Description
ポルトランドセメント、水、ビニルモノマーソリューション(VMS;ビニルモノマー(スチレン)と乳化剤(ソルビタンモノオレート)とを、前者対後者の体積比率が5:2となるように混合した混合物)及び補強繊維(ポリプロピレン繊維)及び下記E1〜E7に示す骨材を用い、下記表1に示す体積比率となるように組成物を調製した。
・E1:アルミナシリケートバルーン(アルミナ含量30〜34重量%、ASB、(株)リボール製)、吸水率0.5%以下、粒径100〜300μm
・E2:シリカ発泡体、吸水率10%以下、粒径300μm
・E3:パーライトバルーン(T−3、昭和化学工業(株)製)吸水率44,5%、粒径200μm
・E4:塩化ビニリデン(MFW100、松本油脂製薬(株)製)吸水率1%以下、粒径50μm
・E5:ミクロシリカ(エルケム製)、吸水率10%、粒径0.1μm
・E6:細骨材(アスファルト粉砕品)、吸水率3%、粒径2000μm
このようにして得られた組成物を押出成形し、60℃、48時間の条件で養生硬化させてセメント板を得た。
Claims (1)
- セメント、水、油性物質及び乳化剤からなるセメント含有W/O型エマルジョン組成物を成形して得られるセメント複合材において、前記セメント含有W/O型エマルジョン組成物中に、シリカ発泡体と、アルミナ成分を20重量%以上含むアルミナシリケートとのうちの、少なくとも一方の無機質からなり、吸水率10%以下、粒径30〜1500μmの骨材を、セメント、水及び骨材の総量に対して1〜50体積%含有することを特徴とするセメント複合材。
