Description

【0001】

BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
The present invention relates to a hanger for an insulated trolley wire.
[0002]
[Prior art]
In general, an insulated trolley wire is installed on a factory ceiling or the like together with a rail of a mobile electrical device such as a hoist or a crane, and is used to supply power to the mobile electrical device.
Such an insulated trolley wire is held by a hanger for an insulated trolley wire fixed to a bracket or the like on the building side.
[0003]
Insulated trolley wire hangers have been proposed and put into practical use in various structures because of the workability of installing the insulated trolley wire, the need for reliable and stable power supply to mobile electrical devices. As shown in FIG. 6, the insulated trolley wire hanger having a simple structure is configured such that the insulated trolley wire 44 is fitted into a metal clamp 41, the clamp 41 is tightened with a lateral fastening bolt 42, and the insulated trolley wire 44 is attached. There is something to be pinched.
However, in the insulated trolley wire hanger having this structure, when attaching the insulated trolley wire, the operator inserts the heavy insulated trolley wire 44 into the holding portion 43 of the hanger and supports the clamp 41 while tightening the clamp 41 laterally. Since the bolts 42 must be tightened, there is a high risk when working at high places.
[0004]
In order to solve this problem, an insulating trolley wire hanger having a structure in which the insulating trolley wire can be temporarily fixed to the insulating trolley wire hanger has been proposed. For example, in Japanese Utility Model Publication No. 53-52638, as shown in FIG. 7, a hanger for an insulated trolley wire is disclosed in which a spring 54 for closing the clamp 51 inside is provided at a location different from the lateral fastening bolt 52. ing.
However, the insulated trolley wire hanger having this structure inevitably increases the manufacturing cost of the hanger itself, such as providing a spring storage space.
[0005]
Furthermore, a hanger for an insulated trolley wire has been proposed for facilitating not only the installation operation of the insulated trolley wire but also the removal operation thereof. For example, in the insulated trolley wire hanger disclosed in Japanese Utility Model Laid-Open No. 58-192130, as shown in FIG. 8, the clamp 61 is made of a synthetic resin having a resilient structure, and a hanger bracket 62 provided with mounting bolts. It is structured to fit in. In order to attach the insulated trolley wire 65 to the insulated trolley wire hanger, it is sufficient to forcibly insert the trolley wire into the opening 63, and the removal work can be performed with the notch 64 provided in the upper part of the clamp 61 with a fingertip. It is said that the trolley wire clamped on the hanger can be easily removed simply by narrowing the knob.
However, in the insulated trolley wire hanger with this structure, there is a problem with the holding force of the insulated trolley wire. When the trolley wire is a little larger, it is difficult to give the holding force enough to prevent the trolley wire from coming off the hanger. When the current collector of the mobile device is caught by something, the insulated trolley wire may come off from the hanger.
[0006]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
As described above, the insulated trolley wire hanger based on the conventional technology is satisfactory when comprehensively evaluating the installation workability of the insulated trolley wire and the clamping force, assembly property, manufacturing cost, etc. of the insulated trolley wire hanger. It is not.
[0007]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
This invention solves the subject of the hanger for insulated trolley wires based on this prior art. That is, the insulating trolley wire hanger according to the first invention, the first clamping member and a second clamping member pivotally coupled about a coupling pivot which is provided on the top of both clamp members, openable both An insulated trolley wire hanger with clamped leg portions between the clamp member legs. When the first clamp member and the second clamp member are closed, the insulated trolley wire clamped portion between the clamp member legs A hanger for an insulated trolley wire provided with a ratchet claw-type locking mechanism capable of temporarily fastening the insulated trolley wire.
[0008]
The insulated trolley wire hanger according to the second invention is a tip umbrella in which the locking mechanism of the insulated trolley wire hanger according to the first invention is provided in a through-hole provided in one clamp member and in the other clamp member. A hanger for an insulated trolley wire, characterized in that a rod-shaped body is inserted and a mechanism that does not come out in the opposite direction is provided.
[0009]
DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION
Hereinafter, the present invention will be described with reference to the drawings.
FIG. 1 shows a first embodiment of the present invention. FIG. 1A is a front view of an insulating trolley wire hanger with an insulating trolley wire sandwiched therebetween, FIG. 1B is a right side view thereof, and FIG. 1C is a plan view thereof.
FIG. 2 is a front view of the insulated trolley wire hanger in a state in which the first clamp member 2 and the second clamp member 3 are opened before sandwiching the insulated trolley wire. FIGS. 3A and 3B are perspective views showing the structures of the first clamp member 2 and the second clamp member 3 individually.
[0010]
In the insulated trolley wire hanger 1 shown in FIG. 1, the first clamp member 2 and the second clamp member 3 are main members.
As shown in FIGS. 1 (a) and 3 (a), the first clamp member 2 has an inverted L shape composed of a horizontal portion 12 and a vertical leg portion 8, and is formed between the horizontal portion 12 and the vertical leg portion 8. In the vicinity of the meeting portion, a support shaft insertion recess 4 is formed in which a support shaft boss 5 provided in the horizontal portion 13 of the second clamp member 3 described later is inserted.
On the lower inner side of the vertical leg 8, irregularities are formed in accordance with the shape of the side surface of the insulating trolley wire 31, thereby forming a sandwiching portion 10 on one side surface of the insulating trolley wire.
The vertical leg portion 8 above the clamping portion 10 is provided with a locking recess 7 for locking a locking projection 6 of the second clamp member 3 described later, and the locking recess 7 and a locking projection described later. 6 constitutes a locking mechanism (see FIGS. 4A and 4B).
In the center of the horizontal portion 12, a mounting bolt hole 14 through which the mounting bolt 21 penetrates and a rotation-incision cut groove 15 (shown in FIGS. 1B and 3A) of the mounting bolt 21 are provided. ing.
[0011]
As shown in FIGS. 1A and 3B, the second clamp member 3 has an inverted L shape including a horizontal portion 13 and a vertical leg portion 9, and the horizontal portion 13 extends in the direction of the vertical leg portion 9. There is a gentle slope that goes down.
At the left end of the horizontal portion 13, a support boss 5 is formed which is fitted into a support shaft fitting recess 4 provided in the horizontal portion 12 of the first clamp member 2.
On the lower inner side of the vertical leg portion 9, similar to the first clamp member 2, irregularities matching the shape of the side surface of the insulating trolley wire 31 are formed, and the holding portion 11 on the other side surface of the insulating trolley wire 31 is formed.
The vertical leg portion 9 above the clamping portion 11 is provided with a locking projection 6 that is locked to the locking recess 7 of the first clamp member 2. The insulating trolley wire is temporarily fixed by locking the locking protrusion 6 to the locking recess 7.
[0012]
That is, as shown in an enlarged view in FIG. 4, the locking mechanism of the first clamp member 2 and the second clamp member 3 is configured such that the locking protrusion 6 of the second clamp member 3, i.e., the ratchet claw, The first clamp member 2 and the second clamp member are fixed by being hooked on the two locking recesses 7.
[0013]
FIG. 5 shows an embodiment of a locking mechanism according to the second invention. That is, the through hole 26 is provided in one clamp member, and the tip umbrella-shaped rod-like body 25 provided in the other clamp member is inserted and locked so as not to come out in the opposite direction.
[0014]
A cradle 16 is provided on the upper inner side of the vertical leg portion 9 of the second clamp member 3 to prevent the mounting bolt 21 before being tightened by the nut 22 from dropping from the mounting bolt hole 14 (FIG. 1 ( a) and FIG. 3B).
Lateral fastening bolt insertion holes 17 and 18 for inserting a transverse fastening bolt 19 are passed through the vertical leg portions 8 and 9 of the first and second clamp members 2 and 3.
[0015]
The assembly of the insulated trolley wire hanger 1 according to the present invention is performed by fitting the support boss 5 of the second clamp member 3 into the support shaft fitting recess 4 of the first clamp member 2 and combining them. When they are coupled, they are rotatable about the coupling fulcrum, so that the vertical legs 8 and 9 can be handled in an openable and closable manner.
Since the upper surface of the second clamp member 3 is inclined, even when the second clamp member 3 is opened upward, the upper surface of the second clamp member 3 hits the mounting beam of the hanger 1 for the insulated trolley wire and is prevented from opening and closing. There is nothing.
Since both the vertical leg portions 8 and 9 of the first and second clamp members 2 and 3 are openable and closable, when the vertical leg portions 8 and 9 are open, the insulating trolley wire 31 is opened. If it can be easily inserted into the holding part 30 and is forcibly closed so as to press both the vertical leg parts 8 and 9, the locking mechanism provided above the insulating trolley wire holding part 30 works (the locking projection 6 is engaged). The opening of both vertical legs 8 and 9 (fitted in the stop 7) is restricted.
When the locking projection 6 is fitted into the locking recess 7, the insulating trolley wire holding portions 10 and 11 on the lower inner side face each other and the insulating trolley wire 31 can be held from the side surface. It is in a temporarily fixed state and does not easily fall off from the insulated trolley wire hanger 1.
[0016]
Next, the operation | work which attaches an insulation trolley wire to a ceiling etc. using the hanger 1 for insulation trolley wires which concerns on this invention is demonstrated.
First, the mounting bolt 21 is passed through the mounting bolt hole 14 of the first clamp member 2, and then the support boss 5 of the second clamp member 3 is inserted into the support shaft insertion recess 4 of the first clamp member 2 to couple them together. Thus, the hanger 1 for the insulated trolley wire is assembled and fixed to the ceiling beam or the like with the mounting bolt 21 and the mounting nut 22.
Since the space between the first clamp member vertical leg portion 8 and the second clamp member vertical leg portion 9 of the insulated trolley wire hanger 1 can be kept open (FIG. 1B), it is in this open state. It is easy to insert the insulating trolley wire 31 into the insulating trolley wire holding portion 30.
When the insulating trolley wire 31 is inserted into the insulating trolley wire holding portion 30 and the first clamp member 2 and the second clamp member 3 are forcibly closed so that both the clamp member vertical legs 8 and 9 are sandwiched between the insulating trolley wires 31. The locking projection 6 of the second clamp member 3 is fitted into the locking recess 7 of the first clamp member 2, and the clamping portion 30 is fixed in a closed state. Accordingly, since the insulating trolley wire 31 is temporarily fixed in this state, the operator does not come off without supporting the insulating trolley wire 31 by hand. This temporary fixing is the same when the hanger for insulated trolley wires provided with the locking mechanism according to the second invention shown in FIG. 5 is used.
Next, if the 1st clamp member 2 and the 2nd clamp member 3 are tightened with the side fastening bolt 19 and the nut 20 of the hanger 1 for insulation trolley wires, the insulation trolley wire 31 will be completely clamped in the clamping part 30, and insulation will be carried out. Even if an external force is applied to the trolley wire 31, the trolley wire 31 does not come off the insulated trolley wire hanger 1. Since the worker can perform the tightening operation of the lateral tightening bolt 11 without supporting the insulated trolley wire, the burden on the worker is remarkably reduced and the safety of the operation is also increased.
[0017]
The first and second clamp members may be made of synthetic resin or metal such as aluminum. However, in order to ensure electrical insulation between the insulated trolley wire hanger and the insulated trolley wire, when the clamp member is made of metal, the contact portion with the insulated trolley wire must be insulated. It is desirable to keep it.
The insulated trolley wire hanger 1 according to the present invention is simple in shape, and can be manufactured by molding a synthetic resin or by casting a metal, and does not require any accessories other than bolts and nuts. can do.
[0018]
【The invention's effect】
As described above, by using the insulated trolley wire hanger according to the present invention, it is possible to solve various problems such as insulation trolley wire mounting workability, insulation trolley wire clamping force, assembling property, and manufacturing cost, which have been conventionally considered. I can do it.
