この発明は、移動式作業用構台を用いる既設トンネルの拡大工法に関し、特に、車両の通行を確保しながら、既設トンネルの断面を拡幅する工法に関するものである。

【従来の技術】
施工後に使用年数が経過した既設トンネルに、現在の建築限界を満たさないなどの不都合があると、その断面を拡大する場合がある。既設トンネルの断面を拡大する際には、例えば、図11に示すように、拡幅トンネル1が、既設トンネル2の全断面を含み、既設トンネル2の概略天井部上方に位置する上半拡幅部1aと、既設トンネル2の概略両側部外方に位置する下半拡幅部1bとを備えた形態で拡幅する場合がある。

このような拡幅トンネル1を構築する際には、同図に示すように、既設トンネル2内に、断面が逆凹状の固定式プロテクタ3を設置して、プロテクタ3の内部側で車両等の通行を確保するとともに、プロテクタ3を作業足場として用い、その上部に掘削機械4を搭載して、上半拡幅部1aの掘削などの作業を行い、路盤上を走行する掘削機械5により下半拡幅部1bの掘削などを行っていた。

このような上半ないしは下半拡幅部1a,1bの掘削作業は、通常、上半拡幅部1aを全線で掘削した後に、下半拡幅部1bの掘削を行ったり、あるいは、これらの掘削を同時に行う。

しかしながら、このような従来の既設トンネルの拡大工法には、以下に説明する技術的な課題があった。

【発明が解決しようとする課題】
すなわち、上述した従来の拡大工法では、プロテクタ3上に掘削機械4などの重機を上載し、プロテクタ3を作業床として用いるので、プロテクタ3は、剛性の高い部材を全線に亘って使用することになり、そのため、全工事に占める鋼材費の割合が大きくなり、非常に不経済になっていた。

また、このようなコストアップは、トンネルの延長が長くなるほど大きくなり、固定式プロテクタ3の延長が長くなると、設置に時間がかかり、交通規制の時間も増加する。

さらに、既設トンネル2の断面が小さい場合には、これに応じてプロテクタ3の断面も小さくなって、プロテクタ3上での重機の入れ替えに時間がかかり、施工能率が大幅に低下するという問題もあった。
本発明は、このような従来の問題点に鑑みてなされたものであって、その目的とするところは、総延長が長い場合や、断面が小さい場合でも、経済的に拡幅が可能になる移動式作業用構台を用いる既設トンネルの拡大工法を提供することにある。

【課題を解決するための手段】
上記目的を達成するために、本発明は、既設トンネルの概略天井部上方に位置する上半拡幅部と、前記既設トンネルの概略両側部外方に位置する下半拡幅部とを有し、前記既設トンネルの全断面を内部に含む拡幅トンネルを構築する既設トンネルの拡大工法において、車両の通行を確保する逆凹形断面の簡易プロテクタを、前記既設トンネルの覆工層の内部に設置し、前記簡易プロテクタの外周被覆が可能な門型形状の移動式作業構台を、前記既設トンネルの軸方向に沿って移動自在に設置し、前記上半拡幅部の掘削と前記覆工層の天井部の破壊撤去とを前記移動式作業構台上からの作業で行い、前記下半拡幅部の掘削と前記覆工層の側壁部の破壊撤去とを、前記移動式作業構台の側方の路盤上作業により行う拡大工法であって、前記移動式作業構台は、切羽側に配置され、前記上半拡幅部を掘削する掘削機が搭載される前方防護構台と、前記前方防護構台の後方に配置され、作業足場および重機の待機場として用いる作業構台と、前記作業構台の後方に配置され、重機や材料などの搬出入に用いる搬出入構台との3ブロックから構成され、前記搬出入構台は、前記作業構台と分離可能に構成され、重機などを搭載した状態で、単独移動させるようにした。

このように構成した移動式作業構台を用いる既設トンネルの拡大工法によれば、車両の通行を確保するために必要な機能だけをプロテクタに担保させて、これを簡易式とし、掘削作業用の構台は、既設トンネルの軸方向に沿って移動自在な移動式作業構台としているので、プロテクタに大きな剛性は、必要としない。

従って、拡幅するトンネルの総延長が長くなっても、経済性が悪化することがなく、設置も簡単に行えるので、交通規制の時間もそれほど増加しない。

また、本発明では、簡易プロテクタと移動式作業構台とに分けて、移動式作業構台を簡易プロテクタの外周被覆が可能な門型形状とするので、双方の転用の自由度が大きくなるととともに、移動式作業構台は、重機の入れ替えが可能な位置などに任意に移動できるので、重機の入れ替えで断面が規制されることがなくなり、移動式作業構台の断面を大きくすることができる。
さらに、移動式作業構台は、切羽側に配置され、上半拡幅部を掘削する掘削機が搭載される前方防護構台と、前記前方防護構台の後方に配置され、作業足場および重機の待機場として用いる作業構台と、作業構台の後方に配置され、重機や材料などの搬出入に用いる搬出入構台との3ブロックから構成するので、前方防護構台と作業構台と搬出入構台とからなる3ブロックを適宜選択することで、各種の施工条件応じて、拡幅工事を行うことができる。
また、搬出入構台は、作業構台と分離可能に構成され、重機などを搭載した状態で、単独移動させることができるので、例えば、拡幅断面にコンクリートを吹き付ける場合などに、不要な重機を搬出入構台に搭載して、後方に移動させることで、退避させることができるとともに、掘削作業などと切り離して、重機や材料を搬出入構台に搭載することができる。

本発明では、前記上半拡幅部の掘削と前記覆工層の天井部の破壊撤去と、前記下半拡幅部の掘削と前記覆工層の側壁部の破壊撤去とを同時に行うことができる。

以下、本発明の好適な実施の形態について、添付図面に基づいて詳細に説明する。図1から図9は、本発明にかかる移動式作業構台を用いる既設トンネルの拡大工法の一実施例を示している。

同図に示した拡大工法は、図3に示すように、既設トンネル10の全断面を内部に含む拡幅トンネル12を構築する場合に適用したものである。既設トンネル10は、概略馬蹄形断面の覆工層14を有しており、覆工層14は、アーチ状の天井部16と、その両側に一体的に繋がる側壁部18とを備えている。

拡幅トンネル12は、覆工層14の概略天井部16の上方に位置する上半拡幅部20と、覆工層14の概略両側側壁部18の外方に位置する一対の下半拡幅部22とを備えている。

このような拡幅トンネル12を構築する際には、本実施例では、簡易プロテクタ24と移動式作業構台26とが用いられる。簡易プロテクタ24は、一般車両26の通行を確保するために用いられるものであって、比較的薄い鋼板などの低剛性部材で、天井が平坦な逆凹形に形成され、既設トンネル10の覆工層14の内部に、拡幅工事が行われる部分の全長、または、一定区間部分に亘って設置される。

移動式作業構台26は、既設トンネル10の軸方向に沿って移動自在構成され、簡易プロテクタ24の外周の被覆が可能な門型形状に形成され、この移動式作業構台26の両側と拡幅トンネル12との間には、後述するブレーカー付きシャフローダなどの掘削機27の走行が可能な空間が設けられている。

次に、上記構成の移動式作業構台26を使用して、拡幅トンネル12を構築する手順について説明する。拡幅トンネル12を構築する際には、まず、既設トンネル10の排水路,電路,水道管などの切回しが行われ、必要に応じて、事前補強ボルトが切羽鏡面などに打設され、路面の整形を行って、既設トンネル10内の全長、または、一定区間部分に亘って簡易プロテクタ24が設置される。

また、既設トンネル10の側壁部外方に概略位置する下半拡幅部22は、路盤上を走行する掘削機27(ブレーカ付きシャフローダ)により掘削が行われ、また、この掘削機27により覆工層14の側壁部18の破壊撤去も行われる。
