この車両の後部構造は、前記車体フロア、ホイールハウス及びダンパ支持部材に相互の補強を図るガセットを取付け、このガセット及び前記ダンパ支持部材に前記ダンパの上端支持部を一体的に取付けてなり、
前記ダンパ支持部材は、前記ダンパを支持するとともに取付ける部材であり、前記ダンパの上部を貫通させる貫通孔と、前記ダンパのボルトを貫通させる孔と、を備え、
前記ガセットは、前記ダンパの上部を収容する断面視略トンネル状の部材であり、前記ホイールハウスに着脱自在に取付けるホイールハウス取付け部と、前記車体フロアに着脱自在に取付ける車体フロア取付け部と、これらのホイールハウス取付け部と車体フロア取付け部との中間に前記ダンパを支持するとともに前記ダンパ支持部材に前記ダンパのボルトによりに着脱自在に取付ける支持部と、前記ダンパの上部に向き合うように前記ガセット内面に形成され前記ダンパを仮止めする仮止め部を備え、
