本発明は、ポール等への電気機器収納用箱の取付方法に関するものである。

ポール等に電気機器収納用箱を取り付ける場合、従来は図4に示すようにまずポール1に受け金具2をバンド3を利用して取付け、次に電気機器収納用箱4の扉を開いた状態で電気機器収納用箱4の内側からボルト5を受け金具2の取付孔6に通し、ナット7を締める方法が採用されていた。

ところがこのような従来の取付方法は、電気機器収納用箱4を保持して内側からボルト5を通す人と、受け金具2側でナット7を締める人との二人で行わざるを得ず、一人作業ができないという問題があった。

【発明が解決しようとする課題】
本発明は上記した従来の問題点を解決し、一人作業により電気機器収納用箱の取付けができる電気機器収納用箱の取付方法を提供するためになされたものである。

【課題を解決するための手段】
上記の課題を解決するためになされた本発明の電気機器収納用箱の取付方法は、電気機器収納用箱の背面の両側に、受け金具側の軸部の基端に係止用の段部を設けた両頭ボルトを取り付けておき、これらの両頭ボルトの軸部を受け金具の両側の取付孔にそれぞれ通して両頭ボルトを前記段部を利用して受け金具に引っかけたうえ、ナットを締めることを特徴とするものである。この場合、受け金具の取付孔をだるま孔として、前記だるま孔の一方を縦向とし他方を横向としておけば、取付けがより行い易くなるので好ましい。

【発明の実施の形態】
以下に、本発明の好ましい実施の形態を示す。
図1は本発明の電気機器収納用箱の取付方法を示す斜視図であり、図4について説明したと同様、1はポール、2はこのポール1にバンド3を利用して取付けられた受け金具、4は電気機器収納用箱である。受け金具2は両側に水平に開いた腕9、9を備えており、これらの腕9、9に取付孔として図1に示したような上部が大きく下部が小さいだるま孔10、10を設け、このだるま孔10、10の片側を縦向とし、反対側を横向として、取付作業をより容易にするために横向だるま孔の小径部を横長としている。このような受け金具2を予めポール1に取付けておく。

一方、電気機器収納用箱4の背面板8の両側には両頭ボルト12を取り付けておく。両頭ボルト12は図2に示したように中央にフランジ部13を備え、その両側に軸部14を形成し、受け金具2側の軸部14の基端に係止用の段部17を設けたものである。この軸部14の一方を電気機器収納用箱4の背面板8に貫通させ、ナット15により固定しておく。図3に示したように、両頭ボルト12のフランジ部13と背面板8との間にはパッキン16を介在させ、ナット15の締めつけ力により防水性を確保することが好ましい。また、軸部14の径はだるま孔10の大径部よりも小さく、小径部よりも大きくしておくとともに軸部14の段部17の軸径を小径部より小さくしておく。

取付けに際しては、電気機器収納用箱4を持ち上げて背面の片側の両頭ボルト12の軸部14を横向のだるま孔10の大径部に挿入した後、反対側の両頭ボルト12の軸部14を縦向のだるま孔10に挿入する。この状態で手を離しても軸部14の段部17がだるま孔10の小径部に引っかかるので、電気機器収納用箱4が落下することはない。そこで作業者は電気機器収納用箱4の裏側にまわり、ナット11を締めつけて両頭ボルト12を受け金具2に固定すればよい。また、ナット11の径をだるま孔10の大径部より小さく、小径部よりも大きくし、両頭ボルトの受け金具2側の軸部14に予めナット11を軽く螺合しておけば前記の取付方法と同様の効果を得ることができる。なお、取付孔はだるま孔に限定されるものではなく、円形の取付孔にナットのついていない両頭ボルトや段部のついていない両頭ボルトを挿入して仮止めしてもよいし、円形の他にもV字状またはU字状の切欠きでもよい。

このように、本発明の方法によれば両頭ボルト12を受け金具2のだるま孔10に通すことにより電気機器収納用箱4の仮止めが可能であるので、手を離して裏面からナット11の締めつけができ、一人作業による電気機器収納用箱4の取付けができる。しかも図3に示すように両頭ボルト12のフランジ部13と背面板8との間にパッキン16を介在させれば、防水性を確保することができる。

なお、図1の例に示すように受け金具2の両側のだるま孔10、10の片側を縦向のだるま孔10とし、反対側を横向のだるま孔10とすれば、両頭ボルト12の取付け誤差を縦横両方向とも吸収することができるので、取付けがより行い易くなる。

以上に説明したように、本発明によれば一人作業により電気機器収納用箱をポール等に容易に取り付けることができる。また特別な金具を用いる必要もないため、経済性にも優れる利点がある。
