Claims (8)
- フェムト秒パルスレーザ光を発生する工程と、
前記フェムト秒パルスレーザ光を、生細胞および外来物質を含む溶液が注液されたセルにおける、前記生細胞以外の前記溶液中の位置に集光させる工程と、を具備し、
前記フェムト秒パルスレーザ光を集光させることにより、前記溶液中で衝撃波を発生させ、前記衝撃波による圧力変動効果により前記生細胞の細胞膜を過渡的に開かせると同時に前記外来物質を前記生細胞に導入することを特徴とするレーザインジェクション方法。 - フェムト秒パルスレーザ光を発生する工程と、
前記フェムト秒パルスレーザ光を、生細胞および外来物質を含む溶液が注液されたセルにおける、前記生細胞以外の前記溶液中の位置に集光させる工程と、
前記フェムト秒パルスレーザ光を集光させることにより、前記溶液中で衝撃波を発生させ、前記衝撃波による圧力変動効果により前記生細胞の細胞膜を過渡的に開かせると同時に前記外来物質を前記生細胞に導入する工程と、
を具備することを特徴とするレーザインジェクション方法。 - 前記溶液を注液されたセルの内部を観察して、前記生細胞の位置を確認する工程をさらに含むことを特徴とする、請求項1または請求項2記載のレーザインジェクション方法。
- 前記セルは、前記溶液が注液された状態で密封されていることを特徴とする請求項1または請求項2記載のレーザインジェクション方法。
- 前記フェムト秒パルスレーザ光の集光位置は、前記セル内の前記生細胞の近傍であることを特徴とする請求項1または請求項2記載のレーザインジェクション方法。
- 前記セルは、基板上に多数設けられた微小な空孔であり、各セルに対し、高い繰り返し周波数で発振するフェムト秒パルスレーザ光を順次照射することを特徴とする請求項1または請求項2記載のレーザインジェクション方法。
- 前記フェムト秒パルスレーザ光の繰り返し周波数は、1〜100kHzの範囲内であることを特徴とする請求項1または請求項2記載のレーザインジェクション方法。
- フェムト秒パルスレーザ光を発生するレーザ光発生手段と、
前記フェムト秒パルスレーザ光を、生細胞および外来物質を含む溶液が注液されたセルにおける、前記生細胞以外の前記溶液中の位置に集光させる光学手段と、を具備し、
前記フェムト秒パルスレーザ光を集光させることにより、前記溶液中で衝撃波を発生させ、前記衝撃波による圧力変動効果により前記生細胞の細胞膜を過渡的に開かせると同時に前記外来物質を前記生細胞に導入することを特徴とするレーザインジェクション装置。
