【産業上の利用分野】本発明は電線を支持する懸垂クラ
ンプに関するもので、着脱が容易でかつ電線装着の際電
線に損傷を与えることを無くしたものである。

【従来の技術】懸垂クランプについては次に述べる構造
が実公平3−4119により公知である。電線保護のた
め上下1対の軟質樹脂製カラで電線を抱持し、これを本
体のフック部で支え、本体へ枢着した押え金具で締付け
可能に貫通ボルトを附設したものである。この場合本体
フックへ、「下カラ」、「電線」、「上カラ」と3段に
積上げ、垂れ下がった押え金具を持上げ、貫通ボルトを
挿通する工程の殆どが両手の同時操作を必要とし、梯子
上の作業として適当でなかった。また上下1対のカラは
これを締込むとき、両端縁で電線被覆を齧る恐れがあっ
た。

【課題解決の手段】両端に偏心大径鍔を有する円筒体の
偏心側に切れ目を入れ、外開き弾性を附与した樹脂材
(以下「保護カバ」と呼ぶ)を用意する。この保護カバ
は切れ目を上にして本体と押え金具の間へ装着する。押
え金具は下端で本体に枢着され、上部に電線挿入可能な
隙間をもたせ、下方への回り止めをする。上から電線を
入れ、本体と押え金具とを貫通ボルトで締める。電線は
閉塞空間の下部で支持されるので、上部端縁で損傷を受
ける恐れはない。貫通ボルトは頭部を矩形とし、本体の
ボルト孔も容易にこれの通過を許す矩形としておく。貫
通ボルトを挿入後回動させると本体矩形孔辺で係止され
る。ナット締込の際ボルトの共回りを防ぐため、矩形頭
部に隣接して正方形部を設けておく。貫通ボルトはナッ
トと共に押え金具へ一体に組込まれそのまま作業できる
ので、部品を落とす恐れなしにすべて片手で操作でき
る。また貫通ボルトの頭部は球面であるから、電線は本
体と押さ金具との間に挿入する際、ボルト頭部で損傷す
ることはない。

【実施例】本発明は、例えば図7に示す如く、柱Pに装
着したブラケットBから碍子を介して懸垂され、電線E
を支持するもので、保護カバ、と本体と、押え金具と、
貫通ボルトの4部分から成る。保護カバ1は図4,5の
如く、円筒部1aの両端に偏心して大径鍔1bを設け、
偏心側で切れ目を入れたもので、鍔の内面には左右に突
起1cが設けてある。軟質樹脂を用い外開き弾性を附与
して作ってあるので、単体のときは図5と異なり切れ目
が所定角度開いたものとなっている。本体2は図1の如
く上端が引止部、中央部は保護カバの円筒部に対応する
半円部となり、下端にピン3を軸支する。中央部は保護
カバの両鍔で把持可能な幅とし、保護カバの突起1cに
対応する孔を備える。両者が係合したとき保護カバは切
れ目を垂直にして位置決め係止される。押え金具4は下
端がピン3で本体へ枢着されるが、下端尾部4aが本体
背面と当接して回動範囲を限定され、垂れ下がることは
ない。中央部は本体と対向して円筒部を抱持し、鍔1b
で挾持され、突起1cと孔との係合で位置決め係止され
る。また上端部は本体と当接させ貫通ボルト5を挿通可
能である。貫通ボルト5は図6の如く球面矩形の頭部5
a、正方形部5b、ねじ部5cから成り、本体のボルト
孔も頭部に対応して矩形である。図1は押え金具を左方
へ動かし、貫通ボルトの頭部が本体の矩形孔2aをくぐ
らせ、正方形部まで露出させてから、頭部を90度回し
て右方へ戻し、頭部を本体に係止したところを示す。こ
のとき正方形部5bは本体の矩形孔2aと係合するの
で、ナット6を締めこむとき、ボルトはつれ回りするこ
とはない。
