Description

【0001】

BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
The present invention relates to a differential pressure adjusting member that can easily open and close an opening and closing member such as a door that partitions a space having a pressure difference.
[0002]
[Prior art]
The building is configured so that a space partitioned by a wall or the like by a door or the like can be moved back and forth as necessary.
[0003]
In recent years, a large number of highly airtight buildings have been constructed so as not to hear external noises or living sounds in the adjacent rooms, and to further improve the air conditioning effect.
[0004]
By increasing the airtightness of the space surrounded by walls, etc., it is possible to prevent noises from being heard or to make air conditioning effective, but on the other hand, natural introduction of outside air is not performed and forced It is necessary to consciously replace room air with ventilation.
[0005]
However, when forced ventilation or air conditioning is performed, a pressure difference is inevitably generated inside and outside the space. For example, as shown in FIG. 11, the case where the kitchen 1 and the living room 2 are partitioned off with airtightness is assumed. The kitchen 1 and the living room 2 can be moved back and forth by opening and closing the indoor door 3. However, when the indoor door 3 is closed and the kitchen 1 is forcibly evacuated with smoke, for example using a range hood 4, the inside of the kitchen 1 Becomes negative pressure from the living room 2 side.
[0006]
When opening the indoor door 3 from the living room 2 side, it becomes difficult to open the indoor door 3 as if it was pulled toward the kitchen 1 side.
[0007]
In addition, if the range hood 4 is forcibly evacuated while the indoor door 3 is opened with the windows of the kitchen 1 and the living room 2 closed, the entire building is now in a negative pressure state from the outside, and the entrance door 5 is exposed from the outside. It becomes difficult to open.
[0008]
Conventionally, as shown in FIGS. 12 (a) and 12 (b), the door 6 is provided with a door gallery 7 so as to allow the air to flow, so that the pressure difference does not occur. .
[0009]
Alternatively, in place of the door gallery 7, as shown in FIG. 13, an undercut 8 is provided on the lower end side of the door 6 close to the floor so that a gap is opened along the floor surface so that air can always flow. In addition, consideration is given to avoiding negative pressure.
[0010]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
However, if such door louver or undercut is provided on the door, even if other structural parts are made to be tightly airtight, for example, the scent of cooking in the kitchen may flow to the room side or noise may leak, resulting in high airtightness. The meaning of gender fades.
[0011]
Moreover, the door gallery and undercut of the said conventional structure need to process the door itself beforehand, and cannot be post-processed to the door after attachment.
[0012]
Therefore, it is necessary to make a decision to introduce doors that have already undergone processing such as door louvering and undercutting at the time of building planning. After the building is completed, it is basically impossible to post-construct such a structure on the door. If absolutely necessary, the entire door must be replaced.
[0013]
In many cases, the problem is noticed after the completion of construction, and if the door is replaced, it is often too expensive to replace the door, and it is often the case that the differential pressure failure is used as it is.
[0014]
Moreover, even if it replaces | exchanges, it is also uneconomical itself to replace the door which can be fully used, and it is not a preferable response at all.
[0015]
Development of technology that can adjust the differential pressure without processing the door itself is desired. The inventor of the present invention pays attention to the fact that so-called fasteners such as door handles are replaced without any processing on the door as necessary even in the configuration of the door. I thought that the mechanism could be installed.
[0016]
Furthermore, such a differential pressure failure is not a problem that occurs only when the door is opened and closed, but is encountered in various aspects, and it is desirable that the mechanism be able to cope with a differential pressure failure other than the door.
[0017]
An object of the present invention is to provide a differential pressure adjusting function on the opening / closing means side of the opening / closing member.
[0018]
An object of the present invention is to make it possible to give a differential pressure adjusting function to a clamp hardware that can be subsequently applied to a door.
[0019]
The above and other objects and novel features of the present invention will be apparent from the description of this specification and the accompanying drawings.
[0020]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
Of the inventions disclosed in this application, the outline of typical ones will be briefly described as follows.
[0021]
That is, in the present invention, the opening and closing means is provided with a through-hole portion that can be aligned with the through-hole for attaching the opening and closing means such as a clamp provided in advance in an opening and closing member such as a door that separates a space having a pressure difference. It is provided on the side of a certain clamp, and when the door is opened with the clamp, the through hole is aligned with the through hole to eliminate the differential pressure, thereby making it easy to open the door.
[0022]
When the through hole portion for eliminating the differential pressure is provided in the clamp as an opening / closing means, for example, the through hole portion for eliminating the differential pressure is provided in both the washer and the back washer constituting the clamp metal. The washer and the back washer having such a configuration are overlapped so that the through holes can be aligned with each other, and either the washer or the back washer is interlocked with a so-called handle such as a lever or a knob. Keep it.
[0023]
Further, the through-hole portion of the washer or the back washer that is not interlocked with the handle is aligned with the through-hole for attaching the clamp provided on the door and fixed to the door side.
[0024]
With this configuration, when the handle is turned to open the door, either the washer or the back washer rotates, and the handle and the through hole of the washer (or the back washer) communicated with the through hole provided in the door, The interlocking back washer (or washer) is aligned with the through-hole part, and the space with a pressure difference that is separated from the door is communicated through the through-hole and through-hole part to eliminate the differential pressure.
[0025]
Unless the handle is turned, the back washer and the through hole of the washer are not aligned, so that both spaces are not communicated with each other and the airtightness of both spaces is maintained.
[0026]
Note that the terms “clamp metal”, “washer”, and “back washer” do not necessarily need to be made of metal, but also have the same function and are made of materials other than metal. Is.
[0027]
In addition to the door, for example, a lid of a soup bowl can be considered as the opening / closing member. If you put a lid on the soup bowl with hot soup so that it will not cool, the temperature of the soup inside the bowl will drop, creating a pressure difference between the inside and outside of the bowl, and the knob attached to the top of the lid. There are many cases where the lid does not open even if you hold it. The above-described configuration for adjusting the differential pressure can be applied by regarding the knob as an opening / closing means and the lid as an opening / closing member.
[0028]
For example, if the lid is constructed in a slidable double lid shape, the inner lid of the double lid is rotated by rotating the knob, and the through holes provided in each of the double lids are combined to easily eliminate the differential pressure. Yes, you can open the lid without spilling the contents of the soup.
[0029]
DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION
Hereinafter, embodiments of the present invention will be described in detail with reference to the drawings.
[0030]
(Embodiment 1)
In the present embodiment, as shown in FIG. 1, the differential pressure adjusting member 10 is configured as a clamp 10 a that is an opening / closing means of the opening / closing member 20.
[0031]
In the present embodiment, the opening / closing member 20 is formed on a door 20a that is provided on a wall that separates adjacent living rooms with good airtightness so that both spaces can be moved back and forth. The door 20a (20) is formed in a substantially rectangular plate shape having a single sheet structure and is attached with a hinge or the like so that it can be opened and closed on one side or both sides of a well-divided space.
[0032]
As shown in FIG. 2, the door 20a is provided with a through hole 30 for attaching the clamp 10a. The through-hole 30 may use a configuration set in advance for mounting a conventional box lock or cylindrical lock as it is. In the present embodiment, the through hole 30 has a circular cross section, but may have a substantially diamond shape having a conventional configuration.
[0033]
The clamp 10a used in the present embodiment is configured as a lever. As shown in FIGS. 2 and 3, the fastener 10 a includes a back washer 40, a washer 50, and a lever 60 provided on the washer 50.
[0034]
The back washer 40 is formed in a thin disk shape as shown in FIG. 2, and can be attached and fixed to the surface of the door 20a by screwing further screws through three screw holes 41 provided on the peripheral side. ing.
[0035]
In addition, a through hole 42 through which the rotating shaft member 70 is provided is provided at the center of the back washer 40 so that the washer 50 can be rotated by turning the lever 60. The portion of the rotary shaft member 70 that enters the through hole 30 is not shown, but is rotated by turning the lever 60 to retract the latch bolt 71 so that the door 20a can be opened and closed. ing.
[0036]
In addition, a differential pressure adjusting through hole 43 is provided on the vertically lower side from the center of the back washer 40. In the present embodiment, the through hole portion 43 is formed as a through hole having a circular cross section smaller than the through hole 30. As shown in FIG. 3, the opening position of the through-hole portion 43 is such that when the back washer 40 is screwed in the above-described manner so as to close the opening surface of the through-hole 30 of the door 20a, What is necessary is just to comprise so that the opening range of the through-hole part 43 may enter in an opening range.
[0037]
Therefore, in a state where the back washer 40 is fixed to the door 20a, the through hole portion 43 is always in communication with the through hole 30 provided in the door 20a.
[0038]
On the other hand, the washer 50 is formed in a substantially circular lid shape so as to cover the surface side of the back washer 40, and a lever 60 is integrally provided from the surface portion of the washer 50. In the present embodiment, a groove 51 having a semicircular cross section is provided on the inner peripheral surface of the side wall portion on the back side of the washer 50 configured in a substantially circular lid shape.
[0039]
The groove 51 is fitted into a convex part 44 having a semicircular cross section provided on the circumferential end face of the back washer 40 so that the washer 50 can be rotated while not coming off the back washer 40. The washer 50 only needs to be rotated by the rotation angle of the lever 60.
[0040]
In the present embodiment, the lever 60 is configured to naturally return to the original position when the hand is released in a state where it is rotated by the spring mechanism. When the door 20a is tightened, the lever 60 is extended in the horizontal direction as shown in FIGS. 1A and 4A, and when the door 20a is opened, the lever 60 is shown in FIG. Thus, it is configured to rotate until it stops below the central angle of 45 degrees.
[0041]
In accordance with the downward rotation of the lever 60, the latch bolt 71 shown in FIG. 2 is configured to retract. Further, in this embodiment, a dead bolt 71a for a cylinder lock (not shown) is provided above the latch bolt 71. However, when a special lock is not required, the configuration of the cylinder lock or the like is as follows. You don't have to.
[0042]
On the other hand, a circular plate-like portion 52 that slides with the circular surface of the back washer 40 of the washer 50 is provided with a through-hole portion 53 formed as a through hole. In the present embodiment, the size of the opening surface of the through-hole portion 53 is set to the same size as the opening surface of the through-hole portion 43 opened in the back washer 40.
[0043]
The size of the opening surfaces of the through-hole portion 43 and the through-hole portion 53 may be set to such an extent that ventilation is performed in a state where the through-hole portions 43 and 53 are aligned with each other and the differential pressure can be eliminated.
[0044]
Further, the opening position of the through-hole portion 53 should be provided at a position where the through-hole portion 43 and the opening surface can be just aligned when the lever 60 is rotated downward from the horizontal position by a central angle of 45 degrees as described above. Good. In the present embodiment, as shown in FIG. 4A, the horizontal position from the rotation center of the washer 50 is used as a reference, and the opening is opened at a position shifted by 45 degrees below the center angle from the horizontal position.
[0045]
The fastening hardware 10a thus configured may be attached to the door 20a as follows.
[0046]
The back washer 40 is attached and fixed by screwing so as to close the through hole 30 of the door 20a. The back washer 40 is attached to the door 20a on both sides of the door 20a.
[0047]
The washer 50 having the rotating shaft member 70 is attached to the back washer 40 attached to the door 20a in this way. When the washer 50 is attached to the back washer 40, the back side of the washer 50 is slightly pressed against the surface side of the back washer 40 fixed to the door 20a, and the back washer 40 is inserted into the groove 51 on the inner peripheral surface of the washer 50. What is necessary is just to fit the convex part 44 of this.
[0048]
In this way, the washer 50 is attached to the one surface of the door 20a together with the back washer 40, and the end 72 of the rotary shaft member 70 that has been pulled out to the surface on the opposite side of the door 20a, as shown in FIG. What is necessary is just to attach to the back side of washer 50 '.
[0049]
As shown in FIG. 5, the washer 50 ′ is provided with a fitting recess 54 that can be fitted with the end 72 of the rotating shaft member 70 on the back side surface. Further, a lever 60 is provided on the surface side of the washer 50 ′ in the same manner as the washer 50. However, the horizontal mounting direction of the lever 60 is provided in the direction opposite to the washer 50. The through hole 53 of the washer 50 ′ is also provided in the opposite direction to that of the washer 50.
[0050]
In the present embodiment, the end portion 72 of the rotating shaft member 70 is formed in a square shape with a square cross section, and the fitting recess portion 54 is also formed in a square recess portion. With the square end 72 fitted in the fitting recess 54 at the center of the washer 50 ', the washer 50' is pressed against the back washer 40 fixed to the door 20a as described above, so that the groove 51 and the convex 44 Can be fitted together. The washer 50 ′ and the back washer 40 can be slidably attached so as not to be separated from each other.
[0051]
In this way, by rotating the lever 60 of the clamp 10a provided on both surfaces of the door 20a downward by a central angle of 45 degrees, the through hole portion 43 is aligned and fixed to the through hole 30 provided in the door 20a. The through holes 53 of the washers 50, 50 'provided slidably on the back washer 40 can be aligned so that the space separated by the door 20a can be communicated to eliminate the differential pressure.
[0052]
For example, as shown in FIG. 6, the metal fitting 10a of the present embodiment is provided with an air conditioner 100, a return gallery 110, and the like, and applied to a door 130 for entering and exiting an air conditioner room 120 that tends to be negative pressure. The door 130, which is harder to open than before, can be easily opened by adjusting the differential pressure at the time of opening.
[0053]
In the above description, the back washer 40 and the washer 50 are each provided with one through hole 43 and 53 having a circular cross section. However, as shown in FIG. You may make it provide two or more. In FIG. 7, through-hole portions 43 (shown by broken lines) and 53 (shown by solid lines) designed to have a cross-sectional petal shape are provided.
[0054]
Since a plurality of through-hole portions 43 and 53 are provided, the ventilation cross-sectional area to be ventilated is increased to eliminate the differential pressure, and even when the differential pressure is large, the differential pressure can be easily eliminated.
[0055]
When the configuration shown in FIG. 7 is used, the opening surface of the through-hole 30 provided in the door 20a may be adjusted to the diameter of the substantially petal-shaped through-hole portion 43 or the like. In such a configuration, if the lever 60 is rotated 30 degrees, the through holes 43 and 53 can be aligned.
[0056]
In the above description, the through-hole portion 43 and the through-hole portion 53 are provided with the phase shifted by 45 degrees or 30 degrees as the central angle. It does not matter if set to
[0057]
Further, the shape of the through holes 43 and 53 may be set freely. In short, the shape is not limited as long as a sufficient cross-sectional area of ventilation can be secured.
[0058]
Furthermore, if the standard such as the dimension of the clamp 10a is matched with the standard of the clamp of the conventional configuration, the clamp of the conventional configuration can be replaced with the differential pressure adjusting member 10 of the present invention.
[0059]
(Embodiment 2)
In the above embodiment, the back washer 40 is fixed and the washer 50 can be rotated together with the lever 60. However, as shown in FIG. 8, the washer 50 is fixed to the door 20a by screwing or the like. The back washer 40 may be rotated.
[0060]
In this embodiment, the knob 80 is used instead of the lever 60. Other configurations were performed in the same manner as in the first embodiment.
[0061]
Both the back washer 40 and the washers 50 and 50 ′ are formed in a circular plate shape, and are provided on the inner peripheral surface of the side face of the washer 50 on the convex portion 44 having a semicircular cross section provided on the circumferential surface of the back washer 40. The grooves 51 having a semicircular cross section are fitted and assembled from the beginning so as not to be detached.
[0062]
In addition, on the back side of the washer 50, the rotary shaft member 70 is provided so as to protrude slightly to the opposite side of the door 20a, as in the first embodiment, and its end 72 is formed in a square shape.
[0063]
On the back side of the washer 50 ′ provided on the surface of the door 20 a on the side opposite to the side where the washer 50 is provided, a fitting recess 54 configured to be able to be fitted just with the end 72 of the rotating shaft member 70 is provided. In this way, when the knob 80 on one side of the door 20a is rotated, the back washer 40 on both sides of the door 20a and the knob 80 on the other side of the door 20a are rotated.
[0064]
The back washer 40 is provided with a through hole 43, and the washers 50 and 50 'are provided with a through hole 53, respectively. In the present embodiment, the through hole 53 provided in the washers 50 and 50 ′ is formed as a through hole having a circular cross section vertically downward from the center of the knob 80.
[0065]
In the back washer 40 that rotates together with the knob 80, the through-hole portion 43 has a cross-section in the same manner as in the first embodiment without rotating the knob 80, from a horizontal position of the axis center of the knob 80 to a position 45 degrees below the center angle. It is formed as a circular through hole.
[0066]
In FIG. 8, the knob 80 is rotated to rotate the back washer 40 to the through holes 53 of the washers 50 and 50 ′ fixed to both surfaces of the door 20a, and the through holes 43 are aligned and separated by the door 20a. It shows a state in which the pressure difference in the created space is eliminated.
[0067]
Note that the clamp 10a, the back washer 40, and the washers 50 and 50 'used in the first and second embodiments are not necessarily made of metal, and are made of a material other than metal such as reinforced plastic. It does not matter.
[0068]
(Embodiment 3)
In the present embodiment, a case where the washer 50 is configured to be slidable directly on the surface of the door 20a will be described.
[0069]
In such a configuration, as shown in FIG. 9, a mounting seat 55 surrounded by a ring is provided around the washer 50, and the washer 50 may be attached to the door 20 a by this mounting seat 55.
[0070]
The washer 50 may be configured such that the convex portion 56 provided along the circumference of the side wall of the washer 50 is rotatably fitted in the groove 57 provided along the inner periphery of the ring of the mounting seat 55.
[0071]
Further, as in the first embodiment, the washer 50 is provided with a through-hole portion 53, and the handle portion 60 is rotated downward by a central angle of 45 degrees, so that the through-hole portion 53 is rotated to the door 20a. What is necessary is just to comprise so that a hole position may be united with the provided through-hole 31. FIG.
[0072]
In the present embodiment, unlike the previous embodiment, the door 20a is provided with two through holes 30 and 31, and the rotary shaft member 70 is passed through the through hole 30 as in the previous embodiment. ing. The through-hole 31 is formed in a circular through-hole having the same opening area as that of the through-hole portion 53, vertically below the through-hole 30.
[0073]
Further, on the back side of the washer 50 ′ provided on the other surface side of the door 20 a, a rectangular fitting recess 54 that can be fitted to the end 72 of the rotary shaft member 70 is provided, and the same as in the first embodiment. Thus, the rotary shaft member 70 and the washer 50 ′ may be connected.
[0074]
With this configuration, when the lever 60 is rotated 45 degrees downward, the washers 50 and 50 ′ inside the mounting seat 55 are rotated so that the through-hole portion 53 is aligned with the through-hole 31. Pressure release will be performed.
[0075]
Note that the clamp 10a, the back washer 40, and the washers 50 and 50 'used in the first and second embodiments are not necessarily made of metal, and are made of a material other than metal such as reinforced plastic. It does not matter.
[0076]
In the first and second embodiments, the back washer 40 and the washers 50 and 50 ′ are each configured as one sheet, but a plurality of sheets may be configured.
[0077]
As mentioned above, the invention made by the present inventor has been specifically described based on the embodiment. However, the present invention is not limited to the above-described embodiment, and various modifications can be made without departing from the scope of the invention. Needless to say.
[0078]
Further, in the above description, the case where the invention mainly made by the present inventor is applied to a metal fitting for an opening / closing member such as a door, which is a field of use of the invention, has been described. It can also be applied to the lid.
[0079]
For example, the structure of the differential pressure adjusting member described in the above embodiment can be applied by looking at the lid 200 of the sucker bowl as an opening / closing member and looking at the knob 300 attached to the lid 200 as opening / closing means.
[0080]
