V(A1)a=Va+Vbe(79)−Vbe(72)となる。
【0037】
V(B1)a=Ve(75)=Vb+Vbe(82)−Vbe(75)
Vbe(82)=Vbe(75)となり、上式はV(B1)a=Ve(75)=Vbとなる(下図のt1期間)。
【0038】
Ve(74)=Ve(75)=Vbであり、
Ve(56)=Vc+Vbe(84)−Vbe(56)=Vcとなり、
Io=Vc/R58(R58は第3の抵抗58の抵抗値)
V(B1)a=Ve(75)=Vb+Vbe(82)−Vbe(75)
Vbe(82)=Vbe(75)
I(R58)=(Vb−Vbe(57))/R58となる。
【0058】
Vb=2.3V、Vc=1VとVbe(56)=Vbe(57)=Vbe(84)=0.7Vとすると放電電流Io´は
Io´=Vcx(1/R59+1/R58)=2.2mAとなる。
【0063】
Ic(10)=(Vcc−Vbe(9))/R8となる。
【0071】
Ich=Ic(10)−Ic(51)
=(Vcc−Vbe(9))/R8−(Vc−Vbe(51))/R52
=Vcc/R8−Vc/R52−Vbe(9)/R8+Vbe(51)/R52
ここで、Vbe(9)=Vbe(51)、R8=R52とすると上記Ichは
Ich=Vcc/R8−Vc/R52となり、温度による変化が無くなる。
【0073】
V(CF1)>V(A1)aとなる(図7(c))。
【0079】

The oscillation waveform is obtained by controlling the charging current and the discharging current alternately through the

In FIG. 4, in the oscillator, during the charging period t1 of the
V (B1) a = Ve (75) = Vb + Vbe (82) -Vbe (75)
If Vbe (82) = Vbe (75), the above equation is
