Description

【0001】

BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
The present invention is used when a mirror is attached to a wall surface such as a bathroom or a washroom, and relates to a fixture for fixing the upper end surface of the mirror.
[0002]
[Prior art]
Conventionally, mirror fixtures 1 and 2 as shown in FIG. 10 have been used to attach a mirror to a wall surface of a bathroom or the like. The figure (A) of the figure is a front view which shows the state which attached the mirror 3 to the wall surface, and the figure (B) and figure (C) show the latching tool 1 for fixing 3 A of upper end surfaces of the mirror 3. FIG. It is a front view and a side view. Moreover, the figure (D) and figure (E) of the figure are the front views and side views which show the latching tool 2 for fixing the lower end surface 3B of the mirror 3. FIG. The locking tool 1 has a recess 1A for covering the upper end surface 3A of the mirror 3, a locking piece 1B bent in a hook shape, and a long hole 4 such as a screw. On the other hand, the locking tool 2 has a recess 2A for supporting the lower end surface 3B of the mirror 3, a locking piece 2B bent into a hook shape, and a mounting hole 5 such as a screw.
[0003]
The locking tool 2 on the lower end surface side of the mirror 3 has a mounting hole 5 which is a round hole and is rigidly fixed to the wall surface. On the other hand, the locking tool 1 on the upper end surface side of the mirror 3 has a long mounting hole 4 such as a screw, and the screw or the like is screwed loosely so that the locking tool 1 does not rattle. The mirror 3 is attached to the wall surface in a state where the locking tool 1 is pulled upward, and from this state, the lower end surface 3B of the mirror 3 is fitted into the recess 2A of the locking tool 2, and the mirror 3 is mounted on the wall surface. Then, the locking tool 1 is pushed down, and the concave portion 1A is put on the upper end surface 3A of the mirror 3 so as to come into contact therewith. However, in the conventional mirror mounting structure, when the locking tool 1 is tightened too loosely, the locking tool 1 moves upward, the locking piece 1B comes off from the mirror 3, and the mirror falls off. There was a fear.
[0004]
Therefore, conventionally, as in the invention described in Japanese Patent No. 2955588 shown in FIG. 11, a locking tool 6 for locking the upper end surface 3 </ b> A of the mirror 3, and the locking tool 6 to the wall surface W. A technique is known in which the upper end surface 3A of the mirror 3 is locked by two members including a fixing tool 7 for fixing. In this prior application technique, the fixing tool 7 is formed in a box shape, a downward elastic tongue piece 8 is provided in the box, a rectangular window 9 is formed in the board portion 6A of the locking tool 6, and the board portion 6A is attached to the box. When inserted into the fixed fixture 7, the elastic tongue piece 8 is restored and fitted into the rectangular window 9 by self-elasticity so as to be locked (unplugged). Note that the locking tool 2 on the lower end surface 3B of the mirror 3 is substantially the same as that shown in FIG. 10 except that the elastic member 10 is provided.
[0005]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
However, in the prior application technique, if there is an error in the mounting dimension relationship between the lower end side locking tool 2 and the upper end side fixing tool 7, the mirror 3 may become loose or the mirror 3 may be attached. There was a drawback that it was impossible to do so, and it was necessary to tighten dimensional management in construction.
[0006]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
The present invention is obtained by improving and removing the above in view of the above-described problems, and does not provide a mirror locking tool that can fix the mirror to the rigid after absorbing the construction error and can be provided at low cost. It is what.
[0007]
Thus, the means of claim 1 employed by the present invention to solve the above problems includes a mirror locking tool for locking the mirror, and a fixture for attaching the mirror locking tool to the wall surface. made, the lens fastener includes a substrate portion of the portal mounted before Symbol fixture is disposed on the rear side of the mirror, the hook portion for engaging the upper end face of the extended mirror from the substrate portion A plurality of continuous engraving teeth for locking are provided on one side between the fixture and the substrate portion of the mirror locking tool, and the engraving teeth are provided on the other side. Ri Contact and locking piece is provided which meshes, between the support plate portion of the upper and lower support plate portion formed on the end surfaces of the outer fixture and the intermediate portion, it is formed in the substrate portion of the gate-shaped The mirror mounting tool is characterized in that the left and right gate-shaped legs are slid and fitted so as to be movable up and down .
In a state where the locking piece on one side between the fixture and the substrate part of the mirror locking tool meshes with the engraved tooth on the other side, the movement of the mirror locking tool is restricted, so that the mirror falls off. There is nothing to do. Further, the engagement between the engraved teeth and the locking pieces is provided with a large number of engraved teeth, so that even if there is a dimensional error in construction, it can be absorbed.
[0008]
The invention according to claim 2 of the present invention, the time設歯is provided on the inner end face or inner end face of one of both of the substrate portion of the gate-shaped, outer end surface or outer end surface of one of both of said fastener said locking piece is provided on the substrate portion of the gate-shaped are those locking protrusions for expanding the substrate portion on the left and right are formed on.
