この発明は、ラダーマクラギ軌道における継目構造に係わり、更に詳しくは安価で作業性が良く、しかもバラスト道床の沈下を大幅に改善出来るラダーマクラギ軌道における継目構造に関するものである。

【従来の技術】
近年、電車等の路線構造として、従来の横マグラギ軌道に比べて耐荷性能及び左右安定性が極めて良いラダーマクラギが提案されている。
このラダーマクラギは、コンクリート製縦梁と鋼管製継材とをコンクリート打込みにより一体化した、所謂はしご状のマクラギであり、レールの長手方向を連続的に支持,拘束する混合剛性構造である。

【発明が解決しようとする課題】
ところで、上記のようなラダーマクラギ軌道の継目部の構造としては、コンクリート製縦梁の両端を添接鋼板と高力ボルトとの摩擦接合による機械的な接合により連続化を図り、バラスト道床の沈下対策を行っているが、接合板が高価であり、また取付け作業に多くの労力と時間を要する等の問題があった。

また、接合板を使用しない継目部の構造の場合には、継目部のバラスト道床の沈下が、ラダーマクラギ(縦梁)の中央より大きくなり、レールを安定した状態で支持,拘束することが難しくなると言う問題があった。
この発明は、かかる従来の課題に着目して案出されたもので、鋼板継目板に較べて安価で、作業性が良く、しかもバラスト道床の沈下を大幅に改善でき、更に軌道の保守管理も極めて容易に行うことが出来るラダーマクラギ軌道における継目構造を提供することを目的とするものである。

【課題を解決するための手段】
この発明は上記目的を達成するため、ラダーマクラギ軌道の継目部におけるの縦梁の両端下部に、板状の剛性体で形成した支持体を配設し、前記支持体は、板状の剛性体と、その上下面に板状のゴム状弾性体とを配設して所定の厚さに一体的に形成したことを要旨とするものである。

また支持体は、継目部における二本の縦梁を同時に支持する一本、または二本の縦梁を個別に支持する分割されたものを使用することも可能である。更に前記支持体を、板状の剛性体とその上下面に板状のゴム状弾性体を配設して所定の厚さに一体的に形成する場合、縦梁側とバラストマット側との肉厚を変化させるか、またはゴム状弾性体のゴム硬度を変化させて構成することも可能である。

この発明は上記のように構成され、ラダーマクラギ軌道の継目部の縦梁の両端下部に、板状の剛性体で形成した支持体、または板状の剛性体とその上下面に板状のゴム状弾性体を配設して所定の厚さに一体的に形成した支持体を設置することで、従来の鋼板継目板に比べて安価で、作業性が良く、また鋼板継目板を使用しない場合に較べてバラスト道床の沈下を大幅に改善でき、更に軌道の保守管理も極めて容易に行うことが出来るものである。

【発明の実施の形態】
以下、添付図面に基づき、この発明の実施形態を説明する。
図1は、この発明を実施したバラストマットG上に設置されるラダーマクラギ軌道の概略斜視図を示し、1a,1bはコンクリート製の縦梁、2は縦梁1a,1bを所定の間隔で連結した鋼管製継材を示し、前記縦梁1a,1b上には、ゴム状弾性体等で形成された帯状の軌道パッド3を介してレール4が敷設され、該レール4の底部両側縁部は、複数の止め金具5を介して縦梁1a,1b上に支持固定されている。なお、Qはゴム状弾性体で形成したマクラギパッドを示している。

前記ラダーマクラギ軌道の継目部Xの縦梁1a,1bの両端下部には、図1〜図3に示すように、プレキャストコンクリート,鉄板,繊維強化プラスチック等での剛性体で形成した板状の支持体6(例えば、鉄板製支持体の幅300 mm,長さ1,600mm ,厚さ30mm)が配設してある。
なお、図1〜図3の実施形態では、縦梁1a,1bの継目部Xには、所定の間隙Hを設けてあるが、図4に示すように、縦梁1a,1bの継目部Xにゴム状弾性体から成る隙間部材7を介在させることも可能である。

この場合、縦梁1a,1b側とバラストマットG側とのゴム状弾性体9a,9bの肉厚t1 ,t2 を変化させるか、またはゴム状弾性体9a,9bのゴム硬度を変化させて構成することも可能である。
例えば、支持体6aの全体の厚さTを60mmとした場合、ゴム状弾性体9a,9bの肉厚t1 を10mm,t2 を20mmとしたり、またゴム硬度を、80:40にするものである。
