Claims (8)
- 燃料タンク(16)から燃料を吸い込む高圧ポンプ(14)と、ターボ機械の燃焼室内に燃料を噴射するための複数の燃料噴射器(20)との間に取り付けられるターボ機械の燃料計量ユニット(32)であって、該燃料計量ユニット(32)が、
圧力P1で調整弁(34)から噴射用の燃料を受ける入口、及び止め弁(26)を介して圧力P2で前記複数の噴射器へ燃料を送る出口を有する計量器(22)を具備し、
前記調整弁が、前記計量器の端子から直接的に得られる圧力P1及びP2からの駆動によって、シース(38)内で移動可能である流体圧スライド(36)を有し、圧力P1及びP2が、前記流体圧スライドのそれぞれの断面積S1及びS2によって前記調整弁の二つの端部入口(36A、36B)に作用し、
前記流体圧スライドが、前記高圧ポンプの出口に接続された前記シースの第1の供給入口(44)を、前記高圧ポンプの入口に接続された前記シースの供給出口(48)へ連通させることにより、燃料が前記高圧ポンプへ再循環できるようにする第1の環状ネック(40)を有し、
前記流体圧スライドが、前記計量器の前記入口に接続された前記シースの第2の供給入口(52)を、前記高圧ポンプの前記入口に接続された前記シースの補助供給出口(50)へ連通させることにより、前記高圧ポンプへの別の再循環路を提供する第2の環状ネック(42)を更に有することを特徴とする、燃料計量ユニット(32)。 - 前記第2の供給入口が、固定ダイヤフラム(54)を介して前記計量器の前記入口に接続されていることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の燃料計量ユニット。
- 前記固定ダイヤフラムが、前記シースを貫通するか、又は、前記調整弁の外側に作られたオリフィスを有することを特徴とする、請求項2に記載の燃料計量ユニット。
- 前記補助供給出口が、可変ダイヤフラムを介して前記高圧ポンプの前記入口に接続されていることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の燃料計量ユニット。
- 前記可変ダイヤフラムが、前記シースの周りに等間隔で分布した同一形状の複数のオリフィス(60、62、64)を含み、前記オリフィスが、前記シースを貫通し、前記調整弁の移動方向に相互にオフセットを付けられていることを特徴とする、請求項4に記載の燃料計量ユニット。
- 前記オリフィスが、円形、四角形、三角形、及び、長円形の断面のうちから選択された断面で構成されていることを特徴とする、請求項5に記載の燃料計量ユニット。
- 前記オリフィスは電気腐食により作られることを特徴とする、請求項6に記載の燃料計量ユニット。
- 請求項1から7のいずれか一項に記載の燃料計量ユニット用の調整弁。
