従来、車両等が通行する道路や鉄道では、車両の通行に伴い騒音が発生する。この騒音防止対策として防音壁が設けられている。その防音壁としては、通行帯の端に防音プレートを並べ立設したもの、吸音材を壁体に直接取付けたもの等があり、防音プレートはH鋼を一定間隔に立て、そのH鋼間に防音プレートを差し込んで取付けられるのが殆どである。そして防音プレート自体も表面を凹凸にしたコンクリート製のものや金属製のものである。又、吸音材についても単に表面を凹凸にしたコンクリート製あるいは金属製のもの、あるいは中が中空に加工した金属製のもの等であった。

【発明が解決しようとする課題】
上記従来の防音壁において、防音プレートの場合に騒音を外部に遮音する効果は大きいが、かなりの騒音が通行帯内に反射し運転者及び乗客に不快感を生じさせ、必ずしも満足すべきものでなかった。他方、吸音板は、単に表面を凹凸にしただけのものでは吸音効果が少なく、中空状に加工した金属製のものでは吸音効果が大きいがコスト的に高価であり、大量の使用を伴う防音壁では施工がコスト高となる等の問題点を有していた。

本発明の目的は、低コストで防音効果の高い防音プレートを使用し、その防音プレートの取付け方により、より防音効果を高めた車両通行帯における防音壁の施工方法を提供することにある。

【課題を解決するための手段】
この目的を達成するために本発明は、車両通行帯(A)の端で予め構築した壁体(1)に、少なくとも多数の貫通穴(2a)を穿設した防音プレート本体(2)を前記壁体(1)から一定間隔離して順次多数枚取付けると共に、前記防音プレート本体(2)が、前記貫通穴( 2a )に挿入した取付具(5)で前記壁体(1)に取付ける。そして前記貫通穴(2a)の断面形状が前記防音プレート本体(2)の表側(2b)を大きく裏側(2c)を小さくし、その表側(2b)を前記車両通行帯(A)側に向け前記防音プレート本体(2)を取付ける。

【発明の実施の形態】
以下、本発明の実施に形態につき、図を基に説明する。図1は本発明の施工方法を示す説明図、図2は本発明の施工方法で吸音材を加えた説明図、図3は本発明の施工状態の正面図、図4は本発明の防音プレートの一部断面図である。

本発明は上記説明したように、多数の貫通穴(2a)を穿設した防音プレート本体(2)を使用し、壁体(1)から一定間隔離し隙間(3)を設けて取付けたことにより、車両通行帯(A)を通行する車両からの騒音は防音プレート本体(2)に当り、騒音の多くは多数の貫通穴(2a)から壁体(1)と防音プレート本体(2)との隙間(3)に入り込み、隙間(3)の上方から逃げるため、防音性が高い。
