本発明は印字手段を高速化することなく、貼り付け部の高速化を図るものである。

本発明は2列で搬送される鶏卵等一定の幅をもって設置されている複数列のラベル貼り付け手段に対して前記貼り付け手段相互間の間隔と異なった間隔で印字手段を設けることが可能なラベル印字貼り付け装置を提供することを目的としている。

【課題を解決するための手段】
上記目的を達成するために、本発明の装置においては、ラベルに印字するための印字送り手段とラベルを鶏卵等の物品に貼り付けるための貼り付け送り手段を別個に設け前記2つの走行手段の間にある印字済ラベルの付いた剥離紙を弛緩状態、即ち、たるました状態に保持したものである。

また鶏卵等の物品に貼り付けたラベルの枚数をカウントし前記2つの走行手段の間に存在する印字済ラベルの枚数が常に一定数以上存在する様に、印字手段と印字の為のラベル走行手段(印字送り手段)を制御する制御装置を設けたものである。

制御装置に用意された貼付枚数の計数装置が一定の枚数のラベルの送り出しをカウントすると制御装置はラベルテープ上流に設置されている印字送り手段と印字手段を働かせ所定枚数のラベルに連続印字を行い前記弛緩部分(5)に存在するラベルを補充し常に一定以上のラベル枚数をストックするようになる。

ここで印字送り出し装置の動作は複数枚のラベルを連続印字するように制御されており、貼付送り出しの駆動は被貼付物品1個あたり1回の送り出し動作をする毎に停止するよう制御されている。このことにより印字送り出しの走行速度を張り付け送り出しの走行速度に比して遅い速度で走行させることが実現する。

【発明の効果】
本発明は、以上説明したように構成されているので、以下に記載されるような効果を奏する。

ラベルの貼り付け動作は被貼り付け物品の到来に対応して同物品の搬送速度と近似の速度でラベルを送り出す必要がある。また個々の物品に1枚づつのラベルを貼り付けるためその送り出しは間欠動作である。

本発明の装置にあっては弛緩部分に一定枚数以上の印字済ラベルを常にストックしておくように構成されており、高速動作を必要とする貼り付け送り出しには前記ストックした印字済ラベルを使用するようになっている。また印字装置の性能に直接影響される印字時のラベル走行速度は別途用意された印字用の駆動手段によって駆動するよう構成されている。

前記印字時のラベル走行速度は、本発明においては所定枚数を連続印字するよう制御されているので、所定枚数の連続印字の時間内に間欠動作するラベルの貼り付け送り枚数が印字枚数を上回らない範囲で高速化することが可能であり、被貼り付け物品の高速搬送に対して対応することが出来る。

また、弛緩部(ストック部)でのストック量を計測するのに印字済ラベル枚数から貼り付け枚数を差し引くことによって行っており、特別に検出装置を用意する必要がなくこの間テープを事実上無張力に保つことが可能でありこのことによりストック部でのテープの走行間隔を変更することが実現した。

前記ストック部でのテープ走行間隔変更は複数列搬送される被貼り付け物品への貼り付け間隔変更を容易にならしめるものであり、貼り付け間隔が大きく複数列搬送されて来る被貼り付け物品へのラベル貼り付けを1台の本発明装置で実現するものである。

また前記ストック部でのラベルの減少を前記差引計算で行うことにより所定枚数目のラベルの貼り付け送り出し開始と同時に所定枚数の消費を検出することが可能となり、印字装置をして印字済ラベルの補充をすみやかに開始することが可能となり被貼り付け物品の搬送速度の高速化に対応することが可能となった。
