Description
【0001】

BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
The present invention relates to a vehicle seat (for automobile) with a headrest for mounting a child seat on which a child seat is placed and fixed on a seat cushion.
[0002]
[Prior art]
A conventional seat for mounting an ISOFIX child seat, for example, is provided with an anchor on the rear side of the seat cushion, and a lock claw of a lock member provided on the rear portion of the child seat is engaged with the anchor. (For example, JP-A-2002-172960).
[0003]
The above child seat has an upper portion connected to a top tether, and the top tether is fixed to the vehicle body side behind the seat back via a headrest.
[0004]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
By the way, the headrest having a through hole penetrating in the front-rear direction is opened in the center of the front surface, and is supported by a pair of left and right substantially U-shaped pillars mounted on a holder bracket fixed in the seat back. The upper end is welded to both free ends of a substantially U-shaped frame embedded in the headrest.
[0005]
On the other hand, when the child seat is mounted on the seat cushion as described above, since the headrest is positioned above the child seat, the top tether for fixing the child seat is fixed to the vehicle body behind the headrest through the front-rear direction hole of the headrest. Is done.
[0006]
Therefore, since the pillar structure is as described above, when the vehicle seats rearward when the child seat is mounted, a large load from the top tether causes a downward or forward rotational force to act on the upper end of the pillar of the headrest. .
[0007]
For this reason, pillars, frames and the like having a large thickness are used so that the pillars, the frame of the headrest and the like are not deformed by the large load.
Therefore, there are defects such as an increase in mass of the headrest and a complicated internal structure.
[0008]
Accordingly, an object of the present invention is to provide a structure that can cope with an input load from the top tether with a simple structure.
[0009]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
In order to achieve the above object, the present invention connects one end to the upper portion of a child seat placed on a seat cushion, and connects the other end to the rear of the seat back through the through hole of the headrest having a through hole in the front-rear direction. The top tether that is fixed to the vehicle body and the headrest frame of the headrest are integrated with the headrest frame , the upper ends of both vertical parts are bent backward, and the lower part of both vertical parts protrudes downward from the bottom surface of the headrest. A pair of left and right pillars, a holder bracket that is inserted into the pillar and fixed in the seat back, and is attached to the upper rear side of the vertical portion from the bottom surface of the upper end of the pillar and receives a large load from the top tether. when the side surfaces after the holder bracket, either one of the upper edge, or both in contact with the stay, has a city, Pila the tension of the top tether A supporting formed by constituting a connecting portion of the.
[0010]
With the above configuration, since the input load from the top tether is supported by the holder bracket via the stay, deformation of the pillar and headrest frames can be prevented.
[0011]
In addition, a bent portion that bends backward is provided at both free ends of the substantially U-shaped headrest frame embedded in the headrest, and a pillar that has its upper end bent backward is welded to the bent portion. The stay includes a lower contact portion and a side contact portion that contact either one or both of the rear side surface and the upper end edge of the holder bracket when a large load is input from the top tether. By providing the notch , it is effective in the case where the pillar of the headrest is easily deformed.
[0012]
Furthermore, since the holder bracket is integrally fastened to the vehicle body, an input load from the top tether can be transmitted to the vehicle body side via the holder bracket, so that deformation of the holder bracket itself can be prevented.
[0013]
