Description

【0001】

BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
The present invention relates to a wall repair method, and more particularly, to a method for repairing a wall to which a wall paper is attached to a wall with a plate-like building material.
[0002]
[Prior art]
In the case where the wall to which the wallpaper is attached is made up of a plate-like building material, conventionally, the wallpaper is peeled off and then tiled. All the work to remove this wallpaper is done manually. If the wallpaper is difficult to peel off, or if the wallpaper backing paper remains attached to the wall, wet the wallpaper thoroughly by applying steam to the wallpaper or applying a sponge containing water, and then I'm trying to remove the wallpaper.
[0003]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
It takes a lot of work to remove the wallpaper from the wall. In particular, when the backing paper is sufficiently peeled off, it is necessary to apply steam or wet with water, which is extremely troublesome. In addition, when steam is applied or wetted with water, tiles or the like cannot be pasted with an adhesive until the wall surface is dry, resulting in a long construction period. Further, when a plate-shaped building material is pasted as it is from above the wallpaper, there is a problem that it is peeled off between the decorative surface of the wallpaper and the backing material having weak adhesion.
[0004]
An object of this invention is to provide the repair method which can repair the existing paper-clad wall to plate-shaped building material tension, such as a tile, efficiently.
[0005]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
The wall refurbishing method of the present invention is a method of refurbishing a wall to which a wallpaper is attached into a wall of plate-like building material, fixing the wallpaper by hitting a tucker, a screw or an anchor from above the wallpaper, A plate-shaped building material is pasted on the top with an adhesive.
[0006]
Since the wallpaper is fixed to the wall by hitting the tucker or the like in this way, it does not peel off between the decorative surface of the wallpaper and the backing material.
[0007]
DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION
Hereinafter, embodiments of the present invention will be described in detail with reference to the drawings. FIG. 1 is a front view of a wall showing an intermediate state of the repair method according to the embodiment, and FIG. 2 is a perspective view showing tacker hitting.
[0008]
The room of the building is surrounded by a wall 1, a ceiling 2 and a floor 3. A baseboard 4 is provided along the lower side of the wall 1. A wallpaper 6 is attached to the front wall 1 of FIG. In order to make the wall 1 into a plate-shaped building material, for example, a tiled wall surface, first, the state of the wall 1 is checked. Specifically, it is preferable to perform at least the following checks (1) to (4).
[0009]
(1) Check whether the base 7 of the wall 1 is made of a material that can be tucked. A wood-based material (for example, plywood or veneer), a gypsum board, a calcium silicate board, or a wood cement board containing a large amount of wood fiber can be tacked to make the tucker effective. If the groundwork is concrete, mortar, slate board, etc., use screws and anchors. Even if it is made of a material that can work with tucker, it is better to check carefully for damage such as corrosion, chipping, and omission that cannot be tackled.
(2) Check if the surface is not very dirty and mold is not growing. If the soil or mold is extremely proliferating, the soil and mold should be removed by wiping or scraping. If necessary, measures such as attaching an antibacterial agent and an antifungal agent are performed after cleaning the surface.
(3) Check whether the wallpaper is peeled off or lifted.
If there is peeling off and there is a fluffy piece-like portion, the portion is pulled and removed.
(4) Check whether the ground is flat. If the ground is severely uneven, it is necessary to make repairs such as replacing the ground.
[0010]
After performing such a check, the tucker 8 is hit from the top of the wallpaper 6. This tucking is performed by a tucking machine. The pitch of tucking is preferably about 300 to 900 mm vertically and about 300 to 900 mm horizontally. In addition, when the seam of wallpaper 6 and 6 exists like FIG. 1, it is preferable to tacker so that this seam may be straddled. The needle of the tucker 8 has a pair of leg portions 8a and 8a and a back portion 8b connecting the 8a and 8a as shown in FIG. 2, and the back portion 8b is substantially horizontal on the wall surface. It is preferable to tacker such that Thus, when the back portion 8b is made substantially horizontal and tackered, as described above, the back portion 8b plays the role of an anchor that prevents dripping of the adhesive, and the workability of attaching the plate-shaped building material is improved. In addition, by applying a predetermined amount of adhesive evenly to the wall surface, it is possible to sufficiently increase the adhesive strength of each plate-shaped building material.
[0011]
After this tackering, an adhesive is applied to the wall surface and a plate-shaped building material is pasted. Various adhesives such as an SBR adhesive, an acrylic adhesive, a modified silicone adhesive, and an epoxy adhesive can be used as the adhesive.
[0012]
Examples of the plate-shaped building materials include tiles, stones, synthetic resin plates, lightly fired soil molded bodies, gypsum boards, calcium silicate plates, and the like, but are not limited thereto. After pasting this plate-shaped building material, joints may be filled in the joint gaps between the plate-shaped building materials, or empty joints may be formed without filling the joints. Alternatively, the side surfaces of the plate-shaped building material may be brought into contact with each other and applied in a close contact state.
[0013]
Through this series of construction procedures, the wall surface can be efficiently plastered with a plate.
[0014]
【The invention's effect】
According to the present invention, the working efficiency when the wall surface to which the wallpaper is attached is made up of a plate-like building material is extremely good.
