本発明は、物品を包装する包装容器に関するものであり、特に菓子類の包装に適した包装容器に関するものである。

【従来の技術】
従来、物品を傾斜させて包装する菓子類の包装容器は、図5 に示す構成のものが知られている。即ち、ビニールよりなる底シート20上にトレー21に並べた菓子類(物品K )をトレー21ごと透明な樹脂パック22で密閉した構成である。トレー21の底には鋸刃状の物品保持部23が形成され、物品K はこのトレー21の物品保持部23に持たせ掛けて斜めに寝せた状態に並べられていて、脱酸素剤等はトレー21と底シート20との間に収納されている。物品K の斜めの姿勢は、トレー21の物品保持部23の背もたれ状の傾斜面24により保持され、物品K の移動も規制されて物品K の保護が図られている。

【発明が解決しようとする課題】
上記のような従来の包装容器において、トレー21を使うものは包装作業にトレー21を扱わねばならず、包装作業が面倒であり、トレー21は平板でなく凹凸形態のため嵩張り保管も面倒である。また、実開昭62−78681 号公報に示されているものでは、トレーは要しないが、蓋体33にも凹凸があり見映えが良くない問題点がある。また、トレーを使用する包装においては過剰包装的な間題があった。

そこで、本発明は、上記した従来の問題点を解消するためになされたもので、その課題は、少ない包装材で見映えよく物品を斜めの状態に安定よく包装できる包装容器を得ることであり、構成の簡素化や包装作業の簡易化により包装コストの低減を推進することにある。

前記課題を達成するために請求項1の発明は、底面構造上に複数個の物品を将棋倒し状に斜めに寝せて配列しパック材で覆う包装形態を採る包装容器であって、その底面構造を平面状に構成し、前記パック材を、上面と四方の側面とで囲まれた、下部の開放した略六面体の中空体に構成し、パック材に対して前記物品の配列端に置かれるものを斜めの状態に保持する保持構造を、前記パック材に一体に形成してあり、前記保持構造は、前記物品の配列端に臨む前記側面の一部を局部的に凹ませ内側に凸状に突出させた構造となっている

【発明の実施の形態】
次に本発明の実施の形態を図面に基づいて説明する。
図1 〜図4 によって示す本実施の形態は、某子類など軽量な物品1 を見映えよく斜めに寝せて配列させた状態に包装する包装容器に関するものである。この包装容器は、ビニール等の樹脂よりなる平面態の方形の底シート2 と、この底シート2 を覆う透視性のある容器形状の樹脂パック3 とにより構成されている。

樹脂パック3 は下部の開放した略六面体の中空体に構成され、開放口縁には外向きに張り出すフランジ4 が形成されている。樹脂パック3 の投影平面形状は、底シート2 の平面形状とほぼ同じとなっている。樹脂パック3 の容器部分は物品1 を斜めにして収め得る高さの上面5 と、四面の周側面6 , 7とからなり、この実施の形態では物品1 を図4 に示すように傾けて将棋倒し状態に一列に並べる配列形態を採るものであるため、物品1 の配列方向に向く二面の周側面6 は広い面積に形成され、他の二面は妻面7 として物品1 が収まり得る幅の小さい面積に形成されている。従って、物品1 を二列や三列に配列する形態を採る場合には、妻面7 の面積はそれに応じて変えることになる。

樹脂パック3 の上面の一方の妻面7 側は、図1 ,図4 に示すように斜めにする物品1 の傾斜に沿うような傾斜面又は円孤面8 に形成されている。そしてその上面5 には斜めに寝せた物品1 の上端近傍にあって物品1 の斜め方向への移動を規制する移動防止構造9 が並んで一体に形成されている。移動防止構造9 は図2 ,図4 に示すように上面5 の一部を局部的に凹ませ内側に凸状に突出させた構成である。樹脂パック3 の他方の妻面7 には、配列端の物品1 を斜めの状態に保持する保持構造10が一体に形成されている。この保持構造10も、移動防止構造9 と同様に妻面7 の中央の一部を局部的に凹ませ内側に凸状に突出させた構成である。この保持構造10は、三角形や台形に構成され、上部に物品1 の斜めの角度にほぼ対応した斜面11(図4 参照。)を備えている。

この包装容器は、樹脂パック3 を逆さに置き、その中に物品1 を斜めに並べた後、底面となる底シート2 を重ね、底シート2 の周囲を熱融着して密閉することにより物品1 を包装形態にするものである。この包装の形態によれば、作業性もよい。樹脂パック3 に物品1 を並べる際、配列端の物品1 の下部を保持構造10の斜面11に持たせかける。これにより、各物品1 はもたれ合って傾斜した状態に配列する。この物品1 の状態は保持構造10により安定に保持され、また、反対側への倒れ込みは物品1 の傾斜に沿うような上面5 の傾斜面又は円孤面8 により規制される。この意味では上面5 の傾斜面又は円弧面8 は、保持構造10の機能を補完する構造でありこれも又、保持構造ともいえるものである。脱酸素剤12は、物品1 の下側の底シート2 上に収める(図4 参照)。包装形態の物品1 の斜め方向の移動は移動防止構造9 によって規制され、安定した状態に維持され、輸送や取扱い時の衝撃から保護される。

包装状態での物品1 はトレーなどの妨害物がないので、周囲のいずれの位置からも見え、どの物品1 も均等に見える見映えの良い包装形態となる。物品1 を斜めに寝せた状態に保持するトレーや容器の底構造がないため、外観性の向上と製造コストの低減が推進できる。移動防止構造9 以外には凹凸がないので埃も払拭し易い。トレーを使用するものでは包装作業にトレーを扱わねばならないため、手間がかかり、また嵩張るトレーの保管場所も必要であるが、トレーを使わないこの包装容器では、こうしたことを解消することができる。そして、過剰包装を見直し包装材をできるだけ減らして、コストの低減を図り得る。

なお、樹脂パックの移動防止構造は1 列当たりの物品の数、保持構造は物品の列数に応じてその設置数を増減させることができる。

また、樹脂パック上面にはラベル等を貼付することが多く、上面にラベルを貼った場合には、上面の移動防止構造が隠れ、外見を損なわない。
