BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
The present invention relates to a ball-shaped tray, and in particular, a ball that can reduce the occurrence of voids between overlapped peripheral edges and can suppress the drying of stored food particles such as ball-shaped balls. It is about the tray.
[0002]
[Prior art]
Nigiri sushi is generally manufactured manually by craftsmen and provided to customers who come to the store. Recently, however, only sushi balls are manufactured in advance using automatic manufacturing equipment, etc., then transported to stores such as supermarkets and carousel sushi, and various ingredients are placed on the sushi balls in this store. Offering as is also done actively.
[0003]
By the way, a so-called ball tray is used to transport such ball. This ball is generally made of soft foamed polystyrene, and on one side of the ball, a plurality of food pockets formed slightly larger than the ball are arranged in a vertical and horizontal pattern. Yes.
[0004]
When the ball is transported, the ball is stored in each food pocket of one ball ball tray, the other ball ball tray is stacked face to face, and the ball is encapsulated. Then, the chatter ball trays are coupled to each other using rubber bands, staples (staplers), or the like so that the pair of chatter ball trays are not separated. According to such a ball tray, the ball is stored individually in each food pocket, so that the ball can be transported without being caught or deformed. is there. Further, for example, various food materials such as shumai can be stored and transported in the food pocket.
[0005]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
However, this ball tray does not only take time to join the ball trays using rubber bands, staples, etc., but it is also necessary to remove the rubber bands, staples, etc. in order to remove the ball. It was also inefficient because it took time and effort to open. Therefore, there is a problem that the working time is increased and the working cost is increased accordingly.
[0006]
In addition, since the chatter ball tray only overlaps the chatter ball trays facing each other, the peripheral portions do not adhere to each other, and a gap is generated between the opposing surfaces of the peripheral portions. For this reason, there has been a problem in that foods such as a ball used in the ball ball tray cannot be shielded from the outside air. That is, when the outside air circulates in the ball tray from the gap at the peripheral edge, moisture is taken away from the stored food balls such as ball balls, and as a result, the commercial value of the food is lowered.
[0007]
The present invention has been made in order to solve the above-described problems, and reduces the generation of voids between the overlapped peripheral portions, thereby suppressing the drying of stored food items such as balls. It aims to provide a ball tray that can be.

[0066]
[0067]
Claim1According to the chatter ball tray described, when the two chat ball trays (main body and lid) are stacked face to face, the protrusions and the engaging grooves provided along their peripheral edges are uneven. Engage. In this case, since the protrusion and the engaging groove are provided in a state that is continuous along the entire circumference while being along the peripheral edge, the free flow of air can be suppressed over the entire peripheral edge. There is an effect that it is possible to further prevent the drying of the ball of the ball stored in the ball of the ball.
[0068]
In addition, the two stacked ball trays (the main body and the cover) are coupled to each other by lightly engaging the protrusions and the engaging grooves so as to be coupled to each other without using rubber bands. There is an effect that the state can be maintained. Therefore, the work of combining the two ball trays and the work of opening the combined ball tray can be performed efficiently, so that the work time can be reduced, resulting in the work cost. Can be reduced.
[0069]
Furthermore, since the shabby ball tray is reinforced by the plate-like main body and the peripheral portion of the lid by the protrusions and the engaging grooves, there is an effect that deformation and breakage are reduced during handling and handling becomes easy. Here, as described above, one of the ridge or the engaging groove is provided in the peripheral portion of the main body and the lid in a state of being continuous over the entire circumference. Therefore, it is possible to prevent the deformation from concentrating on the portion where the protrusion or the engaging groove is not provided. Therefore, deformation and breakage of the ball tray can be further reduced during transportation.
[0070]
Also,On the side wall of the ridgepluralConcave and convex portions are formed, and the concave and convex portions of the protrusions are engaged with the engaging concave grooves.pluralAn uneven portion is formed on the side wall. Therefore, when the protrusions and the engaging grooves are engaged with each other, the protrusions and recesses are also engaged, and the protrusions and the engaging grooves are positioned not only in the width direction but also in the longitudinal direction. Therefore, there is an effect that the overall rigidity is increased when the ball trays are stacked face to face. Further, since the frictional resistance can be increased by the amount of engagement of the projections and recesses between the protrusions and the engaging grooves, the state where the protrusions and the engaging grooves are coupled is more firmly maintained. There is an effect that can be.
Furthermore, the projections and depressions of the protrusions and the engagement grooves are respectively projected or recessed at positions corresponding to all the flanges between the food pockets. Therefore, by effectively using the space, it is possible to secure a space for disposing the
[0071]
Claim2According to the stated ball tray, claims1In addition to the effect of the squirrel ball tray, the main body and the lid have vertical and horizontal reinforcing ribs formed in the flange between the food pockets, so that the rigidity of the main body and the lid can be improved. effective. Furthermore, since the vertical reinforcing ribs are formed in one row in several rows of the food pocket rows, the arrangement of the vertical reinforcing ribs can be made discontinuous in the oblique direction of the main body and the lid. Therefore, there is an effect that the rigidity in the oblique direction of the main body and the lid can be improved. Accordingly, it is possible to prevent the main body and the lid body from being bent in an oblique direction during transportation, and to prevent foodstuffs such as squirrel balls contained in the food pocket from falling out of the main body and the lid body.
[0072]
Claim3According to the stated ball tray, claims2In addition to the effect of the chatter ball tray described above, the horizontal reinforcing rib is formed in the flange portion between all the food pockets at a position crossing the substantially longitudinal center of the food pocket. While maintaining the discontinuity and suppressing the deflection of the main body and the lid, there is an effect that the food material such as the ball that is accommodated in the food pocket can be easily pinched and taken out.
