BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
The present invention relates to a technology of a label tape cartridge for a tape printer.
[0002]
[Prior art]
The technology of a label tape cartridge that is detachable from a tape printer has been conventionally known. In this label tape cartridge, a label tape is housed in a housing. An adhesive layer is formed on the surface opposite to the printing surface of the paper, and a release paper is pasted on the adhesive layer side. It is a combined structure.
[0003]
In addition, by changing the layout of the travel route by forming a plurality of storage sections in the cartridge that can be stored with the tape wound, and not arranging the tape in the storage section depending on the type of cartridge. A configuration that can cope with the above is known.
In this way, the versatility of cartridge parts (for example, the above-described housing) is increased, and the parts can be used in common for various types of cartridges. As a result, there are advantages that the types of parts can be reduced and the manufacturing cost can be suppressed.
[0004]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
By the way, a plurality of labels having the same shape in the longitudinal direction of the tape can be obtained by using a label tape in which half-cut processing (usually die-cut processing) is performed on the printing-side paper. It can be set as the structure which arranged the part so that peeling was possible at equal intervals.
In this configuration, a desired image can be formed on the label portion by mounting the label tape cartridge on the tape printer and supplying the label portion together with the release paper to the print portion. The label tape after printing is discharged from a discharge port provided at an appropriate position of the apparatus, and the label portion is peeled off from the release paper in the discharged label tape and used by sticking it to a desired place as an adhesive label. it can.
[0005]
However, when a half-cut label tape is used for the above-described conventional configuration of the label tape cartridge, when the label tape crosses the housing portion, the label is placed on the wall portion arranged to surround the housing portion. There is a possibility that the tape is rubbed and the label portion is turned over in the cartridge and peeled off.
If the label part is peeled off in the cartridge in this way, the peeled label part adheres to a movable part such as a roller or the wall surface of the tape transport path in the cartridge, and a tape feeding defect occurs, and the label part Printing cannot be performed.
[0006]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
The problem to be solved by the present invention is as described above. Next, means for solving the problem will be described.

【The invention's effect】
Since the present invention is configured as described above, the following effects can be obtained.
[0047]
That is, as shown in claim 1, a label tape cartridge which accommodates a label tape in which a plurality of label portions are detachably arranged in a longitudinal direction and which is detachable from a tape printer, At least a first accommodating portion and a second accommodating portion capable of accommodating a tape, forming a wall portion so as to surround the outside of the second accommodating portion, disposing the label tape in the first accommodating portion, A travel path of the label tape is configured so that the label tape pulled out from the first storage portion passes through the second storage portion, and further, the wall portion of the second storage portion is provided in the second storage portion. Since the protective member that contacts the surface of the label portion side of the label tape across the
In addition to the mode in which the tape is disposed only in the first housing portion, the cartridge can be used in a mode in which the tape is disposed only in the second housing portion and a mode in which the tape is disposed in both the first and second housing portions. Yes, the versatility of the cartridge parts is excellent, and the manufacturing cost can be reduced.
And when it uses in the aspect which arrange | positions a label tape only to a 1st accommodating part, since direct contact with the wall part of a label part and a 1st accommodating part is avoided by a protection member by this structure, The label portion can be prevented from being peeled off in the cartridge. As a result, the label portion can be smoothly supplied toward the printing portion of the apparatus.
[0048]
[0049]
Also, Claim 1 As shown in the above, since the protective member is a flexible loop-shaped dummy tape provided so as to surround the wall portion,
A simple configuration can be achieved, and the manufacturing cost can be reduced. In addition, since the loop-shaped tape can be rotated so as to be dragged by the traveling label tape, rubbing with the label portion hardly occurs, and peeling of the label portion can be further reliably prevented.
