Abstract

 細胞本来の挙動に関する精度の高い情報等が得られ、かつ細胞障害性が少ない分子・細胞イメージング方法及びそれに用いる半導体ナノ粒子を提供する。本発明の分子・細胞イメージング方法は、標的細胞にレーザーを照射することにより細胞内に蛍光標識物質を導入し、当該蛍光標識物質が発する蛍光により標的細胞内の分子を可視化する分子・細胞イメージング方法において、当該蛍光標識物質が半導体ナノ粒子からなることを特徴とする。
