Description
【0001】

BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
The present invention relates to various tubular bodies such as fishing rods, golf clubs, ski stocks, etc., and a method for manufacturing the same.
[0002]
[Prior art and problems]
In order to appeal to the user's hobbies, the tubular body as described above is variously decorated and is provided with various decorative layers. Such a decorative layer is used for physical vapor deposition such as PVD (Physical Vapor Deposition), for example, on the tubular body in order to reduce the overall weight of the tubular body and to bring out a metallic color with brilliancy. It is formed by means.
[0003]
By the way, in addition to the metal decoration layer (metal film) formed in this way, a part having a decorative property may be attached. In this case, when such a component is mounted on the metal film formed by the above-described means, the metal film of that part is concealed, so that the glitter changes discontinuously, and as a whole Appearance is inferior.
[0004]
In addition, a metal coating similar to that of the tubular body main body is formed on the above-described component, and this is attached to the tubular body main body. However, such a method increases the manufacturing cost and the tubular body main body. Since it is formed separately from the metal coating, any sense of dissatisfaction with the glittering between the metallic coating of the tubular body main body will occur.
[0005]
The present invention relates to a tubular body having a metal coating, in which when the decorative part or the like is further attached, the glitter by the metal coating does not change discontinuously or does not cause a sense of incongruity. It aims at providing the manufacturing method.
[0006]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
In order to solve the above-described problems, a method for manufacturing a tubular body according to the present invention includes a step of forming a tubular body body, a step of attaching a part on a part of the tubular body body, and then the tubular body body. And a step of coating a metal film having a thickness of 1 nm to 1 μm thin enough to express the color of the component as an appearance on the component.
[0007]
Further, the tubular body of the present invention comprises a tubular body with parts mounted on a portion, thin to the extent that is coated on these parts and the tubular body expressed as the appearance color of the component 1nm It is characterized by having a metal film of ˜1 μm .
According to the tubular body formed by the manufacturing method described above and the tubular body, since the thin metal film is coated on the tubular body main body and the part to express the color of the part as the appearance, Is not discontinuously changed, and the appearance can be improved. In addition, since the metal coating is integrally coated, it is possible to prevent an uncomfortable feeling of brightness between the component and the tubular body main body.
[0008]
SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION
As described above, the present invention is characterized in that a part is attached to a tubular body main body, and thereafter a metal film is coated.
Here, the tubular body is formed by winding a so-called prepreg sheet, in which a reinforcing fiber is impregnated with a synthetic resin, around a cored bar, followed by a heating process, a decentering process, and the like. As a specific constituent material of the prepreg sheet, a reinforcing fiber such as carbon fiber, glass fiber, alumina fiber, or aramid fiber is impregnated with a synthetic resin such as epoxy resin, phenol resin, or polyester.
[0009]
Moreover, as a component attached to the tubular body main body, for example, a member such as a seal or a synthetic resin film on which a decorative pattern, characters, etc. are formed, or an article having such a decorative property, In the case of a fishing rod, there are a cap ring and a reel sheet attached to a joining point between the rods, or a fishing line introducing portion and a top guide in the case of a through rod.
[0010]
As the material for the metal coating, Al, Cu, Ag, Mg, In, Cr, Si, Ni, Ti, Au, Rh, Pt, and the like can be used, and these include vacuum deposition, sputtering, and ion plating. Tubing body by PVD (Physical Vapor Deposition) method such as Ping method, CVD (Chemical Vapor Deposition) method such as P-CVD (Plasma CVD), MOCVD (Metal Organic Chemical Vapor Deposition) method, wet plating method, etc. And coated on the parts.
[0011]
DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION

FIG. 5 is a cross-sectional view of a tubular body showing a fifth embodiment. In this embodiment, a joint portion of a fishing rod of a fishing rod is shown. A base is attached to an end portion which is a joining portion of the soot tube, and this base is usually attached from above a metal film which is physically vapor-deposited. For this reason, the glitter due to the uniformly coated metal film changes discontinuously at the base portion, and the overall appearance is poor.

FIG. 7 is a plan view of a tubular body showing a seventh embodiment. As described above, the metal coating formed by physical vapor deposition is uniformly formed on the article such as the material of the tubular body (underlayer) and the seal-like member (film-like member). This prevents the glitter due to the metal coating from changing discontinuously. In this case, as shown in FIG. 7, the seal-like members 23a to 23d provided on the material 1 (underlying layer 2) of the tubular body main body are wound stepwise in the axial direction with a difference in color, brightness, and the like. Thereafter, if a metal film is formed, a corrugated pattern in which the glitter does not change discontinuously can be formed. Further, when forming this corrugated pattern, a rough surface may be formed on each seal-like member, in addition to providing the seal-like member with the difference in color and brightness as described above. Alternatively, metal may be vapor deposited so that the thickness (color tone wavelength) varies stepwise, thereby forming a corrugated pattern.

FIG. 8 is a view showing an eighth embodiment, and is a view showing an embodiment in which the present invention is applied to a fishing rod as a tubular body, in particular, a reel seat portion provided at a base end portion. (A) is a figure which shows the base end part of a fishing rod, (b) is the longitudinal cross-sectional view.
[0028]
Hereinafter, the manufacturing process of this fishing rod will be described. First, the
[0029]
Thus, batch production is possible by forming the metal coating on the surface of the tubular body (sheath tube) and the surface of the component (reel sheet) at once, and the manufacturing cost can be reduced. Further, in this case, since the metal coating is integrally formed as a whole with the component attached, the appearance can be improved without causing a sense of discomfort between the components and the tubular body.
[0030]
In addition, when attaching components, such as a reel sheet, to a tubular body main body, a level | step difference may arise between tubular body main bodies. For this reason, if the build-up
[0031]
In addition to the reel sheet described above, for example, a plurality of tubular bodies (soot tubes) may be fitted and a metal coating may be formed on the fitting portion. By doing in this way, an external appearance can be improved, without the discomfort of brightness between the pipes connected together.
[0032]
Although the embodiments of the present invention have been described above, the present invention is not limited to the above-described embodiments and can be variously modified. For example, it is possible to combine the configurations of the above-described embodiments as appropriate.
[0033]
【The invention's effect】
As described above, according to the present invention, when a part is attached to a tubular body having a metal coating, after such a part is attached, the metal coating is integrally formed. The appearance can be improved by preventing discontinuous changes in brightness and discomfort in glitter. As for the appearance of this tubular body, the color of the tubular body main body and the part is glossed by a metal coating, and the color of the part itself is visually distinguished from the other parts of the tubular body main body in the part provided with the part. Therefore, the appearance of the tubular body can be improved.
