Description
The present invention relates to a production line for a wrapping product in which a decorative sheet is attached to a long base material.
The thing of
This wrapping apparatus is a device that crimps a decorative sheet and a substrate with a plurality of rollers via an adhesive, a supply unit that supplies the decorative sheet, and an adhesive that applies the adhesive to the decorative sheet supplied from the supply unit An adhesive application unit, a drying unit for drying the adhesive applied by the adhesive application unit, a base material supply unit for supplying the base material, and a roller for pressing the decorative sheet and the base material with the roller via the adhesive And a crimping portion.
By the way, the base material as described above is formed on the upstream side of the wrapping device, for example, a cross-sectional shape is formed by a molder device or the like, and then supplied to the wrapping device by the conveying means. Further, the decorative sheet is applied to the base material by the wrapping device. The wrapping product to be attached is discharged from the wrapping apparatus and shipped or sent to the next process.
Since the base material is long, if the molder device, the conveying means, and the wrapping device are arranged in a row, the wrapping product production line becomes long. In such a case, the distance between the position where the base material is charged into the molder device and the product discharge position of the wrapping device becomes long, so it takes time for the operator to go back and forth between them, and efficient work cannot be performed. There is a problem.
In addition, when applying the adhesive to the decorative sheet by the adhesive application part of the wrapping apparatus as described above, the adhesive is applied to the decorative sheet from above while feeding the decorative sheet horizontally. The amount of adhesive applied may not be appropriate. In other words, when applied from above, excessive adhesive may stay in a part of the decorative sheet. It may not be.
The present invention has been made in view of the above circumstances, and provides a wrapping product production line in which an operator can perform efficient work and can prevent the amount of adhesive applied to a decorative sheet from becoming inappropriate. Is an issue.

According to the first aspect of the present invention, since the molder device 2, the conveying means 3, and the

According to the invention described in claim 3, the breaking means 40 presses the decorative sheet-attached continuous product C from above in the vicinity of the contact portion between the base materials A and A adjacent in the longitudinal direction. Since the decorative sheet B is broken at the contact portion a between the base materials A and A by pushing the end portion of the base material A to the other end against the end portion of the base material A, a plurality of base materials A are formed. A decorative sheet-applied continuous product C obtained by adhering the decorative sheet B in a continuous state in the longitudinal direction can be easily separated for each base material A.
The invention according to claim 4 is the lapping product production line according to claim 3,
The
The decorative sheet pasting continuous product C is provided in the vicinity of the contact portion between the base materials A and A adjacent to each other in the longitudinal direction by being provided so as to be able to be raised and lowered above the
According to invention of Claim 4, when the contact part a of the base materials A and A of the decorative sheet pasting continuous article C is located between a pair of

According to the invention described in
According to the present invention, since the molder device, the conveying means, and the wrapping device are arranged in a U shape in plan view, the position where the substrate is put into the molder device and the product discharge position of the wrapping device are opposed to each other. Can be arranged. Therefore, the operator can easily go back and forth between these positions, and can perform efficient work.
Further, an application device is provided upstream and above the wrapping device, and this application device includes an application unit that applies adhesive from the lateral direction to the decorative sheet oriented in the vertical direction. If the adhesive applied to the decorative sheet from the lateral direction is excessive, the excess adhesive spreads uniformly without dropping by gravity or flowing down the surface of the decorative sheet and staying in a part. . Therefore, it is possible to prevent the application amount of the adhesive to the decorative sheet from becoming inappropriate.
Hereinafter, an example of a lapping product production line according to the present invention will be described with reference to the drawings. FIG. 1 is a plan view showing a schematic configuration of a lapping product production line.
The wrapping product production line is configured by a base

The base
The molder device 2 is a machine that cuts out a cross-sectional shape of a long base material A, and includes a rotary blade or the like (not shown).
The conveying means 3 conveys the base material A processed by the molder device 2 in a direction orthogonal to the longitudinal direction thereof, and the base material A discharged from the molder device 2 is applied by a transport roller, a transport belt or the like. 4, and further, at this position, the base material A is conveyed toward the
The
That is, first, as shown in FIG. 2, a conveyance path for conveying the substrate A is formed by a large number of
The
Further, as the
As shown in FIG. 3A, the pair of pressing
Here, the
A fixed
The application device 4 is disposed above the upstream side of the
In order to wrap the decorative sheet B around the base material A by the wrapping apparatus having such a configuration, first, the leading edge of the decorative sheet B sent from the coating device 4 is aligned with the leading edge of the base material A, and the decorative sheet B is in that state. Is attached to the upper surface of the tip of the base material A. In this case, the width of the decorative sheet B is determined in advance so as to cover the upper surface, both side surfaces of the base material A, and both side portions of the lower surface where the conveying
Thus, after sticking the front-end | tip part of the decorative sheet B on the upper surface of the front-end | tip part of the base material A, the
Then, as shown in FIG. 3A, the decorative sheet B that moves together with the base material A is first pressed against the upper surface of the base material A by the
The winding of the decorative sheet B shown in FIGS. 3A to 3H around the base material A is gradually performed from the front end side to the rear end side of the base material A. The winding over the entire length of the base material A is completed by passing through the
The coating device 4 is configured as follows.

The

For example, a hot melt adhesive is used as the adhesive. A hot-melt adhesive is a thermoplastic adhesive that is solid at room temperature, but is liquefied by heating and melted and applied to an adherend (the decorative sheet B in the present embodiment), and forms a bond by cooling and solidifying. In addition, since it is cooled and solidified, it can be joined in a short time and workability can be improved.

The
The ascending / descending speed of the
The base material A from which the decorative sheet B is broken and separated is conveyed to the downstream cutting device 7.
As shown in FIG. 1, a cutting device 7 is provided downstream of the
That is, the end portion of the decorative sheet B cut by the pressing
Therefore, the cutting device 7 cuts the end portion of the base material A on which the decorative sheet B is pasted together with the decorative sheet B in a predetermined dimension.
The cutting device 7 includes a pair of left and right rotating disc-shaped
Next, the operation of the wrapping product production line configured as described above will be described.
First, as shown in FIG. 1, a base material A having a predetermined length is supplied from a base
Next, the base material A formed with a cross-sectional shape and discharged from the molder device 2 is transported by the transport means 3 to the upstream side of the coating device 4 in a direction perpendicular to the longitudinal direction of the base material A.
Next, the base material A is transported to the coating device 4 along the longitudinal direction of the base material A by the transport means 3. Although the base material A is successively conveyed to the coating apparatus 4, the adjacent base materials A and A are conveyed in a state where they are in contact with each other.
On the other hand, in the coating device 4, as shown in FIG. 4, the decorative sheet B unwound from the
The application amount of the adhesive is adjusted to a predetermined value (for example, 30 g / m 2 ). For example, a rotary encoder is attached to the
In this way, the decorative sheet B to which a predetermined amount of adhesive is applied is placed on the upper surface of the base A so that the base A is sandwiched between the
And the decorative sheet pasting continuous product C is isolate | separated for every base material A by the said
That is, first, as shown in FIG. 6A, the decorative sheet-attached continuous product C is conveyed by the conveying
As a result, as shown in FIG. 6B, the rear end portion of the front base material A is pushed downward from the front end portion of the rear base material A so that the decorative sheet B made of thin paper is the base. The material A is easily broken so as to be torn at the contact portion a between the materials A and A.
Then, as shown in FIG. 6C, the front substrate A from which the decorative sheet B is broken and separated is conveyed to the downstream cutting device 7 by the
On the other hand, when the rear substrate A is conveyed to the downstream side by the conveying
Next, as shown in FIG. 1, when the base material A to which the decorative sheet B is attached is conveyed to a predetermined position of the cutting device 7, the base material A is positioned and fixed at this position. Then, the
This wrapping product is shipped as a product or is sent to the next process. Since the cutting device 7 is disposed to face the base
According to the present embodiment, the base
Further, an application device 4 is provided upstream and above the
Furthermore, since the hot melt adhesive is applied to the decorative sheet B made of paper, the decorative sheet B is reinforced by the hot melt adhesive and the decorative sheet B becomes strong. The substrate A can be easily attached to A while being conveyed in the longitudinal direction.
Further, when the contact portion a between the base materials A and A of the decorative sheet pasting continuous article C is positioned between the pair of conveying
In addition, the
In this embodiment, the base
In this case, since the molder device, the conveying means, the coating device, and the wrapping device are arranged in a U shape in a plan view, the position where the substrate is put into the molder device and the product discharge position of the wrapping device are opposed to each other. Can be arranged. Therefore, the operator can easily go back and forth between these positions, and can perform efficient work.
