Abstract
Description
The present invention relates to a decorative molded product in which light seen from the light transmitting portion is viewed as light of various colors, of a molded product in which a light transmitting portion through which light is transmitted is partially formed.
A compact container, a lipstick container, and the like that contain cosmetics are required not only to have functionality but also to have a good design and a design that reflects the product image. In addition, in response to the recent trend of ecologicalization, when the cosmetics that are contained are used up, there are many cases in which only the inner refill container can be replaced with a new one while leaving the outer container as it is. As a result, the same compact container or the like is used for a long period of time, and these containers are required to have a timeless design and durability that can withstand long-term use.
However, since it is necessary to regularly distribute a large number of lines or points in the above-mentioned
The present invention has been made in view of such circumstances, and has an excellent decorative molded product that has a design that is rich in change that does not get tired even when used for a long period of time, and can withstand long-term use. The purpose is to provide
In order to achieve the above object, the present invention provides a molded product in which a light transmitting portion that transmits light is partially formed, with a light transmitting colored layer interposed at least on the back surface of the portion where the light transmitting portion is formed. A decorative molded product provided with a metallic luster layer, wherein the light transmitting colored layer surface has facet-cut irregularities formed on the surface facing the light transmitting portion of the molded product, and the metal The surface of the gloss layer is a flat surface, and the light that is incident from the light transmitting portion and reflected by the surface of the light transmitting colored layer is the same as the light that is incident from the light transmitting portion, passes through the light transmitting colored layer, is reflected by the surface of the metallic gloss layer, and is reflected again. The light passing through the transparent colored layer is set so as to be diffusely reflected by the irregularities, and due to the difference in the optical path of the two reflected lights, the color seen from the light transmission part can be seen as a glossy color of various colors. The decorative product is a first gist
In addition, the present invention is a decorative molding, in particular, in which the light transmission part of the molded product is formed by partially removing the coating layer formed on the front surface or the back surface of the transparent resin molded product. The present invention has a second gist, and the present invention has a third gist of a decorative molded product in which the surface or the back surface of the light transmission part is formed on a fine uneven surface.
In addition, the present invention has a fourth aspect in which the light-transmitting colored layer includes a transparent resin layer and a transparent colored layer laminated on the surface thereof, and the metallic gloss layer is A fifth aspect is a decorative molded product which is a layer formed by any one of a metal vapor deposition film, a hot stamp foil, and a metallic coating on the back surface of the light transmitting colored layer.
In the present invention, a metallic gloss layer is provided on the back surface of at least the portion where the light transmitting portion is formed of the molded product in which the light transmitting portion that transmits light is partially formed, with a light transmitting colored layer interposed therebetween. The decorative molded product has facet-cut irregularities formed on the surface of the light-transmitting colored layer facing the light-transmitting portion of the molded product, and the metallic gloss layer surface is a flat surface. The light that enters from the light transmitting portion and reflects on the surface of the light transmitting colored layer, and the light that also enters from the light transmitting portion, passes through the light transmitting colored layer, reflects on the surface of the metallic luster layer, and passes through the light transmitting colored layer again. The decorative molded product is set so as to be diffusely reflected by the unevenness, and the color seen from the light transmitting portion is seen as a glossy color having various colors by the difference in the optical path of the both reflected lights. According to this configuration, the light that enters the light transmitting portion from the light transmitting portion and reflects on the surface of the light transmitting colored layer, that is, the light that displays the color of the light transmitting colored layer as it is, and also enters from the light transmitting portion. The light that passes through the light-transmitting colored layer, is reflected on the surface of the metallic luster layer, and passes through the light-transmitting colored layer again, that is, light of a color other than the color reflected on the surface of the light-transmitting colored layer is diffusely reflected by the irregularities. By doing so, various color tones can appear. Moreover, since the color tone varies depending on the viewing angle, a design that is rich in change can be realized. In particular, there is an advantage that a design rich in change with respect to a minimum area that has been difficult to form using a hologram sheet can be realized.
The glossy colors of various colors described above, that is, the glossy colors of various colors rich in changes in the color tone when viewed from the light transmitting part depending on the viewing angle are incident from the light transmitting part and enter the surface of the light transmitting colored layer. The light reflected by the light-transmitting portion, the light that passes through the light-transmitting colored layer, is reflected on the surface of the metallic luster layer, and passes through the light-transmitting colored layer again is irregularly reflected by the irregularities. It is obtained by. Therefore, while the color tone of the hologram sheet is deteriorated with time due to ultraviolet light such as sunlight in the conventional product using the hologram sheet, such a deterioration is hardly seen in the glossy colors having various colors. It is possible to keep the appearance of the molded product designed with the above-described various glossy colors beautiful over a long period of time.
In addition, the glossy colors of various colors described above are incident on the surface of the metallic gloss layer through the light transmitting portion and reflected on the surface of the light transmitting colored layer. It appears by the combination of light that is reflected and again passes through the light-transmitting colored layer, and is reflected by the surface of the light-transmitting colored layer and reflected by the surface of the metallic luster layer after passing through the light-transmitting colored layer. Since the place where the light is reflected differs from the light passing through the colored layer, a design having a depth can be realized. Accordingly, it is possible to give a three-dimensional appearance to the appearance of the molded product and enhance a sense of quality.
Furthermore, in the present invention, the light transmission part of the molded product is formed by partially removing the coating layer formed on the front surface or the back surface of the transparent resin molded product. Since the part from which the coating layer is removed can be determined, this molded product can be shared with other designs, and the production cost can be reduced. In addition, since the design can be easily changed simply by changing the removed portion of the coating layer, there is also an advantage that a wide variety according to the needs can be made in a short period of time.
Further, in the present invention, when the surface or back surface of the light transmission part is formed on a fine uneven surface, the fine unevenness appears through the light transmission part. Therefore, by combining the fine unevenness and the glossy colors having various colors, it is possible to obtain a decorative molded product having a more precise and interesting design.
In the present invention, the light-transmitting colored layer is composed of a transparent resin layer and a transparent colored layer laminated on the surface thereof. As the transparent colored layer, a half vapor deposition layer or an opal-like gloss layer is used. And a color that is difficult to realize by coloring the transparent resin can be imparted to the surface of the light-transmitting colored layer. In addition, it has an advantage that it is possible to easily obtain designs of other color tone variations by simply changing the color tone (material) of the transparent colored layer laminated on the transparent resin layer having irregularities formed thereon. .
In the present invention, the metallic gloss layer is a layer formed on the back surface of the light-transmitting colored layer by any one of a metal vapor deposition film, a hot stamp foil, and a metallic coating. Since it is in close contact with the light-transmitting colored layer, it is possible to reduce the loss of the amount of light that passes through the light-transmitting colored layer, reflects off the surface of the metallic luster layer, and passes again through the light-transmitting colored layer. The glossy color that can be seen from the transmission part has a clearer and more diverse color tone.
Next, the best mode for carrying out the present invention will be described. However, the present invention is not limited to this embodiment.
FIG. 1 is a compact container which is the best mode for carrying out the present invention. In the figure,
As shown in FIG. 2, which is a partial cross-sectional view of the
As shown in FIG. 3, the molded
The
Then, as shown in FIG. 6 (a), the
Note that the shaded watermark pattern P has, for example, irradiation in which CO 2 laser irradiation is performed on the region A to form a concave surface by arranging linear melt removal traces densely and deeper than the linear melt removal traces. It can be obtained by combining with irradiation forming a single line consisting of deep linear melt removal traces. That is, the watermark pattern P can be made a shadow pattern with a complex impression by adding a contour line or an emphasis line to a concave surface having delicate unevenness.
Next, as shown in the partial cross-sectional view of FIG. 7, the light-transmitting
And the said
According to this structure, as shown in FIG. 8, the light B which entered from the
That is, when the light (α) reflected on the surface of the transparent
In addition, the watermark pattern P formed on the
The watermark pattern P is formed on the
In addition, since the light-transmitting
In addition, since the
Such a light-transmitting
In the above example, the transparent member constituting the
Moreover, although the
And in said example, the transparent member which comprises the
Then, in the above example, the transparent colored layer 5, but using a
In the above example, the
In addition, in the said molded
Further, in the molded
