Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of LED display screen assembly, in particular to an arc lock.
Background
At present, in the LED display screen assembly process, in order to enable the contained angle between two adjacent LED screens to be adjustable, the LED radian connecting device is adopted to connect.
The existing LED radian connecting device mainly comprises the following forms:
1. the left part and the right part of the radian connecting device are designed into a whole;
2. the arc connecting device can be detached, but an external tool is needed to complete the connection of the left and right parts.
The LED arc connection device in the prior art has the following disadvantages:
1. when the left and right parts of the arc connecting device are designed into a whole, certain requirements are imposed on the installation of the arc connecting device. That is, when the LED frame is first connected, the connection must be kept in a flat state, so that the connecting rod of the arc connecting device can be ensured to be nested into the connecting hole of the LED frame. In contrast, when the arc of the LED frame is determined, it is difficult for the portion of the arc connecting means to which the LED frame is connected to be embedded into the connecting hole of the LED frame, and thus, when the LED frame is suspended on the spandrel girder and the arc has been determined by the LED frame of the highest layer, it is difficult for such a device to achieve its effect.
2. When the arc connecting device is designed to be detachable, the left part and the right part are connected together by means of external tools (connecting pieces), and the function is realized, so that the integrity of the product is reduced, and the appearance of the product is influenced. In addition, the individual connectors are easily lost, and the performance of the product is greatly affected.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention mainly aims to provide an arc lock convenient to disassemble and assemble, and aims to improve the assembly efficiency and accuracy of an LED display screen and prevent individual parts from being lost.
In order to achieve the above purpose, the invention provides an arc lock, which comprises a first arc-shaped lock body and a second arc-shaped lock body which are separately arranged, wherein both corner ends of the first lock body and both corner ends of the second lock body are respectively provided with a eccentric lock, an indexing component is arranged on the first lock body, and an arc adjusting mechanism corresponding to the indexing component and a pressing mechanism for pressing the arc adjusting mechanism on the indexing component are arranged on the second lock body.
According to a further technical scheme, the indexing assembly comprises a first handle fixing piece, a second handle fixing piece and an indexing piece which is arranged on the first lock body and connected with the first handle fixing piece and the second handle fixing piece, wherein the upper surface of the first handle fixing piece, the upper surface of the second handle fixing piece and the upper surface of the indexing piece are all cambered surfaces with the same radian, a plurality of first positioning grooves which are arranged in an arc shape are uniformly arranged on the outer sides of the first handle fixing piece and the second handle fixing piece, and a plurality of positioning ribs which are arranged in an arc shape are uniformly arranged on the upper surface of the indexing piece.
According to a further technical scheme, the radian adjusting mechanism comprises a third handle fixing piece, a fourth handle fixing piece, a radian adjusting piece and a supporting seat, wherein the third handle fixing piece and the fourth handle fixing piece are arranged on the second lock body, the radian adjusting piece is connected with the third handle fixing piece and the fourth handle fixing piece, the supporting seat is connected with the third handle fixing piece and the fourth handle fixing piece and is used for supporting the radian adjusting piece, and the upper surface of the third handle fixing piece, the upper surface of the fourth handle fixing piece, the upper surface of the supporting seat, the upper surface of the radian adjusting piece and the lower surface of the supporting seat are cambered surfaces which are identical to the radian of the first handle fixing piece; one end of the radian adjusting piece is rotationally connected with the third handle fixing piece and the fourth handle fixing piece, and a limiting groove corresponding to the positioning rib is formed in the lower surface of the other end of the radian adjusting piece.
According to a further technical scheme, the pressing mechanism comprises an inner side handle and an outer side handle, wherein the inner side handle is rotationally connected with the third handle fixing piece and the fourth handle fixing piece and used for pressing the radian adjusting piece, the outer side handle is rotationally connected with the inner side handle, and the outer side handle is rotationally connected with the inner side handle through a first stud corresponding to the first positioning groove;
when the inner handle compresses the radian adjusting piece until the positioning rib is clamped into the limiting groove and the outer handle is rotated in a first direction, the first stud bolt stretches into the first positioning groove; when the outside handle is rotated in a second direction opposite to the first direction, the first stud is disengaged from the first positioning groove.
According to a further technical scheme, the inner handle is rotatably connected with the third handle fixing piece and the fourth handle fixing piece through second stud bolts, and the radian adjusting piece is provided with second positioning grooves corresponding to the multi-degree second double-head stud bolts;
when the radian adjusting piece is in contact with the lower surface of the radian adjusting piece and the upper surface of the supporting seat and rotates the inner side handle in the first direction, the second double-head bolt is separated from the second positioning groove; when the inner handle is rotated in the second direction, the second double-ended screw bolt extends into the second positioning groove.
According to a further technical scheme, the dividing piece and the first lock body are integrally formed, and the first handle fixing piece and the second handle fixing piece are fixedly connected with the dividing piece through bolts respectively.
According to a further technical scheme, the supporting seat and the second lock body are integrally formed, and the third handle fixing piece and the fourth handle fixing piece are fixedly connected with the supporting seat through bolts respectively.
According to a further technical scheme, the radian adjusting piece is provided with a radian mark, and the first handle fixing piece and the second handle fixing piece are provided with arrows.
According to a further technical scheme, positioning holes matched with positioning pins on an external LED display screen are formed in the lower ends of the first lock body and the second lock body.
According to the further technical scheme, the two corner ends of the first lock body and the two corner ends of the second lock body are respectively provided with a locking pin cover plate, and the two corner ends of the first lock body and the two corner ends of the second lock body are respectively provided with the eccentric lock through the locking pin cover plates.
The beneficial effects of the invention are as follows: according to the technical scheme, the arc lock comprises the first horned lock body and the second horned lock body which are arranged separately, wherein the two horned ends of the first lock body and the two horned ends of the second lock body are respectively provided with the eccentric lock, the first lock body is provided with the indexing component, and the second lock body is provided with the arc adjusting mechanism corresponding to the indexing component and the pressing mechanism for pressing the arc adjusting mechanism on the indexing component.

It should be understood that the specific embodiments described herein are for purposes of illustration only and are not intended to limit the scope of the invention.
Referring to fig. 1 to 3, the present invention provides an arc lock, in which fig. 1 is a front view, fig. 2 is a top view, and fig. 3 is a schematic perspective view of a preferred embodiment of the arc lock.
As shown in fig. 1 to 3, in this embodiment, the arc lock comprises a first arc-shaped lock body 1 and a second arc-shaped lock body 2 which are separately arranged, wherein a eccentric lock 3 is installed at both corner ends of the first lock body 1 and both corner ends of the second lock body 2, an indexing component is arranged on the first lock body 1, and an arc adjusting mechanism corresponding to the indexing component and a pressing mechanism for pressing the arc adjusting mechanism on the indexing component are arranged on the second lock body 2.
The locking pin cover plate 4 may be installed at both corner ends of the first lock body 1 and both corner ends of the second lock body 2, and the eccentric lock 3 may be installed at both corner ends of the first lock body 1 and both corner ends of the second lock body 2 through the locking pin cover plate 4. It will be appreciated that the core-shifting lock 3 is used to tighten or loosen the external LED display.
In particular implementation, in order to ensure that the assembly of the lock body and the external LED display screen is firmer and more reliable, the lower ends of the first lock body 1 and the second lock body 2 are respectively provided with a positioning hole 5 matched with a positioning pin on the external LED display screen.
Further, in this embodiment, the indexing assembly includes a first handle fixing member 6, a second handle fixing member 7, and an indexing member connected to the first handle fixing member 6 and the second handle fixing member 7, where the upper surface of the first handle fixing member 6, the upper surface of the second handle fixing member 7, and the upper surface of the indexing member are all arc surfaces with the same radian, and a plurality of first positioning slots arranged in arc shape are uniformly arranged on the outer sides of the first handle fixing member 6 and the second handle fixing member 7, and a plurality of positioning ribs arranged in arc shape are uniformly arranged on the upper surface of the indexing member.
In this embodiment, the first handle fixing member 6 and the second handle fixing member 7 have the same height and are higher than the index member.
As an embodiment, the index member is integrally formed with the first lock body 1, and the first handle fixing member 6 and the second handle fixing member 7 are fixedly connected with the index member through bolts, respectively. In other embodiments, the index, the first handle holder 6, and the second handle holder 7 may be integrally formed with the first lock body 1, which is not limited in this embodiment.
The radian adjusting mechanism comprises a third handle fixing piece 8, a fourth handle fixing piece 9, a radian adjusting piece 10 connected with the third handle fixing piece 8 and the fourth handle fixing piece 9 and a supporting seat connected with the third handle fixing piece 8 and the fourth handle fixing piece 9 and used for supporting the radian adjusting piece 10, wherein the upper surface of the third handle fixing piece 8, the upper surface of the fourth handle fixing piece 9 and the upper surface and the lower surface of the supporting seat are cambered surfaces which are identical to the radian of the first handle fixing piece 6; one end of the radian adjusting piece 10 is rotatably connected with the third handle fixing piece 8 and the fourth handle fixing piece 9 through an adjusting piece fixing shaft 15, and a limiting groove corresponding to the positioning rib is formed in the lower surface of the other end.
In this embodiment, the third handle fixing member 8 and the fourth handle fixing member 9 have the same height and are higher than the supporting seat.
As an embodiment, the supporting seat and the second lock body 2 are integrally formed, and the third handle fixing part 8 and the fourth handle fixing part 9 are fixedly connected with the supporting seat through bolts respectively. In other embodiments, the support base, the third handle fixing member 8, and the fourth handle fixing member 9 may be integrally formed with the second lock body 2, which is not limited in this embodiment.
The pressing mechanism comprises an inner side handle 12 which is rotationally connected with the third handle fixing piece 8 and the fourth handle fixing piece 9 and used for pressing the radian adjusting piece 10, and an outer side handle 11 which is rotationally connected with the inner side handle 12, wherein the outer side handle 11 is rotationally connected with the inner side handle 12 through a first stud bolt 13 corresponding to the first positioning groove.
When the inner handle 12 presses the radian adjusting piece 10 to the position-fixing rib to be clamped into the limit groove and rotates the outer handle 11 in a first direction, the first stud 13 stretches into the first position-fixing groove; when the outside handle 11 is rotated in a second direction opposite to the first direction, the first stud 13 is disengaged from the first positioning groove.
The inner handle 12 is rotatably connected with the third handle fixing part 8 and the fourth handle fixing part 9 through a second stud bolt 14, and the radian adjusting part 10 is provided with a second positioning groove corresponding to the second stud bolts 14.
When the arc adjusting member 10 is abutted to the upper surface of the supporting seat from the lower surface thereof and the inner handle 12 is rotated in the first direction, the second stud 14 is separated from the second positioning groove; when the inside handle 12 is rotated in the second direction, the second stud 14 extends into the second detent.
In order to facilitate the connection of the external LED screen according to the preset radian, in this embodiment, the radian adjusting member 10 is provided with a radian mark, and the first handle fixing member 6 and the second handle fixing member 7 are provided with arrows.
The assembly process and the use steps of the arc lock set forth in this embodiment are described in detail below.
Assembly of the second lock body 2: firstly, the radian adjusting piece 10 is connected with the third handle fixing piece 8 and the fourth handle fixing piece 9 through adjusting piece fixing shafts, then the third handle fixing piece 8, the fourth handle fixing piece 9 and the supporting seat are connected through bolts, then the locking pin cover plate 4 and the second lock body 2 are connected through bolts, the eccentric lock 3 is installed, then the inner handle 12 and the second lock body 2 are connected through second stud bolts 14, and finally the outer handle 11 and the inner handle 12 are connected through first stud bolts 13, so that the assembly of the second lock body 2 is completed.
Assembly of the first lock body 1: the first handle fixing piece 6 and the second handle fixing piece 7 are firstly installed on the index piece through bolts, then the locking pin cover plate 4 and the second lock body 2 are connected through bolts, and the eccentric lock 3 is installed, so that the first lock body 1 is assembled.
It should be noted that, the above-mentioned assembling steps are not limited in this embodiment, and the specific implementation may be according to the actual requirements.
When the inner handle 12 compresses the radian adjusting piece 10 until the positioning rib is clamped into the limiting groove, the lower surface of the radian adjusting piece 10 abuts against the upper surface of the supporting seat, when the outer handle 11 is rotated rightwards by 180 degrees, the first stud 13 is separated from the first positioning groove, and when the inner handle 12 is rotated leftwards by 180 degrees, the second stud 14 is separated from the second positioning groove, so that the first lock body 1 and the second lock body 2 are completely separated. And when the locking is performed, the steps are performed reversely.
In summary, according to the technical scheme, the arc lock comprises the first corner-shaped lock body and the second corner-shaped lock body which are arranged in a separated mode, the two corner ends of the first lock body and the two corner ends of the second lock body are respectively provided with the eccentric lock, the first lock body is provided with the indexing component, and the second lock body is provided with the arc adjusting mechanism corresponding to the indexing component and the pressing mechanism for pressing the arc adjusting mechanism on the indexing component.
