液状食品等の容器として、注出口を有する中栓体を壜体口筒にアンダーカット結合により組付け、この中栓体に外キャップを螺合組付けして構成したものが広く使用されている。

【発明が解決しようとする課題】
しかしながら、上記した従来の分別キャップ付き容器にあっては、中栓体に弱化線や肉薄部を設けたことにより、壜体口筒に対する中栓体の組付きが緩み易い傾向にあるため、外キャップを回転させた際に中栓体が共回りしてしまい、外キャップを螺脱開放することが円滑に達成できず、その分、取扱いが面倒となる、と云う問題があった。

そこで、本発明は、上記した従来技術における問題点を解消すべく創案されたもので、分別キャップ付き容器において、外キャップ回転時における中栓体の共回りを防止することを技術的課題とし、もって常に確実に外キャップを螺脱開放できるようにすることを目的とする。

【課題を解決するための手段】
上記技術的課題を解決する本発明の内、請求項1記載の発明の手段は、
注出口を有し、分別取外し用の肉薄の弱化線を設けた中栓体の組付き筒を、壜体の口筒外周にアンダーカット結合により組付けると共に、この中栓体に外キャップを螺合組付けして構成される容器であること、
壜体の口筒の内周面下部と、中栓体の組付き筒の内方に垂下設され、口筒に略密に嵌入する嵌入筒の外周面下部との間に、中栓体の共回り防止用の係止部を設けること、

図1〜図4は、本発明の第一実施例を示したもので、壜体1の上端に立設された口筒2の外周面には、アンダーカット結合用の係合溝3が略中央部に周設されていると共に、その下方にネックリング4が突周設されており、また口筒2の内周面下部から肩部の内面にかけて、共回り防止用の係止部5を構成する複数の縦リブ状の係止片6が、ローレット状に形成されている。
