Claims (12)
- 原油および天然ガスの混合物を油井から採取し、前記天然ガスから前記原油を分離し、分離した前記天然ガスを該天然ガス加圧用の第1の装置に移送し、分離した前記原油を前記原油汲み上げ用の第2の装置に移送し、原油汲み上げ用の該第2の装置を駆動し、化学物質の第1の量と前記混合物とを混合して移送し、加圧しおよび汲み上げる工程中において水化物層を最小限化し、前記第1および第2の装置を潤滑化するために前記化学物質の第2の量を前記第1および第2の装置に移動させる炭化水素採取方法。
- 前記化学物質の第2の量が、前記第1および第2の装置に設けられた潤滑化用入口を通して前記装置に移動する請求項1に記載の炭化水素採取方法。
- 前記化学物質が前記第1および第2の装置を潤滑化した後に、該第1および第2の装置に設けた潤滑化用出口から前記化学物質の第2の量を吐出し、吐出された化学物質を外部装置に移動する工程をさらに有する請求項1の炭化水素採取方法。
- 前記分離工程の前に、前記混合物から異物を分離する工程をさらに有する請求項1に記載の炭化水素採取方法。
- 前記化学物質はモノエチレン・グリコールである請求項1に記載の炭化水素採取方法。
- 前記第1または第2の装置はポンプおよび/またはコンプレッサである請求項1に記載の炭化水素採取方法。
- 前記化学物質の前記第1の量の一部が前記天然ガスとともに前記第1の装置に移送され、前記化学物質の第1の量の他の一部が前記原油とともに前記第2の装置に移送される請求項1に記載の炭化水素採取方法。
- 各装置を駆動するためにモータを各装置に結合させる工程、および、該モータを潤滑化するために該モータに前記化学物質の第3の量を移動させる工程を有する請求項1に記載の炭化水素採取方法。
- 原油および天然ガスの混合物を採取し前記天然ガスから前記原油を分離するめの分離機と、該天然ガス加圧用の第1の装置と、前記前記天然ガス加圧用の第1の装置に前記天然ガスを移送するために前記分離機を前記第1の装置に接続する流路と、前記原油を汲み上げ用の第2の装置と、前記原油汲み上げ用の第2の装置に前記原油を移送するために前記分離機を前記第2の装置に接続する流路と、化学物質の第1の量を前記混合物に導入して前記化学物質が前記原油および前記天然ガスとともに前記流路を通って前記第1の装置および第2の装置に各々移動して、前記流路および前記第1および第2の装置内における水化物層を最小限化する流路と、前記装置を潤滑化するために前記化学物質の第2の量を前記第1および第2の装置に移動する流路とを有する炭化水素採取システム。
- 前記第1の装置は、前記天然ガスおよび前記化学物質の混合物を受け入れるため第1の入口と、前記化学物質を受け入れるための第2の入口とを有し、前記第2の装置は、原油および前記化学物質の混合物を受け入れるための第1の入口と、前記化学物質を受け入れる第2の入口とを有する請求項9に記載の炭化水素採取システム。
- 前記化学物質が前記第1および第2の装置を潤滑化した後前記第1および第2の装置内に設けた出口から前記化学物質を吐出し、吐出した該化学物質を外部装置に移動するための流路をさらに有する請求項9に記載の炭化水素採取システム。
- 各装置を駆動するために各装置と結合したモータと、前記モータを潤滑化するために前記化学物質の第3の量を移動するための流路をさらに有する請求項9に記載の炭化水素採取システム。
