本発明は、複数の食材の混合装置、例えば、炊飯に食酢を混合させて酢飯を作る際に用いられる食材混合装置に関する。

従来、2種以上の食材の混合を行なう回転式混合装置としては、例えば特公平5−9053号公報に開示されたものが知られている。

この公報開示の回転式混合装置は、回転軸心が水平方向となるよう回転せしめられる回転容器を設け、該回転容器の内部に、複数本の撹拌バーを所定の間隔を置いて回転軸心と略平行となるように並設した撹拌部材を一対、所定の間隔を置いて対向配置し、一方、回転容器正面の送風兼排風穴の中央に、送風パイプの先端を臨ませるとともに、該送風パイプを、前記回転容器の送風兼排風穴に対して位置調整自在に構成したことを特徴とするものである。

【発明が解決しようとする課題】
ところで、上記の回転式混合装置では、回転容器内部の撹拌部材における各撹拌バーは、それら軸心が互いに直線状に並列配置されているものであるから、回転混合中における各撹拌バーに対する炊飯の引っ掛かりが少なく、スリップする炊飯が多くなり、従って、炊飯粒の固まりが多く残存する等、撹拌効率が悪い等の問題があった。

本発明は、上記した従来の技術の有するこのような問題点に鑑みなされたもので、各撹拌バーを段差状に設けることによって各撹拌バーに対する炊飯の引っ掛かりを多くし、回転混合中に炊飯を満遍なく撹拌できるようにした、極めて撹拌効率の良い食材混合装置を提供することを目的とする。

【課題を解決するための手段】
上記目的を達成するために、本発明に係わる食材混合装置は、回転軸芯が水平となるよう回転せしめられる回転容器を設け、該回転容器内部に、複数本の撹拌バーを所定の間隔を置いて回転軸芯と略平行となるように並設した撹拌部材を一対、連結部材にて所定の間隔を保持しつゝ対向配置してなる撹拌具を備えた食材混合装置であって、前記各撹拌部材における各撹拌バーを内外側方向へ互い違いに突出するよう形成することで各撹拌バー間に酢飯等の食材の粉砕用段差を設けてなることを特徴とする。

【発明の実施の形態】
以下、本発明の実施の形態について図面を参照にして説明する。

支持フレーム3、4はともに縦長箱状に形成され、片方の支持フレーム3には回転容器5の回転駆動機構9としてのモータ9aが内蔵配置され、このモータ9aの出力軸9bに固設されたスプロケット11と後述する回転容器5の回転筒体に固設されたスプロケット12との間にチェン13を介して連動連結することで回転容器5はその回転軸線が水平となるように所定の方向へ回転するようになっている。

撹拌具6は、左右側の寸法を前記回転容器5の左右幅よりやゝ小さ目に、上下側の寸法を前記回転容器5の上下幅より相当の間隙が設けられるように形成した縦長矩形状の外フレーム16aと、該外フレーム16aの内側へ所定の間隔を置いて回転容器5の回転軸芯と略平行となるよう並設した複数本(本例では7本)の撹拌バー16b・・・、16c・・・とからなる撹拌部材16を一対、外フレーム16a,16aの左右両端やゝ上方寄りに所定の間隔を置いて架設した各2本の連結部材としてのバー17、18にて所定の狭幅間隔を置いて平行に対向配置して形成される。
なお、前記連結部材としてのバー17には、その外側に前記回転容器5中央部に位置する基板5aの上面に載置され上蓋5bにて挾持されるよう係止板19が各突設されている。

そして、前記各撹拌部材16における各撹拌バー16b・・・、16c・・・は図2以下に示す如く、外フレーム5aを基点としてその内外側方向へ互い違いに突出するよう形成してある。つまり、撹拌バー16b・・・は図2に示した如く、間隔mを置いて外フレーム5aの内側に突出され、他方の撹拌バー16c・・・は間隔nを置いて外フレーム5aの外側に突出され、これにより、各撹拌バー16b・・・、16c・・・間に酢飯等の食材aの粉砕用段差20が各設けられる。

本発明は、以上のとおり構成されるものであるから、酢飯等の食材を多数本の撹拌バーにて撹拌・混合するのに際して、多数の段差に突き当って粉砕されるため粉砕率が向上し、極めて優れた撹拌効率を発揮するものである。
