fixed grain is formed, a resin and a pigment are mixed and melted in the fixed grain, and thereafter or simultaneously with melting, it is extruded into a quadrangular prism shape having the cavity.
[0071]
Such a wood-like molded product 1 is used for, for example, a peripheral edge or a baseboard, a stair railing, a stair tread, a sash frame, an indoor side, furniture, a table / counter, etc. as an interior part of a house.
[0072]
The surface of the wood-like molded product 1 is provided with a wood grain pattern composed of a plurality of groove portions 2 having different depths and widths, and a polishing apparatus 3 is used to apply these groove portions 2. The polishing apparatus 3 includes a cylindrical roller 4 that can be rotated in reverse and a sanding paper 5 wound around the rotating roller 4, and the sanding paper 5 is rotated by the rotating roller 4.
[0073]
Further, while rotating the rotating roller 4, the rotating roller 4 is moved in the longitudinal direction of the wood-like molded product 1, and the sanding paper 5 is pressed against the surface of the wood-like molded product 1 and rubbed. Then, a plurality of groove portions 2 having different depths and widths are formed.
[0074]
In addition, the said sanding paper 5 uses what has many protrusions 6 from which both height and width differ.
Hereinafter, the process of forming the groove part 2 in which both depth and width differ on the surface of the wood-like molded product 1 will be described in detail.
[0075]
As shown in FIG. 2 (A), the rotating roller 4 is rotated, and the rotating roller 4 is moved in the longitudinal direction of the wood-like molded product 1 so that a sanding paper 5 having protrusions 6 having different heights and widths is obtained. Press against the surface of the wood-like molded product 1 and rub it.
[0076]
Then, the surface of the wood-like molded product 1 is cut into a groove shape by the protrusion 6, thereby forming a large number of groove portions 2 having different depths and widths on the surface.
Thereafter, another type of sanding paper having protrusions having different heights and widths may be used for polishing again, and the number of times of polishing may be set as appropriate.
[0077]
After the completion of the above steps, the surface of the wood-like molded product 1 is colored as shown in FIG. This coloring process is performed by a wiping stain process.
The wiping stain process is a process in which a paint is applied to the surface of the wood-like molded article 1 and then wiped off before drying to color the groove 2.
[0078]
Thereafter, the surface of the wood-like molded product 1 is dried. In this way, by performing the wiping stain process, the deep groove portion 2 is dark in color, the shallow groove portion 2 is light in color, the wide groove portion 2 has a wide colored portion, and the narrow groove portion 2 is colored. Such a wood-like molded product 1 can be used for a housing exterior product such as an exterior.
[0079]
Further, as shown in FIG. 2 (C), the wood-like molded product 1 may be further polished. In this polishing step, a sanding paper 7 having a fine mesh is used, and the surface of the wood-like molded product 1 is rubbed.
[0080]
Then, the paint applied to a smooth surface other than the groove 2 is deleted, and the paint remains only in the groove 2. At the same time, the unevenness of the coating film formed on the surface of the wood-like molded article 1 and the slight irregularity of the surface of the wooden-like molded article 1 are eliminated by the above-described coloring processing treatment, and a smooth painted ground surface is formed, coloring The contrast between the groove 2 and the flat surface by the processing becomes clear.
[0081]
