本発明は、引戸装置に関し、詳しくは一方の扉を他方の扉に収納可能に構成した2重の引戸装置の改良に関するものである。

【従来の技術】
従来の前方の前扉を後方の後扉内に収納可能に構成した2重の引戸装置は、戸袋の幅を縮小し、引戸装置全体の小型化を計ることを目的として、図16に示すような、引戸を前後に区分し、前扉は後方の扉内に収納可能とした壁収納型引戸装置を挙げることができる(特許文献1参照)。

図において壁収納型引戸装置50は、引戸枠部材51と、該枠部材51の一側に形成された戸袋52内に収納される引戸53とより構成される。引戸53は、閉じ側の前扉53aと、収納側の後扉53bとより構成される。また引戸枠部材51の上枠51a内には引戸走行用レール54を収納する。このレール54は周知の如く、引戸53が自重により閉塞位置に移行する如く、若干傾斜して取り付けられる。

なお、後扉53bは、前扉53aを収納すべく前側を開口した構造とし、かつ上方内部には前扉支持用レール55を取り付ける。前扉53aは対をなす前後の吊り車56a、56bの内、前部吊り車56aは引戸走行用レール54に、また後部吊り車56bは上記前扉支持用レール55に支持せしめる。ただし後扉53bの吊り車57は、前後共、引戸走行用レール54に支持せしめる。

【発明の実施の形態】
以下、本発明の実施の形態を図に示す実施例に基づいて説明する。図1乃至図3は第1実施例を示すもので、引戸装置1は出入口に配置された引戸2と、該引戸取付枠3とを備える。引戸収納枠3は一側の戸袋4を形成し、該戸袋4は周知の引戸収納壁内に挿入される。

また第3の発明によるときは、前後の戸車によって支持される前扉の上面と後扉前方の間を滑走部材を介して摺動可能に後扉を取り付けるから両扉の組立が簡便に行うことができ、滑走部材として滑走体を前扉上面に取り付けるときは後扉に前方の戸車を取り付ける必要がない。
更に第の発明によるときは、前扉の後部戸車を後部扉の側面に設けた切欠部を介して嵌合するから後扉の戸車も組立前から取り付けた状態で組み込むことが可能となる等の効果を有する。
