段が採用されているが、従来の手段にあっては室内の気
密性を保持するに充分なものではないのが実情である。

室、例えば組立式の防音ハウス等に関しては、要求され
る気密性を簡易な手段で満足するような特別有効なもの
は従来存在しなかった。 【発明が解決しようとする課題】本発明は、上記従来の
事情に鑑みてなされたものであり、各種ドア部を閉める
際にドア部を強烈、且つ、緊密な状態で閉めることがで
き、室内の気密性を保持することができるドア部の締め
付け構造を提供することを目的とするものである。 【課題を解決するための手段】請求項1記載の本発明
は、磁性体材からなるドア部とこのドア部が取り付けら
れる枠部とを具備してなる構造物における当該枠部のい
ずれかの部分に設置されるか、或いはドア部とこのドア
部が取り付けられる磁性体材からなる枠部とを具備して
なる構造物における当該ドア部のいずれかの部分に設置
されるドア部の締め付け構造であって、全体を磁性材で
形成するか又はその一部に磁性材を具備した筺体からな
るとともに、前記ドア部又は枠部のいずれかの部分に埋
設する状態で設置されるか、或いは前記ドア部又は枠部
の面に積層状態に表出させて設置されるか、若しくは前
記ドア部又は枠部のいずれかの部分に平面状態、水平状
態、垂直状態のいずれかの状態で設置される締め付け構
造体を具備し、この締め付け構造体の一方の端部近傍を
ビス等の止着具をもって前記ドア部又は枠部のいずれか
の部分に枢着して当該部を枢支部とするとともに、締め
付け構造体の他方の端部近傍に位置する前記ドア部又は
枠部のいずれかの部分に細長い小開孔を設けて該小開口

気密性を保持することができ、室内の気密性保持が一層
要求される建造物の扉に用いられて特に優れたものであ
ることを特徴とするドア部の締め付け構造である。 【作用】請求項1記載のドア部の締め付け構造によれ
ば、磁性体材からなる各種のドア部と該ドア部が取り付
けられる枠部等とを具備した構造物における当該枠部等
のいずれかの部分に前記締め付け構造体を設置するか、
或いは各種のドア部と該ドア部が取り付けられる磁性体
材からなる枠部等とを具備した構造物における当該ドア
部のいずれかの部分に前記締め付け構造体を設置するこ
とにより、ドア部を閉めた際、締め付け構造体の磁気作
用により、締め付け構造体自体が枢支部を支点として一
定の範囲回動しながらドア部と該ドア部が取り付けられ
る枠部等とがしっかりと強烈に接合され、ドア部を強
烈、且つ、緊密な状態で閉めることができ、室内の気密
性を保持することができる。 【実施例】以下に、添付図面を参照して本発明に係るド
ア部の締め付け構造の実施例を詳細に説明する。本実施
例の締め付け構造は、各種のドア部1又はこのドア部1
が取り付けられる各種建物等の枠部2等のいずれかの部
分に設置するようにした締め付け構造体3を具備してい
る。上記締め付け構造体3は、図1に示すように、例え
ば適当なサイズとした筺体とされ、その全体が磁性材か
ら形成されるか又はその一部に磁性材からなる部材を具
備している。本実施例では、図1に示すように、磁性材
部14の上辺、下辺に非磁性材からなる平板15、1
5’を一体的に装着している。また、本実施例では、締
め付け構造体3の長さ幅9cm、横幅2.5cm、高さ
2cmとしている。更に、上記締め付け構造体3は、上
辺の両端部の近傍に、後記ドア部1又は枠部2等のいず

材からなるものであることが必要である。また、枠部2
等に締め付け構造体3を設置する場合には、当該枠部2
に取り付けられたドア部1が鋼材等の磁性体材からなる
ものであることが必要である。前記締め付け構造体3
は、図1に示すように、ドア部1又は枠部2等に取り付
ける際、締め付け構造体3が取り付けられる当該ドア部
1又は枠部2等の部分に適当な細長さの小開孔11を設
け、締め付け構造体3の一方の穴10にはビス等の止着
12を挿通して当該部を枢支部13とし、締め付け構
造体3の他方の穴10’にはドア部1又は枠部2等に設
けた上記小開孔11と穴10’とを合致させながら小開
孔11の上方からビス等の止着具12’を穴10’に装
着し、締め付け構造体3が前記枢支部13を支点として
小開孔11の長さ幅だけ回動、移動するような状態で取
り付けられる。締め付け構造体3をドア部1又は枠部2
等のいずれかの部分に取り付ける場合、図2等に示すよ
うに、取り付けられた締め付け構造体3の枢支部13、
小開孔11が上辺に位置するように水平状態又は平面状
態で設置する場合と、図5に示すように、取り付けられ
た締め付け構造体3の枢支部13、小開孔11が測辺に
位置するように垂直状態で設置する場合がある。また、
締め付け構造体3をドア部1又は枠部2等のいずれかの
部分に取り付ける場合、図2等に示すように、当該締め
付け構造体3をドア部1又は枠部2中に埋設するような
状態で設置する場合と、図8に示すように、締め付け構
造体3をドア部1又は枠部2等のいずれかの面に積層状
態に表出させて凸状に設置する場合がある。本発明の締
め付け構造を用いることができるドア部としては、単一
枚で開閉する機構のドア部は勿論、両開き式のドア、蝶
番等をもって複数枚のドアを折り畳むようにした折畳み
式のドア、更には引き戸(左右に開閉する戸)式のドア
等をはじめとする各種形態のドア部構成のものを包含す
る。また、室内の気密性保持が一層要求されるような防
音室、例えば組立式の防音ハウス等のドア部に本発明の
締め付け構造を用いることができることは勿論である。
なお、図中の符号20は蝶番を示すものである。このよ
うな本実施例の締め付け構造によれば、前述したよう
に、磁性体材からなる各種のドア部と該ドア部が取り付
けられる枠部等とを具備した構造物における当該枠部等
のいずれかの部分に前記締め付け構造体3を設置する
か、或いは各種のドア部と該ドア部が取り付けられる磁
性体材からなる枠部等とを具備した構造物における当該
ドア部のいずれかの部分に前記締め付け構造体3を設置
することにより、ドア部1をめた際、図3、図4に示す
ように締め付け構造体3の磁気作用により、締め付け構
造体3自体が枢支部13を支点として小開孔11の長さ
幅だけ回動、移動しながら、ドア部1と該ドア部が取り
付けられる枠部2等とがしっかりと強烈に接合され、ド
ア部1を強烈、且つ、緊密な状態で閉めることができ、
室内の気密性を保持することができる。故に、本発明に
締め付け構造は、各種建物の外部、内部の扉、各種仮設
家屋等の扉等々に用いて有用であることは勿論、特に気
密性を要するような例えば防音室、防音仮設ハウス等に
