BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
The present invention belongs to the technical field of a control device for an electric shutter device for building provided in an opening or the like of a building.
[0002]
[Prior art]
In general, in this type of electric shutter device, a shutter curtain is provided at the opening of a building, the shutter curtain is interlocked with an opening / closing device, and the opening / closing of the opening / closing device is controlled by a control device. What is known to do is known. In such a case, when the shutter curtain comes into contact with an obstacle, when the shutter curtain closes and comes into contact with the floor surface, or when the shutter curtain is opened and the seat plate is attached to the upper lintel etc. At the time of contact, a load is generated in the switch because a force in the direction opposite to the drive direction of the switch is applied. Therefore, by detecting the load, it is configured to detect an obstacle, or to detect whether the shutter curtain is fully open or fully closed, and based on this, control is performed to stop driving of the switch, and an upper limit and a lower limit are set. The thing which made the means (for example, limit switch etc.) for detecting unnecessary is proposed. In this case, there is a switch that detects a change in load current as load detection of the switch, and the load current detection means is provided in the switch, while an emergency stop means is provided in the control device, and the load current detection means is provided. When it is determined that the current value detected by is greater than a preset current value (reference load value), the shutter curtain opening / closing operation is controlled to be stopped urgently.
On the other hand, a mode switching means is provided in the control device, and an automatic control mode for automatically controlling the opening and closing of the switch based on a one-touch operation of an operation tool such as a pushbutton switch, and a push-off operation of the operation tool. Switch to the manual control mode that performs manual drive control of the switch, when strong wind blows on the shutter curtain and the load on the switch increases, and malfunctions are likely to occur. In some cases, the shutter curtain can be forcibly opened and closed by switching to the manual control mode.
[0003]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
However, in the above-described conventional device, when the manual control mode is switched, even if the load on the switch is detected, it is ignored, and the switch is driven in a state where the emergency stop means does not function, and the shutter curtain is opened and closed. Like to do. For this reason, in the state switched to the manual control mode, the shutter curtain is forcibly opened / closed by continuing to operate the operation tool, and the strength of various members such as the gear strength of the switch and the strength of the guide rail is increased. It is assumed that the shutter operation exceeds the limit, and in this case, there is a problem that various members may be damaged, and there is a problem to be solved by the present invention. Furthermore, in the case of detecting fully open and fully closed by load detection in this way, the upper and lower limit detection means are not provided, so the shutter curtain opening / closing operation is performed while operating the operation tool in the manual control mode. In such a case, it is necessary for the operator to check whether the shutter curtain is fully open or fully closed. If the operator is looking away, problems such as excessive unwinding or excessive winding of the shutter curtain may occur. There was a problem, and there was also a problem to be solved by the present invention.
