- 出力バイパストランスミッション(16)を介して、車両の少なくとも1つの車輪(14)を駆動する熱エンジン(12)を含んでなる形式の自動車の動力装置(10)であって、
上記出力バイパストランスミッション(16)は:
上記車両の上記エンジン(12)に連結された入力軸(18)と、
回転するように上記車輪(14)と連結された車軸(22)を駆動する出力軸(20)と、
上記出力バイパストランスミッション(16)の上記入力軸(18)と上記出力軸(20)との間に配置された減速歯車手段(24)と、
上記出力バイパストランスミッション(16)の上記入力軸(18)と上記出力軸(20)との間に、上記減速歯車手段(24)と並列に配置された出力バイパス手段(26)であって、回転するように上記入力軸(18)と機械的に連結された第1の電気機械(28)と、回転するように上記出力軸(20)と機械的に連結された第2の電気機械(30)とを含んでなり、上記第1の電気機械(28)と上記第2の電気機械(30)は、容量(32)と少なくとも1つの変速手段(35、37、39)を介して電気的に接続された、出力バイパス手段(26)と、
を含んでなる、
自動車の動力装置(10)において、
計算ユニット(40)と制御ユニット(44)からなる制御手段(38)を有し、
上記計算ユニット(40)は、上記制御ユニット(44)のために、少なくとも車両のアクセルペダル(42)の位置を表す情報(IACC)に対応して、上記動力装置(10)によって供給されるトルクについての第1トルク指令(CGMP)と、上記エンジン(12)の回転数についての回転数指令(CNMOT)とを少なくとも発生することが可能であり、
上記制御ユニット(44)は、上記第1トルク指令(CGMP)と上記回転数指令(CNMOT)とに適うように、上記エンジン(12)のために第2トルク指令(CMOT)を、また上記出力バイパス手段(26)のために少なくとも1つの操作指令(C DER )を発生ことが可能である、
ことを特徴とする自動車の動力装置。 - 上記計算ユニット(40)は、運転者の挙動を分析する挙動分析モジュール(MACC)と、上記動力装置(10)の動作点を決定する動作点決定モジュール(MDPF)を少なくとも有することを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の自動車の動力装置。
- 上記制御ユニット(44)は上記出力バイパス手段(26)から情報を供給されることを特徴とする、請求項1または2に記載の自動車の動力装置。
- 上記出力バイパス手段(26)のために上記制御ユニット(44)が発生する上記操作指令(CDER)は、第1の電気機械(28)と第2の電気機械(30)の間に配置された唯一の変速手段(35)を操作するための指令を含むことを特徴とする、請求項3に記載の自動車の動力装置。
- 上記変速手段(35)は、上記制御ユニット(44)へ情報を供給するために、上記制御ユニット(44)へ、上記第1の電気機械(28)の現実のトルクと速度を表す情報(I 28 )と、上記第2の電気機械(30)の現実のトルクと速度を表す情報(I 30 )を伝達することが可能であることを特徴とする、請求項4に記載の自動車の動力装置。
- 上記出力バイパス手段(26)のために上記制御ユニット(44)が発生する上記操作指令は、上記第1の電気機械(28)に結合された第1変速手段(37)を操作するための第1操作指令(CDER1)と、上記第2の電気機械(30)に結合された第2変速手段(39)を操作するための第2操作指令(CDER2)とを含むことを特徴とする、請求項3に記載の自動車の動力装置。
- 各上記電気機械(28、30)は、上記制御ユニット(44)へ情報を供給するために、関連する現実のトルクと速度を表す情報(I28、I30)を、上記制御ユニットへ、直接発生することが可能であることを特徴とする、請求項6に記載の自動車の動力装置。
- 上記容量(32)は、上記制御ユニット(44)へ情報を供給するために、上記制御ユニット(44)へ、上記容量(32)の中に生じた電圧と電流の少なくとも一方を表す情報(I32)を直接発生することが可能であることを特徴とする、請求項6または7に記載の自動車の動力装置。
- 上記エンジン(12)のために上記制御ユニット(44)が発生する上記第2トルク指令(CMOT)は、点火指令と燃料供給指令との少なくとも一方を含むことを特徴とする、請求項1〜8のいずれか1つに記載の自動車の動力装置。
- 上記減速歯車手段(24)は、少なくとも1つの遊星歯車装置を含むことを特徴とする、請求項1〜9のいずれか1つに記載の自動車の動力装置。
