OA用紙、事務用紙等の企業秘密漏洩防止の為の細断片の2次利用及び工場廃材であるダンボール並びに古雑誌等の古紙の緩衝材への再利用に関するものである。

【従来の技術】
上記した企業秘密漏洩防止の為に細断するものとして多数のシュレッターが販売されている。
又、工場廃材であるダンボールの緩衝材利用として、実用新案登録第3015845号が知られる。さらに包装用緩衝材として実開平5−75169号が知られている。

【発明が解決しようとする課題】
前記した公知例においては、それぞれ個別の細断機の提案であったり、実用新案登録第3015845号はダンボール材に限定されて大量生産に不向である等の問題があった。

【課題を解決するための手段】
上記した問題を解決する為に、被加工紙材を供給するベルトコンベヤと、ベルトコンベヤに臨ませた細断装置と、細断装置から細断片を受けて平ベルト上に横設したラグを設けて上方へ移送する立ち上げコンベヤと、立ち上げコンベヤから細断片を受けるホッパと、ホッパは下端に円筒状のガイドシュートを延設し、内部に送り出しスクリューを立設して定量供給する手段を上下方向に具備した包装成形装置とからなる紙製緩衝材の成形製造装置であって、前記細断装置は、回転軸に細巾カッタを胴配列した一対の回転刃物から形成されるとともに連続2段配置されていて、上流側の第1細断装置に対し下流側の第2細断装置のカッタ巾が狭く設定されていることを特徴とした紙製緩衝材の成形製造装置を提供する。また、前記包装成形装置は、ホッパ下方に紙シートをチューブ状に成形するガイドシュートと、紙シートの合わせ目を接着するシーラー部と、成形された紙チューブ内に投入された細断片の堆積高さを感知するセンサースイッチと、センサースイッチの情報により作動し紙チューブの上下切断部を接着させると同時に切断してクッション小袋とするカッター部とを上下方向に具備し、これらをプログラム制御により定量供給する制御部を有していることを特徴とした前記紙製緩衝材の成形製造装置を提供する。

【作用】
前記した構成によって、OA用紙、事務用紙、工場廃材のダンボール並びに古雑誌等の古紙が一様に細断されて連続搬送し、紙製小袋に定量供給されて、クッション小袋が連続生産される。
又、古紙の細断に当たって連続2段配置したので、古雑誌や厚手の古紙の細断の場合、第1段目においては荒切断で塊状に圧縮片ができるが、第1細断巾より切断巾を小さく設定した第2段細断において、解きほぐしながら再細断するので、フワーとした一様な切断細片が成形されてクッション性がさらに高くなる。

【実施例】
本発明を実施した図面に基づいて構成を説明する。
図1は本発明を実施した側面図で、一部を省略した説明図である。図2は平面図である。

1は平ベルトの供給コンベヤで、2は第1細断装置で回転軸に細巾カッタを胴配列した一対の回転刃物から形成され、横断して配列される。本実施例において刃巾は11mmで、回転径150mmである。電話帳の厚さ程度まで切断可能であり、細断片は巾が約10.5mmで長さが40mmである。
又、3は第2細断装置を示し、第1細断装置2のカッタ巾より狭い、カッタを胴配列した一対の回転刃物で構成され、本実施例においての刃巾は4mmの設定であり、細断片はおよそ巾3.8mmで長さが50mm程度の仕上がりとなる。第1細断で切断後、圧縮塊状片は適宜にほぐれながら、再細断されて一様な形状に適宜に絡まってフカフカ状となる。

【発明の効果】
以上のように構成したので、事務所の使用済廃紙材や工場廃材の紙を区別することもなく混在のまま細断して、環境を汚染することがない新規な包装用緩衝材小袋を大量に効率的に生産可能としたものである。
特に、2段細断装置の組み合わせにより、一定したフカフカの緩衝材を得ることができたので実益が高い。
