Description

【0001】

BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
The present invention relates to a mounting apparatus for an assembled plate.
[0002]
[Prior art]
An attachment seat is attached to the door handle provided on the door so as to cover the door surface around the base. The mounting seats are mounted as a pair in a symmetrical arrangement on both sides of the door (see, for example, JP 2000-145214 A, JP 9-250258 A, JP 7-310465 A, etc.). ).
Some of the mounting seats are substantially used for mounting a locking device including a door handle, and others are used exclusively as a decorative material or a cover material.
[0003]
In such a set plate used as a pair of mounting seats (hereinafter, the mounting seat is referred to as “plate” and the door is referred to as “mounted board”), on both sides of the mounting board In order to connect a pair of plates, a screw is inserted from one plate into the other plate and screwed together (such as the above-mentioned Japanese Patent Laid-Open No. 2000-145214), or a shaft is projected from one plate and a cylinder is placed on the other plate A structure (such as Japanese Patent Application Laid-Open No. 9-250258 and Japanese Patent Application Laid-Open No. 7-310465, etc.) in which the shaft and the cylinder are pressed to prevent press-fitting (friction) is the mainstream.
[0004]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
There are various types of board to be mounted.
Therefore, as a set plate, if screws are used as a coupling structure between plates, it is necessary to prepare multiple types of sets with different screw lengths, and a press-fit structure using a shaft and a cylinder is adopted. Then, it is necessary to prepare multiple types of sets with different shaft and cylinder lengths.
Therefore, the manufacturing, distribution, management, sales, and the like are complicated, and the cost is increased in every sense.
[0005]
Further, when the board to be attached is made of wood, an error of about ± 1 mm is generated in the wall thickness dimension, and further, expansion and contraction in the wall thickness direction occur due to the influence of temperature and humidity.
On the other hand, since the plates are connected to each other in a state where there is no play even if any of the above-described structures is adopted, the expansion in the thickness direction of the board to be mounted is achieved over time. -When contraction occurs, backlash may occur in the mounting state of the plate with respect to the mounted board, or a small crack may occur around the screw tightening position, for example.
[0006]
Furthermore, if screws are used as the coupling structure between the plates, tightening the screws may be cumbersome, and if a press-fit structure using a shaft and a cylinder is used, Since the shaft to be provided and the insertion hole for the cylinder have to have a hole diameter that exactly matches the outer diameter of the cylinder, high-precision processing is required for the board to be mounted, which is also troublesome.
That is, it is troublesome to attach the plate to the board to be attached, and this also leads to an increase in cost.
[0007]
The present invention has been made in view of the above circumstances, and is intended to provide a certain degree of versatility with respect to the wall thickness of the mounted board, so as to reduce costs and the like. An object of the present invention is to provide an assembled plate mounting device that can follow the expansion and contraction of the direction, in particular, to extend the life of the plate and to facilitate the mounting to the mounted board.
[0008]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
In order to achieve the above object, the present invention has taken the following measures.
That is, a mounting apparatus for a set plate including a male member and a female member that can be engaged with each other in order to attach a pair of plates in a symmetrical arrangement across the board to be attached,
The male member and the female member are engaged in a non-separable state by being pushed in a mutually approaching direction, and are disengaged by releasing the above-mentioned engagement by rotating one of the members, Either one of the male member and the female member is provided on one plate, and the other member is rotatably inserted into a mounting hole formed in the other plate,
The mounting hole urges the other member that engages with the one member in a non-separable state in a direction away from the one plate , and against a change in the wall thickness of the mounted board. A spring that follows the pair of plates is provided.
[0009]
With such a structure, the plate having the male member and the plate having the female member are brought close to each other and the male member and the female member can be engaged with each other only by engaging each other. Therefore, it is very easy to connect each other.
Therefore, it is possible to attach both plates by simply pressing the plate against the mounted board from both the front and back sides of the mounted board having a through hole in the portion where the male member and the female member are joined. is there.
Further, when it is necessary to remove the plate from the mounted board (need to release the coupling of both plates), if at least one of the male member or the female member is rotated by, for example, about 90 °, these male members And the female member are released from the coupled state, so that it is very easy to remove the plate from the mounted board.
[0010]
In addition, the member that is the other member of the male member or the female member is held so as to be able to advance and retreat toward the mating member, and the other member is attached to the mating member via a mounted board. Since the spring is biased by the elastic force of the spring in the direction away from it including the position where it can be engaged, even if the board to be mounted may expand or contract in the thickness direction, both The coupling interval of the plates follows this flexibly.
Therefore, there is no backlash or crack in the state of the plate attached to the board to be attached.
[0011]
Moreover, a certain degree of versatility can be given to the thickness dimension of the mounting board.
The male member includes a main body shaft portion projecting toward the female member, a pair of outer claw portions projecting in a direction opposite to the axial center from a protruding end portion of the main body shaft portion, and the main body shaft. And an engagement step portion having a constricted shape formed on the back side of the pair of outer claw portions as viewed from the portion, and the tip end side in the axial direction is further tapered toward the pair of outer claw portions. Preferably it is.
[0012]
On the other hand, the female member has a main body shaft portion protruding in a bifurcated state toward the male member, a pair of inverted claw-like inner claw portions projecting opposite to each other at the protruding end portion of the main body shaft portion, and the main body. It is preferable to have an engagement step portion with a neck shape formed on the back side of the pair of inner claw portions as viewed from the shaft portion.
If at least one of the outer claw part of the male member or the inner claw part of the female member is provided in a plurality in the axial direction, the amount of engagement between the two members can be adjusted.
By adding such a structure, a certain degree of versatility can be given to the thickness dimension of the mounting board.
[0013]
Further, the other member includes a rotation operation portion formed at a base end portion of the main body shaft portion with a diameter larger than that of the main body shaft portion,
The mounting hole includes a large-diameter hole portion that rotatably holds the rotation operation portion in a state in which the rotation operation portion of the other member is rotatably accommodated, and a main body shaft of the other member. A stepped hole with a small-diameter hole part that holds the part rotatably and axially movable,
The spring is externally inserted into the main body shaft portion of the other member inserted through the mounting hole, and can be sandwiched between the small-diameter hole portion of the mounting hole and the rotation operation portion of the other member. It is preferable to be accommodated in the large-diameter hole.
[0014]
Needless to say, the plate can be adopted as a mounting seat for the door handle. In this case, the present invention can also be applied to a sliding door device.
[0015]
DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION
Hereinafter, embodiments of the present invention will be described with reference to the drawings.
FIG. 1 thru | or FIG. 10 has shown 1st Embodiment of the assembly plate mounting apparatus 1 which concerns on this invention.
As shown in FIGS. 1 and 2, the assembled plate mounting apparatus 1 according to the first embodiment is mounted for mounting a door handle 3 for opening and closing a mounted board 2 such as a swinging door. It shows what is provided as a seat.
[0016]
The assembled plate mounting apparatus 1 is configured such that a pair of plates 5 and 6 that are mounted symmetrically with a mounted board 2 interposed therebetween, a male member 7 provided on one plate 5 and a female provided on the other plate 6. Member 8.
As shown in FIGS. 3 and 4, the male member 7 has a main body shaft portion 12 projecting toward the female member 8, and is stretched in a reciprocal direction in a direction perpendicular to the shaft center from the protruding end portion of the main body shaft portion 12. It has a pair of outer claw portions 13 to be taken out. Further, the tip end side in the axial direction is further tapered than the both outer claw portions 13.
[0017]
That is, when the male member 7 is viewed in plan (referred to as FIG. 3), the protruding end portion is in a state of a tip of the tip, and the outer claw portion 13 of the outer claw portion 13 is viewed from the protruding end side (right side in FIG. 3). An engagement step portion 14 having a neck shape is formed on the back side (left side in FIG. 3), and a neck portion 15 is formed on the back side (that is, the neck portion) of the engagement step portion 14.
Further, when the male member 7 is viewed from the side (FIG. 4), neither the neck portion 15 nor the tapered tip appears as an outer contour, and both side surfaces of those portions (upper and lower surfaces in FIG. 4) are shown. It is straight.
[0018]
On the other hand, as shown in FIGS. 5 and 6, the female member 8 includes a pair of main body shaft portions 20 that project in a bifurcated state toward the male member 7 and a pair of protrusions facing each other at the projecting end portions of the main body shaft portions 20. The inner claw portion 21 and the rotation operation portion 22 provided at the proximal end portion of the main body shaft portion 20 are provided.
That is, when the female member 8 is viewed in plan (refer to FIG. 5), each inner claw portion 21 has a shape of a return claw, and the inner side of the inner claw portion 13 is viewed from the protruding end side (left side in FIG. 5). An engagement step portion 23 having a neck shape is formed on the right side of FIG.
[0019]
Of course, the space between the inner claw portions 21 (the crotch) penetrates in the vertical direction, and both side surfaces of the female member 8 are straight.
The facing interval of the portion where the inner claw portion 21 is formed is formed to be equal to or less than the thickness of the neck portion 15 in the male member 7, and both the inner claw portions 21 expand or contract each other. Some elastic deformation is possible in the direction of the movement.
The axial depth of the female member 8 from the tip to the crotch is such that when the male member 7 is inserted into the crotch portion, the engaging step 14 of the male member 7 and the engaging step 23 of the female member 8 are inserted. And the size of the male member 7 so that the protruding end side can be accommodated.
[0020]
For this reason, when the male member 7 and the female member 8 are pushed toward each other with their axial directions being coincident, the outer claw portions 13 of the male member 7 are brought into the inner claw portions 21 of the female member 8. The inner claw portion 21 of the female member 8 is originally moved at a position where the engagement step portion 14 of the male member 7 and the engagement step portion 23 of the female member 8 coincide with each other. As a result, the inner claw portions 21 on both sides can be engaged with each other so as to embrace the outer claw portions 13 on both sides (see FIG. 2).
Once this engaged state is established, the male member 7 and the female member 8 are engaged in an inseparable state even if they are separated from each other along their axial directions.
[0021]
In the female member 8, the main body shaft portion 20 is provided with a fitting groove 26 for fitting a retaining ring 25 (shown only in FIG. 2). At least the fitting groove 26 is closer to the rotating operation portion 22 side. Is formed in a circular shape in cross section as a rotation support portion 30 for allowing rotation in a state of penetrating the mounting hole 28 provided in the plate 6.
That is, the female member 8 is rotatable with respect to the plate 6.
The retaining ring 25 fitted in the fitting groove 26 acts as a retaining ring for preventing the female member 8 from escaping from the mounting hole 28.
[0022]
In the present invention, the retaining ring 25 is not limited.
The rotation operation unit 22 is formed to be slightly larger in diameter than the rotation support unit 30 of the main body shaft unit 20, and the rear end surface (right end surface in FIGS. 5 and 6) of the rotation operation unit 22 includes A tool engaging recess 31 having a groove shape passing through in the radial direction is formed.
The tool engaging recess 31 allows a tool (not shown) such as a flat-blade screwdriver to be inserted, and can be easily operated by the tool when the female member 8 is rotated.
[0023]
The tool engaging recess 31 may be a cross-shaped recess, a hexagonal or square recess, or a hexagonal or square protrusion, and a tool that fits them may be specified. However, if it is a groove type as shown in the figure, the female member 8 can be rotated using a coin or the like, which is a preferable example.
As is apparent from the above, when only the female member 8 is rotated 90 ° from the state where the female member 8 is engaged with the male member 7 (see FIG. 2), the inner claw portion 21 is moved to the male member 7. A quarter of the circumference of the neck portion 15 is brought into contact with the straight outer surface of the male member 7.
[0024]
Therefore, the engagement is released, and the male member 7 and the female member 8 are in a state where there is no portion to be engaged in the axial direction. Therefore, if they are separated from each other in the axial direction, they are easily separated. Can be made.
As shown in FIGS. 7 and 8, in the first embodiment, the male member 7 is provided integrally with the plate 5.
The plate 5 having the male member 7 is illustrated as a flat plate on the oval side, and the first escape hole 42 through which the handle base 40 of the door handle 3, the handle shaft 41, etc. (see FIG. 1) pass. And a second escape hole 43 through which a lock shaft (both not shown) of the door lock device is passed.
[0025]
Further, in order to cause a rotation-preventing action and a positioning action with respect to the mounted board 2, a fitting protrusion 45 that is fitted into the fitting hole 44 provided in the mounted board 2 is provided.
On the other hand, as shown in FIGS. 9 and 10, the female member 8 is separate from the plate 6. Therefore, the plate 6 is provided with a mounting hole 28 for attaching the female member 8. Yes.
The mounting hole 28 has a large-diameter hole portion 50 for holding the turning operation portion 22 in an axially movable manner in a state in which the turning operation portion 22 of the female member 8 is rotatably accommodated, and the female member 8. It is a stepped hole having a small-diameter hole 51 that holds the rotation support part 30 so as to be rotatable and axially movable.
[0026]
The large-diameter hole portion 50 also accommodates a spring 52 (shown only in FIG. 2) such as a coil spring that is extrapolated to the rotation support portion 30 of the female member 8, and the spring 52 can only expand and contract in the axial direction. Includes depth dimensions.
For this reason, the female member 8 can move forward and backward toward the male member 7 and is spring-biased by the spring 52 in a direction away from the male member 7 unless engaged with the male member 7. Will be.
The plate 6 provided with the female member 8 has a flat plate shape on the oval side, a first escape hole 55 through which the handle base 40 of the door handle 3, the handle shaft 41, etc. (see FIG. 1) pass, and the door. A second escape hole 56 through which a lock shaft (not shown) of the lock device is passed, and a fitting protrusion 57 to be fitted into the fitting hole 44 of the mounted board 2 are provided.
[0027]
Of course, both the plates 5 and 6 are mounted in a symmetrical arrangement with the mounted board 2 interposed therebetween, and the male member 7 and the female member 8 are positioned to face each other.
The mounted board 2 which is the mounting counterpart of the assembled plate mounting apparatus 1 includes a through hole 60 corresponding to a joint portion between the male member 7 and the female member 8, and first relief holes 42 and 55 of both plates 5 and 6. A first hole 61 corresponding to the first hole 61 (passing through the handle base 40 of the door handle 3, the handle shaft 41, etc.), a second relief hole 62 corresponding to the second holes 43, 56 of the plates 5, 6 (locking the door lock device) A hole through which the shaft passes), and a fitting hole 44 that allows the fitting protrusions 57 of both the plates 5 and 6 to be fitted. ) Is incorporated.
[0028]
As is clear from the above description, in the assembled plate mounting apparatus 1 according to the present invention, the plate 5 having the male member 7 and the plate 6 having the female member 8 are connected to the mounted board 2. It is possible to connect the male member 7 and the female member 8 with each other by simply pushing them in the mutually approaching direction while being sandwiched between the centers. It can be done.
Further, when it becomes necessary to remove the plates 5 and 6 from the mounted board 2, a tool such as a minus screwdriver or a coin is inserted into the turning operation portion 31 of the female member 8 to be turned. Thus, the engagement between the male member 7 and the female member 8 can be released and separated.
[0029]
That is, the plates 5 and 6 can be removed from the mounted board 2 by this.
Further, even if expansion or contraction in the thickness direction occurs on the mounted board 2 over time, since the female member 8 is urged in the axial direction by the spring 52, the male member 7 and the female member 8 No excessive force or backlash occurs in the engaged state.
Therefore, no play or cracks occur in the state of attachment of the plates 5 and 6 to the board 2 to be attached.
[0030]
Although not shown, a cosmetic cover may be attached to each of the plates 5 and 6 so as to cover them. In some cases, the plates 5 and 6 themselves may be formed aesthetically so as to withstand the appearance.
FIG. 11 shows a second embodiment of the assembled plate mounting apparatus 1 according to the present invention.
The difference between the second embodiment and the first embodiment is that the female member 8 is provided integrally with the plate 5, whereas the male member 7 is rotatable with respect to the plate 6. And is biased in the axial direction by the spring 52.
[0031]
Along with this, a rotation operation portion 22 having a diameter larger than that of the main body shaft portion 12 is provided at the base end portion of the male member 7.
Of the plates 5 and 6 employed in the second embodiment, one (6) can be formed in a rectangular shape as the outer shape of the plates 5 and 6 as illustrated in FIG. Further, it is possible to adopt a structure in which the door lock device is not assumed to be mounted (there is no equivalent to the second escape holes 43 and 56 shown in the first embodiment).
[0032]
13 and 14 show a third embodiment of the assembled plate mounting apparatus 1 according to the present invention.
In the third embodiment, similarly to the second embodiment (see FIG. 11), the female member 8 is provided integrally with the plate 5, whereas the male member 7 is attached to the plate 6. On the other hand, it is rotatable and is urged in the axial direction by a spring 52. A rotation operation unit 56 is provided at the base end of the male member 7.
The third embodiment is different from the second embodiment in that the male member 7 is provided with a plurality of outer claw portions 13 in the axial direction.
[0033]
Therefore, when the male member 7 and the female member 8 are engaged with each other, the amount of engagement in the axial direction can be appropriately adjusted.
The main body shaft portion 20 of the female member 8 is formed as a hollow shaft through which the male member 7 can be inserted because it is assumed that the male member 7 is pushed in as shown in FIG.
In this case, in the male member 7, the number of the outer claw portions 13 provided in the axial direction is not particularly limited.
Although not shown, the female member 8 can be provided with a plurality of inner claw portions 21 in the axial direction, and both the outer claw portion 13 of the male member 7 and the inner claw portion 21 of the female member 8 can be provided. A plurality of can be provided in the axial direction.
[0034]
By the way, this invention is not limited to each above-mentioned embodiment, It can change suitably according to embodiment.
For example, the material of the male member 7 and the female member 8 is not limited at all, and can be made of resin, metal, or the like.
In each of the above-described embodiments, it has been described that one of the male member 7 and the female member 8 is integrally formed with the plates 5 and 6, but may be retrofitted after being formed as a separate member.
[0035]
The male member 7 may be provided on the upper and lower sides of the plate 5 and the female member 8 may be provided on the upper and lower sides of the plate 6.
In addition, about the to-be-attached board 2, regarding the structure, a magnitude | size, a material, a use, etc., it is not limited at all. Therefore, it is not limited whether the mounted board 2 is a door.
[0036]
【The invention's effect】
As is clear from the above description, in the assembled plate mounting apparatus according to the present invention, the male member provided on one plate and the female member provided on the other plate can be engaged with each other only by pushing them in the mutually approaching direction. Further, since the engagement can be released and separated by simply rotating one member from this engaged state, it is possible to attach and detach the attached board very easily and quickly.
Also, if at least one member is spring-biased in a direction away from the mating member, it can flexibly follow even if the mounted board expands or contracts in the thickness direction, and the mounting state of the plate is loose. And no cracking occurs.
[0037]
Moreover, a certain degree of versatility can be given to the thickness dimension of the mounting board.
