Description

【0001】

TECHNICAL FIELD OF THE INVENTION
The present invention relates to a mounting device for a set plate.
[0002]
[Prior art]
The door handle provided on the door is provided with a mounting seat so as to cover the door surface around the root. The mounting seats are mounted on the front and back sides of the door in a symmetrical arrangement as a pair of two sheets (for example, see JP-A-2000-145214, JP-A-9-250258, JP-A-7-310465). ).
The mounting seat may be used substantially for mounting a lock device including a door handle, or may be used solely as a cosmetic material or a cover material.
[0003]
In such a set plate used as a pair of mounting seats (hereinafter, the mounting seat is referred to as a “plate” and the door is referred to as a “board to be mounted”), both sides of the mounting board are provided. To couple the pair of plates, a structure in which a screw is inserted from one plate to the other plate and screwed into the plate (Japanese Patent Laid-Open No. 2000-145214 or the like) or a shaft is protruded from one plate and a cylinder is attached to the other plate The structures (for example, Japanese Patent Application Laid-Open Nos. Hei 9-250258 and Hei 7-310465 described above) in which the shaft and the cylinder are pressed into each other to prevent the shaft and the cylinder from being pressed (friction stop) are mainly used.
[0004]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
There are various thicknesses of the board to be attached.
Therefore, as for the set plate, it is necessary to prepare a plurality of sets with different screw lengths if screws are used as the connection structure of the plates, and a press-fit structure using a shaft and a cylinder Then, it is necessary to prepare a plurality of sets having different lengths of shafts and cylinders.
Therefore, the production, distribution, management, sales, and the like become complicated, resulting in high cost in every sense.
[0005]
Further, when the mounting board is made of wood, an error of about ± 1 mm occurs in the thickness dimension of the mounting board, and in addition, expansion and contraction in the thickness direction occur due to the influence of temperature and humidity.
On the other hand, since the plates are connected to each other in a state where there is no play even if any of the above-described structures is adopted, the expansion of the mounting board in the thickness direction over time occurs. When shrinkage occurs, play may occur in the mounting state of the plate with respect to the mounting board, or small cracks may occur, for example, around the screw tightening position.
[0006]
Furthermore, if screws are used as the coupling structure between the plates, it may be troublesome to tighten the screws, and if the press-fit structure using the shaft and cylinder is adopted, Since the provided shaft and the insertion hole for the cylinder must have a hole diameter that exactly matches the outer diameter of the cylinder, high-precision processing of the board to be mounted is required, which may also be troublesome.
That is, it is troublesome to attach the plate to the board to be attached, and this also leads to an increase in cost.
[0007]
The present invention has been made in view of the above circumstances, and has been made to reduce cost and the like as having a certain degree of versatility with respect to the thickness dimension of a board to be mounted. It is an object of the present invention to provide a mounting apparatus for a set plate which can follow expansion and contraction in the direction, particularly, to extend the life of the plate, and to facilitate the mounting on a board to be mounted.
[0008]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
In order to achieve the above object, the present invention has taken the following measures.
That is, the apparatus for mounting a set plate according to the present invention is for mounting a pair of plates in a symmetrical arrangement with a mounting board interposed therebetween, and a male member provided on one plate and the male member provided on the other plate. A female member provided to face the member.
The male member and the female member are engaged with each other in such a manner that at least one of the male member and the female member is pushed in the mutually approaching direction so that the male member and the female member cannot be separated from each other. By doing so, the engagement can be released and separated.
[0009]
With such a configuration, the plate having the male member and the plate having the female member can be engaged with each other simply by causing the plate having the female member to be opposed to and approaching the male member and the female member. Therefore, they can be easily combined with each other.
Therefore, both plates can be attached to the mounting board having a through-hole at a portion where the male member and the female member are joined by simply pressing the plate against the mounting board from both the front and back sides. is there.
When it is necessary to remove the plate from the board to be attached (need to release the connection between the two plates), if at least one of the male member and the female member is rotated by, for example, about 90 °, these male members are turned off. Since the coupling state between the female member and the female member is released, it is extremely easy to remove the plate from the mounting board.
[0010]
The male member has a main body shaft protruding toward the female member, and a pair of outer claws protruding from the protruding end of the main body shaft in a direction orthogonal to the axis thereof in opposite directions. Is preferred.
On the other hand, the female member is opposed to the main body shaft portion that protrudes in a bifurcated state toward the male member in a direction in which the protruding end portion of the main body shaft portion engages with each outer claw portion of the male member in a hugging manner. It is preferable to have a pair of inner claws projecting out.
In addition, one of the male member or the female member is detachably attached to the corresponding plate so as to be replaceable with another male member or a female member having a different projection length. It can be easily replaced with a male member or a female member, and the width of separation between the pair of plates can be adjusted according to the thickness of the board to be mounted. Sufficient versatility can be provided for the thickness dimension of the mounting board.
[0011]
In this case, an insertion shaft portion is provided on one base end side of the male member or the female member, and an engaging portion protruding in the outer peripheral direction from the insertion shaft portion is provided, and a corresponding plate is provided with the insertion shaft portion. Is provided, and the outer peripheral surface of the insertion hole is engaged with the insertion groove through which the engagement portion can be inserted, and the engagement portion is engaged with the insertion portion so that the insertion shaft portion cannot be removed from the insertion hole. And a locking portion to be provided,
The engaging portion is engaged with the locking portion by aligning the engaging portion with the insertion groove, inserting the insertion shaft portion into the insertion hole, and rotating one of the male member or the female member around the insertion shaft portion. It is preferable that, when stopped, one of the male member and the female member is detachably attached to a corresponding plate.
[0012]
The other of the male member or the female member is held so as to be able to advance and retreat toward the counterpart member, and the member to be advanced and retracted has a position where it can engage with the counterpart member via the mounting board. It is preferable to be urged by an elastic force in a direction including and away from it. As this elastic force applying means, a spring or a resin material can be used.
With this configuration, even if the attached board expands or contracts in the thickness direction, the coupling interval between the two plates flexibly follows the expansion and contraction.
[0013]
Therefore, no play or cracks occur in the mounting state of the plate with respect to the mounting board.
In addition, a certain degree of versatility can be provided for the thickness dimension of the mounting board.
Needless to say, the plate can be employed as a mounting seat for the door handle. In this case, the present invention can be applied to a sliding door device.
[0014]
BEST MODE FOR CARRYING OUT THE INVENTION
Hereinafter, embodiments of the present invention will be described with reference to the drawings.
1 to 21 show a first embodiment of an assembled plate mounting apparatus 1 according to the present invention.
As shown in FIGS. 1 and 2, the assembled plate mounting apparatus 1 according to the first embodiment mounts a door handle 3 for opening and closing on a board 2 to be mounted such as a door that swings and opens. It shows what is provided as a seat.
[0015]
The assembled plate mounting apparatus 1 includes a male member 7 provided on one plate 5 and a female member provided on the other plate 6 for a pair of plates 5 and 6 mounted in a symmetrical arrangement with the mounted board 2 interposed therebetween. And a member 8. As shown in FIG. 2, a cover 5a is fixedly fitted to the plate 5 and a cover 6a is fixedly fitted to the plate 6.
As shown in FIGS. 5 and 6, the male member 7 has a main body shaft portion 12 protruding toward the female member 8, and a projecting end of the main body shaft portion 12, which extends in a direction orthogonal to its axis, in opposite directions. And a pair of outer claw portions 13 to be protruded. Further, the distal end side in the axial direction further than these outer claws 13 is formed in a tapered shape.
[0016]
That is, when the male member 7 is viewed in a plan view (referred to as FIG. 5), its protruding end is in the state of a zipper tip, and when viewed from the protruding end side (right side in FIG. 5), the outer claw 13 An engagement step portion 14 having a concave shape is formed on the rear side (left side in FIG. 5), and a neck portion 15 is formed on the rear side (that is, the concave portion) of the engagement step portion 14.
When the male member 7 is viewed from the side (FIG. 6), neither the neck portion 15 nor the tapered tip appears as an outer contour, and both sides (the upper and lower surfaces in FIG. 6) of a substantial portion thereof are shown. It is straight.
[0017]
On the other hand, as shown in FIGS. 9 and 10, the female member 8 has a main body shaft portion 20 protruding in a bifurcated state toward the male member 7 and a pair of projecting ends of the main body shaft portion 20 facing each other. Of the main body shaft portion 20 and a rotating operation portion 22 provided at a base end portion of the main body shaft portion 20.
That is, when the female member 8 is viewed in a plan view (referred to as FIG. 9), each inner claw portion 21 has a inverted claw shape, and the inner claw portion 13 has a deeper side when viewed from its protruding end side (FIG. 9 (right side in FIG. 9), an engaging step 23 with a concave shape is formed.
[0018]
Of course, between the two inner claws 21 (the crotch) penetrates in the vertical direction, and both side surfaces of the female member 8 are straight.
The opposing interval of the portion where the inner claw portion 21 is formed is formed to be equal to or less than the thickness of the neck portion 15 of the male member 7, and these inner claw portions 21 expand and contract the opposing interval. A slight elastic deformation is possible in the direction of the movement.
The axial depth of the female member 8 from the tip end to the crotch is such that when the male member 7 is inserted into the crotch portion, the engaging step 14 of the male member 7 and the engaging step 23 of the female member 8 And the size of the male member 7 can be accommodated on the protruding end side thereof.
[0019]
For this reason, when the male member 7 and the female member 8 are pushed in the mutually approaching direction while making their axial directions coincide with each other, each outer claw portion 13 of the male member 7 comes into contact with both inner claw portions 21 of the female member 8. The inner claw 21 of the female member 8 is returned to the original position at the position where the engaging step 14 of the male member 7 and the engaging step 23 of the female member 8 coincide with each other. As a result, the inner claws 21 on both sides can be engaged in such a manner as to embrace the outer claws 13 on both sides (see FIG. 2).
Once the engagement state is established, the male member 7 and the female member 8 are engaged in an irreversible state even if the male member 7 and the female member 8 are separated from each other along their axial directions.
[0020]
In the female member 8, a fitting groove 26 for fitting a retaining ring 25 (shown only in FIG. 2) is provided in the main body shaft portion 20, and at least the rotating operation portion 22 is closer to the rotation operating portion 22 than the fitting groove 26. Is formed to have a circular cross-section as a rotation support portion 30 for allowing rotation while penetrating the mounting hole 28 provided in the plate 6.
That is, the female member 8 is rotatable with respect to the plate 6.
The retaining ring 25 fitted in the fitting groove 26 acts as a retaining ring for preventing the female member 8 from coming out of the mounting hole 28.
[0021]
The present invention is not limited to the retaining ring 25.
The turning operation part 22 is formed to be slightly larger in diameter than the turning support part 30 of the main body shaft part 20, and a rear end face (right end face in FIGS. 9 and 10) of the turning operation part 22 has A groove-shaped tool engaging recess 31 that passes through in the radial direction is formed.
The tool engaging recess 31 allows insertion of a tool (not shown) such as a flathead screwdriver, and can be easily operated by the tool when the female member 8 rotates.
[0022]
The tool engaging recess 31 may be a cross-shaped recess, a hexagonal or quadrangular recess, or a hexagonal or quadrangular convex portion to specify a tool that fits them. However, if it is a groove type as shown, the female member 8 can be rotated using a coin or the like, which is a preferable example.
As is clear from the above, when only the female member 8 is rotated by 90 ° from the state where the female member 8 is engaged with the male member 7 (see FIG. 2), the inner claw portion 21 And makes a quarter turn around the neck 15 of the male member 7 to abut the straight outer surface of the male member 7.
[0023]
As a result, the engagement is released, and the male member 7 and the female member 8 are in a state in which there is no portion engaged in the axial direction. Can be done.
As shown in FIGS. 11 to 14, in the first embodiment, the male member 7 is formed separately from the plate 5 and is detachably attached thereto.
The plate 5 having the male member 7 has a first escape hole 42 through which the handle base 40 and the handle shaft 41 of the door handle 3 pass (see FIG. 1), and a lock shaft of the door lock device (both not shown). And a second escape hole 43 through which the air flows.
[0024]
Further, a fitting protrusion 45 is provided for fitting into a fitting hole 44 provided in the mounted board 2 in order to cause a rotation preventing action and a positioning action on the mounted board 2.
As shown in FIGS. 16 to 19, the female member 8 is separate from the plate 6. Therefore, the plate 6 is provided with a mounting hole 28 for mounting the female member 8.
The mounting hole 28 is provided with a large-diameter hole portion 50 that rotatably holds the rotating operation portion 22 of the female member 8 in a state in which the rotating operation portion 22 is rotatably accommodated, It is a stepped hole having a small-diameter hole portion 51 for holding the rotation support portion 30 so as to be rotatable and axially movable.
[0025]
The large-diameter hole portion 50 also accommodates a spring 52 (shown only in FIG. 2) such as a coil spring externally inserted into the rotation support portion 30 of the female member 8, and this spring 52 can only expand and contract in the axial direction. Includes depth dimension.
For this reason, the female member 8 can move forward and backward toward the male member 7 and is biased by the spring 52 toward the direction away from the male member 7 unless the male member 7 is engaged. Will be.
The plate 6 including the female member 8 is also provided with a first escape hole 55 through which the handle base 40 and the handle shaft 41 of the door handle 3 pass (see FIG. 1), and a lock shaft of the door lock device (both not shown). 2), and a fitting projection 57 fitted into the fitting hole 44 of the board 2 to be mounted.
[0026]
Of course, the two members 5 and 6 are mounted symmetrically with the mounting board 2 interposed therebetween, and the male member 7 and the female member 8 are positioned so as to face each other.
The mounting board 2 to be mounted with the assembled plate mounting apparatus 1 has a through hole 60 corresponding to a joint between the male member 7 and the female member 8, and first clearance holes 42 and 55 of both plates 5 and 6. The first hole 61 (through which the handle base 40 and the handle shaft 41 of the door handle 3 pass) and the second escape hole 62 (the lock of the door lock device) corresponding to the second holes 43 and 56 of both plates 5 and 6. A hole through which the shaft is inserted) and a fitting hole 44 that allows the fitting projection 57 of both plates 5 and 6 to be fitted therein are provided. ) Is incorporated.
[0027]
The male member 7 is detachably attached to the corresponding plate 5 so as to be replaceable with another male member 7 having a different protruding length as shown in FIG. 20 or FIG.
That is, as shown in FIGS. 2 to 8, an insertion shaft portion 71 is provided on the base end side of the male member 7, and an engagement portion 72 protruding in the outer peripheral direction from the insertion shaft portion 71 is provided. A pair of the parts 72 is arranged corresponding to the radial direction of the insertion shaft 71. An engagement projection 73 for preventing rotation is provided on each of the pair of engagement portions 72 so as to project radially outward.
As shown in FIGS. 2, 11, 13 and 15, the plate 5 is provided with an insertion hole 75 into which the insertion shaft portion 71 is inserted. An insertion groove 76 through which the 72 can be inserted and a locking portion 77 for locking the engaging portion 72 are provided. A pair of insertion grooves 76 are arranged radially outward of the insertion hole 75 so as to communicate with the insertion hole 75. A pair of locking portions 77 are arranged between the pair of insertion grooves 76, and a pair of locking grooves 79 are provided on the surface side of the locking portion 77 of the plate 5, and each locking groove 79 communicates with the insertion groove 76. The engagement portion 72 is fitted into the engagement groove 79 from the insertion groove 76, so that the insertion shaft portion 71 cannot be removed from the insertion hole 75 to the back side of the plate 5 and cannot be removed. 77 is designed to lock the engaging portion 72 on the front surface side of the plate 5.
[0028]
Therefore, the engaging portion 72 is aligned with the insertion groove 76, the insertion shaft portion 71 is inserted into the insertion hole 75, and the male member 7 is turned 90 degrees around the insertion shaft portion 71 to engage the engagement portion 72. The engaging portion 72 can be engaged with the engaging portion 77 by being fitted into the stop groove 79, so that the male member 7 is detachably attached to the corresponding plate 5. Have been. In each of the pair of locking grooves 79, a locking concave portion 78 corresponding to the engaging convex portion 73 is formed so as to be immersed radially outward.
In addition, the assembled plate mounting apparatus according to the present embodiment is provided with another male member 7 shown in FIG. 20 or 21 in addition to the male member 7 shown in FIGS. The male member 7 shown in FIG. 20 or FIG. 21 is different from the male member 7 shown in FIGS. Accordingly, the male member 7 shown in FIGS. 5 to 8, the male member 7 shown in FIG. 20, and the male member 7 shown in FIG. 21 have different projecting lengths (increase in order).
[0029]
As is clear from the above description, in the assembled plate mounting apparatus 1 according to the present invention, the plate 5 having the male member 7 and the plate 6 having the female member 8 are connected to the mounting board 2. The male member 7 and the female member 8 can be connected to each other only by being pushed in the mutually approaching direction while being sandwiched at the center, and, of course, the mounting and fixing to the mounting board 2 are also completed. You can do it.
If it becomes necessary to remove the plates 5 and 6 from the board 2 to be mounted, simply insert a tool such as a flathead screwdriver, a coin, or the like into the rotating operation unit 31 of the female member 8 and rotate the female member 8. Thus, the engagement between the male member 7 and the female member 8 can be released and separated.
[0030]
That is, the plates 5 and 6 can be removed from the board 2 to be attached.
Further, even if the attached board 2 expands or contracts in the thickness direction due to aging, since the female member 8 is urged in the axial direction by the spring 52, the male member 7 and the female member 8 No excessive force or rattling occurs in the engaged state.
Therefore, no rattling or cracks occur in the mounting state of each of the plates 5 and 6 to the mounting board 2.
[0031]
In order to attach the male member 7 to the plate 5, as shown by a chain line in FIGS. 3 and 4, the engaging portion 72 of the male member 7 is aligned with the insertion groove 76 of the plate 5, and the insertion shaft of the male member 7 is inserted. The portion 71 is inserted into the insertion hole 75 from the back side of the plate 5, and thereafter, as shown in FIGS. 3 and 4, the male member 7 is turned around the insertion shaft portion 71 by 90 degrees in the direction a, The engaging portion 72 fits into the locking groove 79 and engages with the locking portion 77 from the front surface side of the plate 5. And the male member 7 is prevented from rotating with respect to the plate 5, whereby the male member 7 can be easily and securely attached to the corresponding plate 5.
[0032]
In order to remove the male member 7 from the plate 5, the male member 7 is rotated 90 degrees in the direction b around the insertion shaft 71 from the state shown by the solid line in FIGS. The male member 7 is pulled toward the back side of the plate 5 by aligning the engaging portion 72 with the insertion groove 76 of the plate 5 as shown by a chain line in FIGS. 3 and 4, and inserting the insertion shaft portion 71 of the male member 7 into the insertion hole. The male member 7 can be easily removed from the plate 5 by pulling the male member 7 from the back side of the plate 5.
Therefore, the plate 5 can be easily replaced with another male member 7 having a different protruding length, and the separation width of the pair of plates 5 and 6 can be adjusted according to the thickness of the mounting board 2. Since it is possible, it is possible to give the assembled plate sufficient versatility to the thickness dimension of the mounting board 2.
[0033]
FIG. 22 shows a second embodiment of the assembled plate mounting apparatus 1 according to the present invention.
The difference between the second embodiment and the first embodiment is that the female member 8 is detachably attached to the plate 5, whereas the male member 7 is rotatable with respect to the plate 6. And that the spring 52 biases the spring in the axial direction.
Along with this, at the base end of the male member 7, there is provided a turning operation part 22 which is slightly larger in diameter than the main body shaft part 12. Further, an insertion shaft portion 71 is provided on the base end side of the female member 8, and an engaging portion 72 protruding in the outer peripheral direction from the insertion shaft portion 71 is provided. Are arranged correspondingly. On each of the pair of engagement portions 72, an engagement projection 73 for preventing rotation is provided to protrude radially outward.
[0034]
Further, in addition to the female member 8 shown in FIG. 22, the assembled plate mounting device in the present embodiment is provided with other female members 8 not shown whose projection lengths are different from each other.
By the way, the present invention is not limited to the above-described embodiments, and can be appropriately changed according to the embodiments.
For example, the material of the male member 7 and the female member 8 is not limited at all, and may be made of resin or metal.
[0035]
Further, the male member 7 may be provided on both upper and lower sides of the plate 5, and the female member 8 may be provided on both upper and lower sides of the plate 6.
The mounting board 2 is not limited at all in terms of its structure, size, material, use, and the like. Therefore, whether or not the attached board 2 is a door is not limited.
Further, in the above embodiment, the cover 5a is externally fixed to the plate 5 and the cover 6a is externally fixed to the plate 6, but these covers 5a and 6a may be omitted.
[0036]
【The invention's effect】
As is apparent from the above description, in the assembled plate mounting apparatus according to the present invention, the male member provided on one plate and the female member provided on the other plate can be engaged with each other only by pushing in the mutually approaching direction. Further, since the above-mentioned engagement can be released and separated by simply rotating one of the members from the engaged state, the attachment / detachment to / from the mounting board can be performed extremely easily and quickly.
Also, if at least one of the members is biased in a direction away from the counterpart member, even if the mounted board expands or contracts in the thickness direction, it can flexibly follow the expansion or contraction, and there is play in the mounting state of the plate. And no cracks occur.
[0037]
Further, versatility can be given to the thickness dimension of the mounting board.
